Beautiful Steamboat condo in great location!
Goditi il nostro bellissimo condominio situato in posizione centrale tra la montagna di sci e il centro di Steamboat Springs, Colorado! La nostra spaziosa planimetria è un grande spazio per famiglie o gruppi. Le due master suite con letti king size, camera per gli ospiti con letto matrimoniale, oltre a un soppalco con due letti matrimoniali dormiranno 10.
La camera da letto principale al piano di sotto ha un balcone privato con vista mozzafiato sulla Yampa Valley, letto matrimoniale, bagno privato con doppio lavandino e doccia idromassaggio, cabina armadio e TV a schermo piatto da 32 ". La camera da letto principale al piano superiore ha un letto king size, bagno privato con doccia e splendida vista sulla Yampa Valley.
La camera degli ospiti al piano inferiore dispone di un letto matrimoniale, bagno adiacente con doccia e cabina armadio. L'ampio soppalco offre due letti matrimoniali.
La nostra cucina è completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, fornelli a gas, pavimenti in legno, zona pranzo separata e posti a sedere bar intorno al centro dell'isola. Un camino in pietra a gas, soffitto a volta, TV a schermo piatto da 40 "e comodi posti a sedere creano una zona soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Our group of 4 adults & 3 kids truly enjoyed our stay. The condo worked out great for us. It was very spacious and one of the better stocked condos that we have ever had - easily able to prepare meals for the whole crew. Very clean and a good location for exploring the area - walking distance to grocery stores. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing time with my girls (late 50's to late 60's. Bus system was amazing! Great between downtown and ski area .....beautiful home!

We chose this location for our annual family ski trip. My family fell in love with this place! First time we stayed at this property. Perfect! Hard to get a higher rating from my family. Owner was amazing. Easy to reach and helpful. Property is clean and well equipped. Only one set of stairs to enter the condo. Was a breeze to load and unload. Plenty of parking. We will be back next year!

Great place near to Steamboat village. Spacious for 6 adults and could easily accommodate 8-10. Quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was a short walk. Steakhouse within walking distance. Had the fireplace going every evening. Grocery store nearby. Good value.

My family and I were in town for a wedding over Labor Day weekend and this condo was perfect for our needs! Convenient location and plenty of space for our group. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly which was much appreciated! The place was also very clean and orderly. Overall we’d definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this condo and everything was great. I love the location close to the grocery stores and quick drive to the resort. I see a lot of people use the public transit to the ski resort, as it's at the entrance to this community. I really enjoyed how well stocked this condo was. I've stayed at may VRBO's and this had everything we needed. We never ran out of paper towels or toliet paper. Thanks again for another great family vacation!

Well stocked kitchen, games for kids, and lots of room to spread out for two families with kids. Couldn’t have had better weather, easy access to mountain, great week skiing/snowboarding. Comfortable beds, cozy home!

Two families brought our kids to Steamboat for their first trip skiing out west. We loved this place as it was conveniently situated on the shuttle between the town and the mountain. We also loved that the kitchen was well stocked and we cooked many meals at home. I highly recommend this clean and spacious property.

Peggy was very responsive. The condo was a perfect fit for our adult family of 8. Extremely well stocked - everything we could have needed was there - even a mitten dryer and crockpot! Excellent location! We had an amazing time!

The property was easy to find and in a great location. It was just a quick walk to the free bus stop to take us into town only a few minutes away. The property was laid out well so we could easily hang out as a group, playing games, eating a meal, etc. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. Overall a great place to spend quality time with friends!

The place was perfect for our stay. With two people running Run Rabbit Run 100, we needed a place larger for our crews and family to stay, while being easy to access downtown and the mountain village. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay
Peggy and Dave's condo was the perfect place for our family trip to Steamboat Springs. The location, while close to the main road, was an easy walk to the free shuttle and a few minute ride to the downtown main street shopping area. The unit itself was absolutely perfect. It was roomy, very clean, had every amenity you could possibly need (and is within walking distance to Safeway for all your cooking needs). Peggy was always prompt in responding to any questions. I would definitely stay here again when in Steamboat Springs and highly recommend it to anyone!

Ski Haus Condo
This three + bedroom condo met the needs of our family of 8. The kitchen was well stocked and nice. The highway is close by and loud at times. The free bus stop was near by and convenient for getting to the mountain.

Great location Very Comfortable
We loved our stay at this condo. Everything was as described on Vrbo. It’s the perfect location in my opinion. You are right next to many grocery stores and restaurants. It’s a quick 5 minute drive to the Steamboat resort. It really was the perfect amount of space for 6 adults and two children. The loft area was perfect for the kids and each adult couple had a nice room. All the rooms had comfy beds and a bathroom. The condo was very clean when we arrived. I highly recommend this condo if you are going skiing or visiting Steamboat!

Amazing Adventure
My family had the most amazing time in Steamboat. The condo was perfect and in a great location. You are a 5 minute walk to the public bus stop which takes you to the ski mountain or to downtown Steamboat! The grocery store is a five minute walk as well. Beautiful grounds and the owners were so helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!!!!!

Very nice property, super comfy and spacious and very well stocked. Owner was very responsive when I had a couple of questions. About 5 minutes to shuttle, we never needed our car.

Great mountain getaway in Steamboat
My friends and I have been doing at least one Steamboat trip a winter for the past 5 years and Peggy’s condo is our favorite property we have stayed at so far. It has everything you could need for a ski trip and is just a 3 minute drive from the mountain. We can’t wait to return in the future!

This was our second time staying at this property. We liked it so much the first time we were happy to see it available for our next visit to Steamboat. Well stocked and super clean, comfortable beds and fluffy towels. Close to the bus stops to town and the mountain. We will sure check for availability here for our next Steamboat trip.

Everything was wonderful. Communication with the owner was quick, the condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need and was in a great location.

Very nice!
Great location. Close to town, nice neighborhood. Shops and grocery near by. The condo was very clean, lovely balcony, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and we loved seeing the bears walk right by frequently. I would definitely stay there again. The only negative I can think of is there is a bit of traffic noise as it is very close to the main road in town. Not bad though.
