Scopri la squisita bellezza naturale della Big Island. Questa bella casa del 2008 si trova in un quartiere estremamente tranquillo a Kona. Ci sono 5 camere da letto - ognuna con un'opzione letto king size e tutte con bagno privato. Il Master e la seconda camera hanno letti King. Le camere da letto 3, 4 e 5 dispongono di letti singoli che possono essere convertiti in letti King a un costo aggiuntivo. Quattro delle camere sono situate al piano superiore e una al piano inferiore e tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata. C'è anche un futon che si trasforma in un letto full size. Ogni camera ha nuovi mobili, biancheria da letto e lenzuola.
La cucina è ben arredata con tutti gli elettrodomestici Viking, incluso un piano cottura a 6 fuochi. The property is equipped with EVERYTHING. Best house we've ever had regarding that. Bedrooms are very conducive to a family as each has its own bath. Pool nice, common areas nice. Five minute drive to Kona.

The house had everything we needed for our stay with 7 guests. It was in the perfect location, convenient to stores, restaurants and the airport. The neighborhood and view were incredible. David our concierge was amazing! We were able to book several activities and he helped us rebook two things last minute after one place canceled. Everyone was very pleased and we would stay again.

The house was perfect for our mixed families, totaling 10 people. Everyone had a private bath. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and super fun with a great view of the ocean- perfect for sunsets! Location is nice for everything on the Kona side (beaches, town, marina), but it is a hike to get to black sand beach, volcanoes NP and Hilo from here. Loved every minute- would highly recommend.

We loved our stay, everything about the house was as described. The only issue we had was one of the bedrooms had no shower pressure which we had to just not use the shower. We will book it again when we go!!

We had a great experience with the house starting with the frequent communication with David the concierge. David helped us book several experiences and gave great advice. The house itself was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was wonderful. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds were comfy and air conditioning led to refreshing sleep. There is a cook’s kitchen with ample utensils, bowls, and specialty pans to make anything you want to make. The pots and pans were new and all appliances were updated. In addition to a large fridge in the kitchen they have another fridge in the breakfast area which we used as a beverage fridge.
The house was well stocked. We had plenty of paper towels, laundry soap, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. for our 2 week stay.
The outside is wonderful. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good working order. There is an abundance of seating options to sun bath or enjoy the incredible views. We ate all meals outside on the large table on the covered patio. There is an additional patio area upstairs that is wonderful for watching sunsets and enjoying the view.
The neighborhood felt safe and was walkable. They have a book exchange just up the street which was convenient and well stocked.
If you are staying here in the heat of summer the main part of the house is not air conditioned. It was hot during our stay but we spent the majority of the day outside. There are overhead fans in all rooms so that helped move the air nicely in the evenings.
If you have a large group this is a wonderful house. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with breathtaking views that is well appointed, well cared for and well appointed. The nine of us had room to spread out and come together we were centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The trade winds kept the house cool and the bedroom A/C kept us cool on those warm evenings! Appreciate the responsiveness of Kona Coast to our requests.

This was the perfect house for a group! Every couple having their own bedroom and bathrooms was great! The a/c in the rooms was an added plus! We did notice some areas that were beginning to look run down and which there had been beach chairs but overall this home was perfect for everything we needed.

Great house- very spacious and every room has a bathroom attached. Pool and spa are wonderful. The neighborhood was very quiet and private, yet you are less than a 10min drive from the waterfront and shopping in Kona Village.

This house and experience is everything you see in the pictures. Its beautiful and well taken care of. Every little detail is provided for a comfortable stay. And it fit our family perfectly. This was the all adults get away. We (5 adults) all really appreciated the spacious 5 bedroom, 5 and a half bath house that afforded each of us complete privacy. The property was beautiful with an awesome view of the ocean. It was tastefully decorated with island decor and was completely stocked with everything you would need for cooking and cocktails. Each bedroom had good working air conditioners. The lower level had ceiling fans in every room including the large kitchen. I can't say enough about this property and would stay here again. Although, this was an all adult trip, it would be a great home for families too.

The property owner really did think of everything. The only thing missing is beach chairs & umbrella otherwise the home is just perfect.

Amazing home
Our group loved this home! The location was great to shops and food. The pool was amazing and the view was also awesome. We loved that everyone had their own bathroom! Overall, would definitely stay here again. It is currently for sale so hoping the new owners keep it as a rental through Kona Rentals as they were amazing to deal with for this property!

The home was wonderful Every bedroom has its own bath Plenty of room for everyone to have there own space We had family members from 63 to 3. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub perfect for the sunny Hawaii days Kitchen was well stock, plenty of bath towels, extra sheets and swim towels. Having fruit trees on the property was an added plus There are some swim toys, it would have been nice if there were beach items like chairs, umbrella, boogie board, or snorkeling items-but rental places are available for those items too
Staying here helped make our vacation one of the best and we lifetime happy memories

We had a great time staying in this house. Unfortunately the hot tub didn’t work for a few days, coffee maker stopped working and the dishwasher had some issues. Great location and the house was perfect for what our vacation. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location, environment, space!
This house has everything. We had two families with teens there and it was perfect. The pool overlooks the ocean. There is a small gym. There were five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The photos don't really do it justice. Much more spacious than we anticipated. Everything worked (except the dishwasher and they are working on that). Lots of small spots to grab a book and get some time to one's self. The house is just up the road from Kona, but quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful home
House is very large with lots of rooms and recreational spaces. Plenty of room. Clean and well maintained. Short drive to shops and restaurants. Down side- washing machine was broken and hot tub couldn’t be heated between 6 Am to 2:30 PM. Otherwise everything was great and would highly recommend.

Wonderful Home Base for Family Gathering
It was wonderful having a bathroom for each bedroom. Kitchen was sparse on supplies - no salt and absolutely nothing in the refrigerator (basic condiments or such might have been nice). Pans, dishes, and utensils were plentiful though. Instructions indicate to completely clear out frig upon leaving, maybe because of covid?
We had some issues upon arrival but they were quickly dealt with the next day. We didn't become aware that the whirlpool heated up at night (when turned on after the automatic pool cleaner was no longer running) until our last night and we wish we had known sooner! LOL
All in all, the accommodations met our needs very nicely and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitant to rent this property again! Mahalo!!!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL home. Warm personal feeling from top to bottom. Like to Cook??? They have EVERY kitchen appliance you can think of!! Only down side was the ac unit in the master bedroom did not get cool enough and tried communicating with the office via email but it was not addressed during my stay. Overall we loved the home.

Nice clean house
We did not spend a lot of time at the house but it provided a great place to sleep and grill with a nice central location. There were a couple of items to note - the right grill had some issues with the outside burners getting hot and the pool interestingly enough had no light in it - but overall I highly recommend staying here. There is another grill to use and a smoker we did not try out. The hot tub was great to relax in when we got back at night.
