We have stayed here before. Love everything about it. Walkable to downtown Harbor Springs. Exactly as pictured. Fully stocked kitchen. Decorated to a tee. Owner responds in a timely manner. Love it!

From the moment we walked in and saw the wine and homemade goodies waiting for us, it was sublime.
Large, clean, and very well appointed, the cottage suited our adult kids, grand baby and dogs perfectly and made for a very enjoyable family getaway. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

We have rented houses in the area in the past and this House was just perfect! 2 blocks from downtown and the waterfront. Harbor Springs is a magical small town.
The house is convenient to the ski slopes, we stayed during the winter and my sons enjoyed skiing at Nub’s Nob, a 15 minute drive. It is also very close to Petoskey where there are many outstanding restaurants and good shopping.
The House was exactly as pictured, brand new and professionally decorated.
We enjoyed playing the provided board games.
The master bathroom is beautiful! Very spa like.
This rental was great value for money.
The Host was very attentive and we plan to rent this property again in the future.

The property owner does a great job from initial request to book through entire stay. The property is exactly as advertised. The location to downtown Harbor Springs is perfect as our teenage kids enjoy walking to and from town. The distance to Nubs and Boyne Highlands is a short 10-15 minute drive, which is great for skiing and other activities. We hope to be able to rent this house again!!

We stayed at Vance’s house for our annual ski trip. Like another reviewer decided, we wanted to have a different experience and chose to stay downtown Harbor Springs instead of on the mountain. It was great.
The check in process was amazing, and Vance was very accommodating. The house is beautiful - check out the fantastic art work throughout. A very short walk to town (5-10 minutes) and many dining and shopping options. The house is also close to woods and a park where we were able to walk our dog.
Lastly, Vance, thank you for sending my coffee cup to me. I am so grateful. It has sentimental value to me and I won’t bore the reader with the story.
We hope to return if you’ll have us.

We had an amazing visit in Harbor springs! Vance was the ultimate host and checked on us throughout our visit. The house was well appointed and it did not lack for anything! We had 2 families of 4 who fit comfortably after full days of skiing who could come relax, play games and eat. It is close to downtown for walk to Main Street for dinner. We will comeback again!

We decided to stay in Harbor Springs for our annual family ski trip instead of on-property at Boyne. We weren’t disappointed. Cozy cottage within walking distance to town for dinner, drinks and shopping.
Would love to come back in the summer.

My wife and I and adult son and daughter - in-law met in Harbor Springs to ski. This is a lovely, cozy cottage just a walk to down-town HS. Plenty of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. We would stay again.

This house is a must- stay! We traveled to Harbor Springs with our large family (5 kids) and this house was the perfect setting for our ski getaway! The location is perfectly situated a few blocks from downtown - so fun! The house is impeccable and is clearly loved / well attended by the hosts! It is so comfortable and cozy - we appreciated all of the details throughout! We are excited to plan another stay soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is in a great location to walk into town or to take a nature walk. The layout of the home was very accommodating and comfortable for 8 adults. It is well stocked and beautifully decorated. Vance is an incredible host - very responsive and so nice to leave a welcoming cake and wine. You will not be disappointed if you rent this home!

Great couples fall get away.
My wife and 1 other couple enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. It is a short walk into town. The house is great and Vance was awesome! We had an awesome time enjoying the beautiful fall colors.

Wonderful home and great location!
We love Harbor Springs and to be able to stay at this rental home with a short walk into town was perfect! The home is beautifully decorated and we were very happy to be able to bring our dogs. Vance was very responsive and provided recommendations which were very appreciated. We also enjoyed the welcoming apple pie, wine, fresh flowers, coffee and NY Times left by Vance. The house is well stocked with paper products and very clean.

Gorgeous home! Clean. Short walk to downtown. Vance, the Homeowner replies quickly to any questions you may have. Kitchen fully stocked. Plenty of room to spread out. (We are a family of 5) Bedrooms are a good size. Enjoyed walking into town. Two car garage. Check out the Tiki Toss game in the garage. 😉 Will definitely book again !

Exceeded our expectations!
Wow! The house was more beautiful than the pictures show. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including a nice welcome surprise. It snowed (alot!) while we were there, and the snow service plowed twice. My children were very comfortable, and enjoyed the games and toys in the home. Vance's communication was excellent - from check-in instructions to restaurant recommendations. He quickly answered all of our questions and was very responsive. I would highly recommend!

Amazing Autumn stay for Tunnel of Trees
We just spent the weekend at this wonderful property and couldn’t recommend it more. My husband and I stayed with our 2 children, our friends and their 2 children as well as our 2 dogs and it was perfect for us. The house is immaculate and so well designed and styled. The artwork is an attraction all it’s own - fantastic! The check in was seamless. There was a bottle of wine and some delicious cookies awaiting our arrival. Additionally, Vance sent a great list of recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc. Having visited the area many times in the past I can tell you his list of recommendations is spot on! The location of the home is perfect for walking a couple blocks into town or getting in the car to do the Tunnel of Trees. It is also directly adjacent to a nature preserve, which is perfect for a stroll/walking pets. It was quiet but close to the action if that’s what you’re looking for. The house is designed with a main floor master and 3 beds upstairs with a large shared bath. It was ample room for all of us and very comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever and would absolutely stay again!
