someone entered our room twice unauthorized: once to clean the room when the do not disturb sign was on the door, and once while I was taking a nap during the afternoon on the same day. the room was already cleaned (against our wishes), yet someone still used their keycard to enter for an unknown reason which I felt was a massive invasion of privacy and general hotel etiquette. i recommend choosing a different hotel for more security, as I felt like our safety was compromised after these incidents.

Great place to stay in. It’s in the center of Ceuta so very easy to walk to numerous attractions. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable and very friendly and helpful staff, I will definitely be coming back in a future visit to Ceuta.

It is centrally located.
We expected more from the best rated hotel in Ceuta. Unfortunately, no one in the entire accommodation spoke English. We arrived at 14:15 and our room was still dirty. We waited 45 minutes for it to be ready. When we entered the room, we saw that the ceiling was moldy, there was no minibar in the room and the towels were dirty (they changed this at the reception without any problems). A green safety light is lit in the bathroom at night, which causes the glass door to turn green and illuminates the room completely. The scooters advertised at the hotel entrance are unusable and life-threatening. The young reception guy was nice and tried to help. The only positive feature of the hotel is that it is in an extremely good location.

Staff nice but not well prepared.
No dining room, no comfortable public areas.
No breakfast.
No instructions in the room to even contact the reception.
No fridge.
My card (given as gurantee) was charged, but I wanted to have a different method of payment.

Great location. Clean room. Easy check in and check out good shower.
Very small room, very short bed. Room was not cleaned or made up during my 2 night stay even though i left the label on the door handle. No instructions or ability to plug in coffee machines. No Air con remote in the room. No mosquito nets and loads of mosquitos
