La cucina gourmet ospita comodamente grandi gruppi con due lavandini, due forni, due lavastoviglie, due forni a microonde, tre frigoriferi + ice maker separato, bistecchiere, mixer da 5 quarti, Keurig + grinder + 2 altre macchine da caffè. Meritano una visita anche il walk-in dispensa e oltre 90 piedi cubi di spazio frigorifero / congelatore. C'è un bar per la colazione per posti a sedere aggiunto e un angolo per la colazione con un posto vicino al finestrino che ha una bellissima vista. Per il vostro divertimento all'aria aperta abbiamo una spiaggia privata (con ulteriore sabbia naturale in acqua e pendenza dolce), coperto 3 molo (con ascensori) molo con grande scivolo d'acqua e un quarto porticato schermato (tre sulla casa) e sole enorme ponti, grill a gas di grandi dimensioni (sfruttato in un serbatoio di propano sotterraneo da 500 galloni), giochi con buche di mais (indoor e outdoor - sì la nostra sala giochi al piano di sopra è abbastanza grande), set da gioco, tether-ball, biliardino e ping pong.

Family very much enjoyed our time here. The house was spacious and comfortable and views are beautiful. This house has everything (just missing a hot tub)…house is located in a gated community with tons of privacy on the lake. Waking up to the sunrise coming up over the lake was wonderful (and you have so many options (bedroom view, or one of the many open or screened in porches)). The house is fully equipped with activities for kids and adults (movie room and game room with pool and card table). Kids enjoyed the large game/toy room, outdoor play set and the beach area. Family enjoyed the catch and release fishing around the house. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had enough silverware/plates/bowls/etc. Upon checkin we did experience a small issue trying to open the garage door but called the support number and got immediate assistance which was great. Would love to visit and rent this beautiful home again.

Pictures and description are perfect. The beds were so comfortable. Everyone was commenting on how well they slept! The extra soundproofing was an added, plus with such a large family and children of all ages. The kitchen was well equipped, the game room, kept everyone busy, the theater room was comfortable, the porches were screened in, plenty of room for everyone! There was an accident somewhere on the main road that took out our electricity. Called the caretaker he was very helpful with telling us where the emergency lanterns and batteries and water were located but they weren’t needed very long. The power came back on in about 45 minutes! Excellent communication with the owners and the caretaker. Would definitely recommend for a family with a lot of ages to gather, and celebrate each other! Thank you Eagles Cove it was a wonderful mini vacation!

This home was perfect! The inside was very spacious for our 20+ group of all ages. The outdoor space had everything you could think of from a shallow beach area for the young ones, to an incredibly fun slide, and a dock to sit and relax or fish from. An added bonus that wasn't pictured was the water trampoline! We rented 2 boats and a jet ski from the owners that were delivered and ready for us when we arrived, which made it incredibly convenient. We especially loved all the screened in spaces! We would definitely rent again in the future. Thanks John and Kara!

This property was great for our family. The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable. The living area was great for us. My wife and I, my six kids and thirteen grandkids all had a great time. The slide was a huge hit. The boathouse is beautiful with lots of space and its covered so even the one day it rained we were out there fishing. Catfish and large mouth bass had the kids so excited(the adults too). The porch on the main floor is huge and we had plenty of room for meals, board games, cards, etc. The owners were very helpful with anything we needed. It was the best home we've rented for a vacation since we started these family vacations 10 years ago. We definitely plan on returning again next year. Thank you for sharing this wonderful property with us.

We loved our stay at Eagles Cove. The house has something for everyone to relax, swim, and outdoor activities! We had a small wedding ceremony on the property that exceeding our expectations! The hosts were extremely helpful making sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. The house and property are gorgeous and provided a one of a kind weekend with enough space to hold multiple families! Cant recommend the property enough.

The property and the house are beautiful. But the house was not cleaned properly. Piles of dirt in the bathroom, the toilets were not clean, mold in the showers, hair in bathrooms. We chose this house for our wedding so the day before our wedding, we had to put sheets on every bed ourselves because it was not done for us. All towels weren’t on the racks, but under the sinks or in closets which I found odd. The lower porch was very very filthy. We had to throw out tons of food because the refrigerator was not working properly. Again, beautiful place but the housekeeping was not up to standard, especially for what you pay.

The seven of us 70 year-old school friends and husbands thoroughly enjoyed our time together at this beautiful house and location. Our favorite part was being able to eat together as a group either in the area off the kitchen or on the screened porch - both of which face the lake. The house easily accommodated us with room to spare and was very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well equipped as the description had said. Our only disappointment was the house was not cleaner, particularly the kitchen.

It’s hard to describe how perfect this house was for our party of 22 people. The layout, the accessories, the movie room, the water sport equipment available for use, the water slide…. AMAZING! The property managers, owners, and maintenance folks were so incredibly patient, friendly, and accommodating. This experience was top notch and the house was stunning. We will be back! Highly recommend for large family gatherings. Thank you for a memorable and beautiful weekend!

The house was perfect for a large group, from the ideal bedroom setups to the bunk rooms for the kids, the spacious common areas, and kitchen designed to accommodate large groups. The house came with every amenity we could ask for and more, and the property owners/managers were very communicative throughout the process. We will 100% stay here again, and strongly recommend staying here!

Our group of friends had an excellent time at Eagle Cove. The communication with the property manager couldn't be better as they facilitated early check-in easily without any questions asked. There is plenty of room throughout the house for large groups and tons of activities to keep everyone occupied. The most frequent comment from my group was how the house was one of the highest quality rentals we've ever stayed at. Would definitely recommend this to future travelers.

I have been running team experiences through VRBO across the country for 8 years now. This house is the real deal. It has everything you could need... and then a lot! We had 22 players and 2 coaches and the space was just right. We cooked and ate all our meals at the house and it was a breeze with the MULTIPLE fridges, ovens, dishwashers to make any meal come to life.
I cannot state enough, this place is worth the little extra cost to make your group gathering a smashing success!

Eagle's Cove was a great house large enough for all our family. Right on the water, it has great views and everything was in great condition and well maintained. We had a number of families all get together for the holidays and the place was plenty big for all of us to use and not ever feel crowded. They've clearly thought of everything for a large gathering as there's multiples of all the appliances (dishwasher, fridge, etc) so at no point are you ever worried about how everything will fit. We would definitely recommend Eagle's Cove for anyone looking for a large house, and will hopefully be back again ourselves!

Eagle's Cove was a wonderful getaway. The house is beautiful and laid out so well. It accommodated all of our family with sufficient space for everyone to have some privacy.
The kitchen was amazing. It was so nice to have a place that all of us could eat together. There was plenty of refrigerator space and all the kitchen tools we needed.

Our family has reunions every 2 years, as we are scattered throughout the country in 6 states. Ages range from 80 to 3 years. Eagle's Cove was perfect! So many activities - both inside and outside. The house was large enough to accommodate our whole family, and one priority is a table large enough for us all to sit down together for meals. Rented a boat and jet ski to enjoy Lake Anna, and I don't think the kids ever got off the slide on the boat dock. Paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit; the volleyball and cornhole games so much fun. House totally comfortable and well appointed. Eagle's Cove is amazing!

We stayed Eagles Cove for the 4th of July weekend. My husband, 2 daughters and 5 other families…27 of us in total. It was truly one of the most fun, relaxing and special trips ever! So many laughs and special memories made. John and Kara couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating…as were Art and Gary. The house had everything our group could need and then some!! So many amenities and fun things to do…we had 14 teenagers in our group and they barely touched their cell phones for the entire weekend because the were having so much fun making memories and just being kids. I can’t say enough about how amazing this property is... the house is huge, the boat house and shoreline is huge, and the land is huge.... kids and our dog ran around the property and enjoyed the outdoors as much as they love the house. Movie room, piano, adult and kids games area.... i am defiantly going to be coming back to this amazing place.

This is an amazing house - everything the pictures show and more. We stayed in the off season, during an ice storm, so we didn't get to spend much time outside, but there was plenty to do inside to keep us busy. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are great. There was pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. The theatre room was fantastic and the game room was fun. We didn't have kids with us, but this would be a great place for kids with all the games/activities and fun bunk beds. All of the outdoor amenities would be more than enough to keep you busy for your stay. We would love to stay here again.

Every year our friends host a get together with our growing families to catch up, relax, and stay in touch. Eagle's Cove is a perfect place for just such an event. Plenty of things for kids, excellent waterfront, and amazing amenities for adults. Extremely satisfied with this place. We look forward to booking again!
