Questa unità sf 2 BR / 2BA 1050 è vicino agli impianti di risalita / città con viste spettacolari, eccezionali caratteristiche aggiornate, piscina, vasca idromassaggio, sauna, TV 3D, grande camino a gas in pietra, ripiani in granito in cucina e bagno, in lavatrice / asciugatrice, parcheggio coperto proprio fuori dalla porta, tutto per rendere il vostro soggiorno confortevole e indimenticabile.
La maggior parte dei condomini Breck sembrano condomini ovunque, sono affollati con altri condomini, o sono troppo piccoli per essere confortevoli ... e le opinioni sono di altri condomini. Questa unità gode di una splendida vista sullo spazio verde e sulle montagne, è il 50% più grande della maggior parte delle 2 unità BR, è rustico con uno dei camini a gas più belli che ti piaceranno. Questo è il comfort della montagna. Un sacco di granito, elettrodomestici di lusso, 47 '3D TV, 2 lavandino vanità, letto King con top in memory foam.
Non lasciare che il divertimento si fermi quando lasci le piste. Hop nella nostra piscina, vasca idromassaggio o sauna ... o tutti e 3. Quindi torna al condominio per un film in 3D, o giochi su Nintendo o Xbox 360. Affamato? Getta una bistecca sulla griglia e goditi la fantastica vista dal ponte. O sali sulla navetta e sei a 2 minuti dall'happy hour in uno dei tanti ottimi ristoranti. O semplicemente vai al micro birrificio; è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla tua porta.

Everything great except confusion on receiving the code to get into the condo. Rare occasion when the owner was in a no cell phone coverage.

This is the most nicely appointed, furnished, and comfortable 2 bedroom I have rented over the past 6-8 years I have been using VRBO. The owner (Paul) and property manager Mark were very responsive and helpful. As skiers we loved the convenience of the bus stop 75 feet from the unit! I would stay here again and again! We saw moose the first morning too🤗

My friend and I had a fabulous stay. The unit is exactly as it appears online, it is clean, comfortable, cozy and well appointed. It is an easy walk to town, which is always positive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Not enough great things to say about this property and the owner. An incredibly short walk to the free shuttle, quick communication with Paul, plenty of space to relax after a day of skiing. It was a new location for us and we definitely plan to stay again! You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I highly recommend the Bailey Bungalow for your next mountain getaway in Breckenridge. The condo is beautifully decorated and so inviting. We loved the view from the deck, the gas fireplace, the very quiet location, easy access to trailheads and also to downtown. We hope to come back soon!

Great location, fully stocked kitchen, good towels and linens, clean and the condo looks better in person than in the pictures. Paul checked in with us to make sure all was good. I will stay here again on my next trip to Breckenridge.

We had a wonderful stay in Breckinridge. The condo was perfect for our family. We were close enough to walk to town yet spent time on the balcony appreciating the outdoors. We are looking forward to booking again in the winter.

Fabulous Ski Condo w/in Steps to the Shuttle
The hosts are great and very accommodating. Checked in with us to make sure the accommodations were to our satisfaction. The condo location is steps to the free shuttle which takes you to the mountain. The condo itself was clean and well decorated. A truly great vacation condo!

Fantastic Host and Place
Place was very accessible, had all amenities, space, and accomodations one could want. Very close to bus to take you to lifts or town. Paul is incredibly friendly and accomodating, would definitely come back!

Great week in the Bailey Bungalow
We enjoyed a fantastic stay in the bungalow. Paul touched base with me a few times to ensure we were comfortable. Location is just off the main stretch and the covered parking space saved us from having to dig out after a snowfall. The view from the terrace was a treat to see in the morning.

Perfect place for our family.
We really enjoyed the location and atmosphere at this condo. We came to ski and the closeness to the shuttle was great. Communication with the owners was prompt and friendly. Any questions or issues that arose were addressed very quickly. If we ever make it back to Breck we’ll definitely see if this condo is available.

Breckenridge Stay
The exceptional accommodations of this condo made our trip to Breckenridge that much greater. It had everything we needed to feel at home when we weren't out enjoying the town, trails, and sites. It has a beautiful view of the mountains out the deck doors, is within walking distance of downtown, and was the perfect size for me and my son. Paul was also very helpful giving us information about the area and went out of his way to make us feel welcome in his condo.

Beautiful location
It was a cozy and comfortable condo with a full kitchen and laundry. We enjoyed eating on the deck and taking in the view of the mountains. It was close to downtown with a convenient shuttle just a few feet from the door. We had a great week and enjoyed our stay.

Great location and very accessible to Breckinridge. Really enjoyed the deck and the views of the mountains. We ate in most of our stay and kitchen was well stocked. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family vacation
Beautiful view from deck. Screen door was off hinges when we arrived. My husband fixed it. We were not able to get in at 4 on as the cleaning crew was late arriving. It appeared they were rushed as it did not seem it was cleaned as well as it should have been. Still had a great vacation and within walking distance of downtown Breck withou children or elderly.

Great Place
We got in very late was traveling for 24 hours, we had an uber driving and it was so dark he coudnt find the place, we called Mark at 2 am, he stayed on the phone till we got there, I know if I wasnt exhausted it would have been a piece of cake, beautiful, condo, so much to do, hicked everyday, where we never had a single, it was awesome, Thanks Paul and Mark for everything

This is the perfect location, close walk to town, but away from it all at the same time.

Excellent location, Cozy home, Great host
This condo was in the perfect location. It was about a 100 yard walk to the free ride bus stop which took us right to the base of the gondola or to any Breckenridge location. The condo itself is cozy and well equipped. I was delighted that there was a crockpot, which helped with our dinner prep on ski days. We did encounter a couple of issues, but Paul was quick to address them and compensated for them nicely. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

No amenities
The property was nice, was more disappointed that the owner did not disclose the fact that the pool, hot tub, and sauna were closed. And had been closed since March of 2019. I contacted the owner and he said was because of covid-19. But other properties in town have them open. I would have chosen another place to stay if this info was available

The place and the parking are great. The place was cozy..and nice. Kitchen has everything - you need. The barbeque on - the deck was great. We grilled steaks at 20 degrees outside. Great set up for up to four people. The rooms and - the bathrooms are very nice. Paul is a great owner. He helped us navigate the directions to the condo.

Perfect Place for a Long Weekend!
We had a great time in Breckenridge and Paul was a great host! The unit was exactly as described in the listing and was everything we needed! Great communication and easy to check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay at Paul's Bungalow again when we come back to Breckenridge!

Great ski trip
The property location was great, easy access to town and slopes
Parking spot was covered and located right next to steps to door
When we first arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous renters (they left a major mess)
One call to the owner and he immediately got a company to report to the property and cleaned everything properly within an hour
No issues with anything after that
