I cuochi adoreranno la spaziosa cucina con 2 grandi finestre, piano cottura a gas, forno con vassoio di riscaldamento separato e forno a microonde. È ben attrezzato con utensili da cucina, stoviglie, macchina per il caffè, tostapane e frullatore e isola in granito di buone dimensioni. La casa ha un sacco di spazio per la famiglia e gli amici per riunirsi. . Ponte coperto sul tetto per gli ospiti per rilassarsi su una chaise longue e leggere un libro o ammirare i tramonti gloriosi! This was a great place for our family of five over the Christmas-New Year's break, with plenty of space for all. We loved the authenticity of the architecture, the comfortable beds, two baths, and the huge kitchen that had everything we needed including a beautiful view of the Jemez Mountains. The Franklin stove was nice for warmth. The location is very quiet and rural, yet only a short drive to the center of town. Overall a very positive experience. The only negatives were that the upper floor was very cold and the lighting in several areas could be improved.

Great location, Very Spacious
We had a great time at Flora’s unit! There were 5 adults and we had ample space, and there were big common areas: the kitchen, dining room, and living room. We didn’t ever hear the neighboring units and the property is perfectly located— minutes away from anything downtown but you still get the great views of being in the dessert. We had a little trouble with the WiFi, but we know that those problems can happen and are usually from the Internet provider and not the owner. It was nice having the washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen. We feel like we got a true Santa Fe experience on our little getaway.

Very spacious and clean.
This was a great place to stay! The accommodations were excellent and had every amenity you could ask for and then some. The kitchen was so well stocked with all appliance and gadgets you could ask gor The living space was very spacious. Very nice view. We really enjoyed our stay and would return there without hesitation.

Great Place
The house was perfect. The location just outside the city was quiet and all of Santa Fe was easily accessible. The house was fully stocked. The wood burning fireplace was perfect for the chilly nights. The second floor patio was great for enjoying a drink and watching the sunrise. The owners were very helpful with ideas for local food and attractions.

In Santa Fe for a family wedding.
Check in easy, lovely home, plenty of space. Flora responded quickly and was very helpful. We were in town for a family wedding and our place served as a central gathering and dropping off place for grandma, aunts, uncles and cousins. Very quiet and comfortable space.

Magical place in land of enchantment
We had a wonderful stay at the hacienda. The property was as described with outstanding views of the landscape. This was a quiet neighborhood that felt out of town, yet the plaza was a short drive away as were multiple hiking trails. We took several day trips to Taos, Chimayo, and Los Alamos. The unit is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. We particularly enjoyed the upstairs den with the gorgeous views and great light. Flora and her family were very responsive and immediately addressed minor glitches with internet and wood stove.

Christmas in Santa Fe
We are from eastern New Mexico and decided to spend Christmas in beautiful Santa Fe. This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 6! The house is well stocked and the location is quiet with an absolutely beautiful view of the mountains. Wanette was very helpful and prompt with the few questions we had and arranged to have extra firewood brought to us. We did not expect it so quickly, and were so appreciative of Jose bringing it to us on Christmas Eve morning. We absolutely love this home and will be back!

Hacienda is a great property and location.
The property was just as described and the owner was great. They stayed in communication and was very helpful with the entire process. The house was perfect for my entire family. It was like ho.me away from home.

Peace and quiet
Left owner note about things to fix--fireplace upstairs not usable-no pilot light; dirty toilets; outlet in master bedroom behind bed needs repair (safety issue).
Good communication from owners; good location; no dishwasher was a surprise plus needing to empty all the trashes and leave on kitchen floor-a little unusual for VRBO's I've have used over many years especially when you are charged a cleaning fee; wished for better visual of address sign since we arrived after dark-there's no lighting at the turn to the house.

Best way to experience Santa Fe
We visited during our spring break and enjoyed everything about this house. The fully equipped kitchen, three large bedrooms and two baths had my wife and three kids happy and comfortable the entire stay. The view from the balcony is amazing and having a washer and dryer saved us since we went snow sledding every day. The owners are extremely helpful and make sure you have everything you need!

Great hacienda for a Christmas getaway!
We had a very nice stay. It was a very comfortable, clean, and spacious home. Nice big kitchen, comfortable beds, nice linens, and a wood stove which made the living room cozy. We felt especially welcomed when the owner left a couple of treats for us for our arrival. I would highly recommend this accommodation for your Santa Fe trip!

Great Unit, Great Location
My family is from the Santa Fe area. We stayed there during the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was great and the location was perfect. The house was very well equipped for "thanksgiving cooking." The only cons I have: small outdated TV, stove would not boil water, oven needs to be calibrated. Outside of that, the stay was great. House was very clean and in amazing condition.

Just like home
I felt as though we were staying in someones home and they had just left the day before.A very pleasant experience and very comfortable. Open the door and just start relaxing The location is rural, but surprisingly close to everything. It is very quiet and peaceful. My family enjoyed sitting on the deck for morning coffee and enjoying the peaceful area and watching the sunrise light up the mountains to the west. The kitchen is something else, large, fully stocked and a window to the west that is the width of the kitchen. The upstairs den and patio provide great views of the Santa Fe area and a separate area to get away from other activities in the home. This is a large unit and everyone can spread out . We enjoyed it immensely.

Fantastic
This home is a perfect location for exploring Santa Fe. It has all the features and furnishings you need for an extended stay, and a well-equipped kitchen. Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds! Nice views of sunsets and rainbows from the back deck almost every evening. Access is easy to downtown, which is about 15 minutes away. It was also very quiet at night; very little highway traffic. Flora and her daughter Wanette are friendly, caring people who were always attentive to our needs. We've done a lot of VRBOs, and this property is at the top of the list.

The best place I had stayed. Everything was wonderful and beautiful.
We had a great vacation with the family. The one thing I will always remember about this vacation is being able to meet the owner. She is just like anyone's mother. A great lady and a wonderful person to meet. We all went through life hoping that one day we could meet someone that has a special meaning to our life. That person would be the owner. It was not only a great place that I would like to return, but also the opportunity to meet a great person. Best wishes to her and her family.

Comfortable and close to town
We had a lovely time in the home. It had a very large kitchen and eating area and a large family/gathering room. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a short 5 minute drive to downtown Santa Fe and close to major roads so it was very easy to get around quickly. Just one small issue... there were a lot of knick knacks around the home that we had to move so we could put our luggage and supplies down, a little annoying but no big deal. We had a great time staying in this nice home.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is a good location near the Plaza but still has a mountain view. It is roomy and well kept. The kitchen is large and lovely. I would highly recommend the property!

"Perfect"
The hacienda was perfect for my family. It was big and we had plenty of space for teenagers. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the place! The owners checked in via text to make sure everything was fine, which I appreciated. Just a great place.
