Our family loved the property! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for younger children. The house is setup perfectly to allow kids to enjoy playing inside and out. Being able to hang out on the beach while toddlers were taking naps was especially helpful. We will definitely be back!

My family of 5 and my sisters family of 5 had a lovely time staying here! Loved all of the extra beach toys available for use too. The property manager was very responsive.

We loved this house and the location is perfect. Enjoyed opening up the doors and the sliding window in the kitchen. It felt like we were right on the beach. Hoping to come stay in these property again soon.

Excellent stay! The location is everything, right on the beach and an easy morning walk to coffee, breakfast, pier, etc. The is house itself is better than the pictures! Spacious and beautiful finishes. 10/10 recommend.

A lovely location for a December family gathering. West coast family hosted east coast grandchildren. We all felt a home and comfortable and soon forgot it was a rental. The manager was always available and responsive! Highly recommend VRBO and this property.

This is a place I would stay again. Great location and views. The house was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy together yet have a quiet place to relax. They had everything you would need except I wish they would supply bath soaps for those people traveling here by plane. The host was quick to answer questions when needed. The place was clean and beautiful inside.

Beautiful new modern home!! Best location- on the beach, down from the boardwalk. Playground and volleyball on the beach very very close. Comfortable Beds! Air conditioning Great communication from the host. :-) We will return to his house. Already booked it for next summer.

This property is perfect for your beach stay in Newport. An easy 10 min walk to bars/restaurants/etc and a small market just steps from the front door. Right in front of the beach, this place has everything you need and then some.

Unfortunately and something I’ve never experienced which made me very nervous it was 15 minutes prior to check in when we received check in instructions. Check in was complicated.2 keypad and a key box. No light were left on and it was dark. It would have been nice to have my calls returned. Fireplace was not working. It’s cold and dark so that would have been nice. A plumber came late the next day to fix it. Truthfully and a MUST Christina you need to RESTOCK your kitchen and organize drawers. This beautiful home on the beach that sleeps 12 can use some silverware, pots and pans that aren’t ready for trash (not cleaned either),wine glasses (there was 1) , sharpened knives cleaning supplies (none), Basically everything in the kitchen needs to be replaced. It’s took 2 calls text messages face to face with plumber and 21/2 days later to get a dish towel. Everything was thrown in dirty cabinets. Microwave broken so that had a spare. There were lights that could not be turned on or off (outside) The toys/sand chair closet was a disaster. Everything including someone’s crutches were thrown in there. I doubt you need to keep spare crutches for guest :(… Towels were rationed at 1 per person for 5 days. That meant we had to reuse towels. And is it that much trouble and expense to supply our guest with soap? You had hand soap but no shower soap, shampoo conditioner Kleenex. Below bare minimum. For what I paid it was unacceptable. Poor response made it worse. Frustrating stressful to say the least and for such a great location the house needs maintenance and some TLC. Rugs would cozy it up . Clean the windows and hook up your TV in the bedroom. No one should neglect a home like that .

We found the perfect house to stay at in Newport! I highly recommend this house to anyone. The communication with the owner was great, and the house was AMAZING!!

There were a few little problems - the toaster didn't work, ants in kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and living room, no laundry detergent (not even the little bit promised), and unfortunately, the next door neighbors were putting in a new tile floor and saw cutting right next to our patio for several days. (fortunately he moved towards the back of the patio after we asked him to). Those little problems are easily solved but did add some frustration to our week on the beach!
