Honestly, I didnt like anything.
Lots of things were terrible. 1 being that the beds are the most uncomfortable things. 2 you don't get a key to your room and they leave it unlock the whole time. 3 the aircon system is so stupid they turn it on at 5pm and off at 9am. 4 The place was empty and I was the only one at this hotel. 5 the location is terrible, hidden away and not convenient at all. 6 the price the charge for the places is horrendous and would never recommend staying there.

The hotel is extremely visually pleasant, you’d enjoy every single part of it. Pool area, garden area, rooftop - everything is craving for a nice photo shot. The staff is awesome and so is the service.
It’s located right in the center of Mui Ne which is a fisherman village. Nothing the hotel can do about it though, just keep in mind it’s not much to do there outside of the hotel.

the room was clean. quiet place in a small neighborhood. always some people at the reception if you need it !!
the bed was really hard. it is almost like the floor, but we stayed here for one night so it was fine.

Great (saltwater) pool
Staff barely speaks English, beds in dorm are extremely hard (no joke) and temperature during night is freezing, door is not able to lock and has a gap (we had one cockroach in the room), no restaurants or supermarkets in walking distance (scooter can/must be rent for 200k Dong per day).
Although the pool is amazing, the bar is not running and sadly no drinks are served at the pool.

The pool was outstanding and peaceful location. Very helpful and friendly staff, and not forgetting the friendly dogs. The Jurassic park was interesting and a surprise to our stay;) Look out for it!
The near by beaches, the locals could do better to clean their beaches from the rubbish and pollution. very sad and disappointing to see.

beautiful and quiet
the firmness of the mattress and the fact there was no food on sight to have lunch or dinner

Beautiful pools, peace and quiet.
Located far from tourist area.

Super cheap dorms and you get to enjoy the lovel pool. It was basically empty so we mostly had the form to ourselves.
The beds were rock solid

Good beds
There was nobody around and it felt quite unsafe for that reason. Not good for a solo traveller and if you don't have a bike. The breakfast wasn't great.
3.6
Very beautiful property and pool. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. Really enjoyed staying by the pool.
The beds were super hard and the showers were cold.

the lady who runs the hotel was really nice and helped us wherever she could. the pool was amazing and prob the cleanest we had during our time in Vietnam. the place is really well looked after and clean. we got free breakfast which was good and all in all we had a good time. nice and helpful stuff and you can refill your water for free which is a big bonus.
the mattress in the dorms are like a rock and somehow mossies get in the dorm :( I imagine the other rooms (privates) are great though.

- The pool
The towel smellt nasty when we arrived, probably they didn't wash it
They tell you they will offer you Vietnamese coffee for breakfast, instead I got Nescafé instant coffee. I asked for "no sugar, no milk" they got it twice wrong, no one was speaking English they didn't understand a thing. I gave up and had to get water instead
The second night they asked us to pay for new bed sheets and and new towels as it had stains for dying hair products on it without even trying to clean it. Lady was so disrespectful. We had a big argument. I insisted the stains would go away if they put the sheets in the waching machine, but the lady didn't even want to try. In the end the day they cleaned it and all came off.
They didn't want to apologize for the argument and their mistake. I fell they wanted to rip us off
Bathroom smells really bad
During the 3 days we were there we couldn't find someone who speak more than two words of English
Overall we really had a bad stay. We strongly recommend you to find another place

It’s just a gem! So beautiful and cozy! With a huge area, pool and garden! The rooms are well organized and cozy! The staff is super nice and helpful! You can rent a motorbike from the hotel! It’s just the perfect place to stay in and the great value for money! Highly recommend to visit this hotel and enjoy its great vibes!
All was just incredible and perfect!

I enjoyed the place I was staying, their refreshing green area/patios near the swimming pool

Everything! Rooms were crystal clean, receptionists were so friendly ― they helped us booking motorcycle taxis. There was a HUGE blue pool as well.

Swimming pool.
Hmmm. Far away from everything. Hostile environment. Booked a twin room got a dorm. Security guy got into the room at 8am turned off AC and took the remote. My girlfriend was told by the same guy to leave the place immediately after she came without even trying to figure why she came in the first place. She's vietnamese btw. So disrespectful. If you want to use the pool at night, be prepared coz the crew with flash lights are coming to get you out. Don't expect soap and shampoo in the dorm. The cleaners come early in the morning like stormtroopers turn the lights on and do their thing loudly. On your way to check out don't wear their flipflops coz if they see you they'll leave whatever they're doing and you're dead. You can borrow a hair dryer for 15-20 mins. Good luck...

The hotel has the best pool I have experienced in Vietnam. Very well designed, long 35 meters, give and take, clean, clear and well maintained.
The breakfast was very skimpy and restricted with a big A4 sheet telling you what you CANNOT HAVE.
The amount you pay by cards, has an added 2,34% addition to it for INTERNATIONAL credit card.
And ,33% for local ATM cards.
But the staff does not understand that a local VISA DEBIT card is NOT an international credit card, but an ATM card.
I resent this extra cost.
Then I got the owners bank account and I transferred more than the asked amount there.
What the owner doesn't know is the greedy banks sits on his money for 4 days before transferring the amount into his account. The banks steals his interest and get away with it.
Then on checkout, the staffer wanted me to pay again, some extra 5 mill dongs or 200 USD.
She thought I was a crook and treated me accordingly. Threatened by use of police if I didn't pay the extra 200 USD.
Then she forced me to pay a small amount again so she could see that I actually had paid into the owners account.
Then she released me, the receptionist.
I had warned Lien that this would happen. But he didn't do anything about i.
"You did not do as I asked. Inform your staff about the payment so we can avoid any hassles at the check out."
Most unpleasant episode of my long life of travel. Not nice.

Really liked this place! Very cosy rooms with no-ceiling bathroom, large and clean swimming pool, beatiful garden with many places to take a rest.
Maybe food could be tastier, make a breakfast for 4 people took them forever so we had to cancel it to catch the morning bus.
