House was very clean, great location, close to all major roadways. Not part of a development, situated on a quiet side street. Biggest disappointment was the jacuzzi hot tub wasn’t working. House could use bathroom updates, and some work around the pool area. Lots of kitchen and paper products supplied, but only 1 hairdryer. Owner very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Bonita. It's in a great location on the canal; we really enjoyed our time outside each morning! The home was also really close to family in the area, which was another added bonus. Big, spacious home with plenty of room for our entire family. We used the new washer/dryer before checking out, which was great.
We had a couple of glitches upon entering the property but Valerie was helpful right away. Internet was a tiny bit spotty but nothing major. Additionally, some of the items in the listing were not available like a grill and gym equipment, but it wasn't make or break for our stay.

We opened the front door and said Wow, what a beautiful house! The owner has decorated it as if she were to live in it, with light, neutral background and occasional, fun beachy accents. The kitchen is outstanding for a large group (13), with 2 ovens, large refrigerator, dishwasher and space to spread out. Two dining areas worked perfectly for our group, seating 7 and 13, allowing the 6 grandkids space to eat together, and also to have a space for games and cards during our not so great weather. If they all come back in the future, they want us to rent it for them again!

Spent a week in April at this amazing property with my family. This property is close to Bonita beach and about 30 min to Naples Pier. The house is well maintained and it has everything you can possibly want. The kitchen is spacious and is well stocked with all gadgets if you like to cook. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella are provided as well. Liked the pool as well- was a bit on the colder side at the beginning due to colder nights, but the owner heated it up for us to be comfortable. Overall, we had a great time and recharged out batteries with Vit D in sunny FL.

We had a wonderful 6 weeks at the mansion. It was very comfortable and the location is very convenient. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and sunning in the yard. Valerie was a great host who helped solve any issues we had and was knowledgeable and prompt. We would highly recommend this rental in the Bonita Springs area.

My two grandsons called it the “Frog House” because we saw one frog outside and many frog decorations inside. In the morning the three year old would wake up and say, “I just love this house!” Beautifully decorated. Walking distance to a fun park, ice cream, and grocery stores! Neighbors very friendly!

Had a great stay in October. House was accurately described in the listing (even nicer than it looks in the pictures!). Check-in process was seamless, extremely clean with very comfortable beds. Everything you'd need in the kitchen is there.
Valerie was a text message away and very responsive.
It's a great location in Bonita Springs - if you were to book a similar house in Naples, it'd cost you twice the price.

Very nice family experience

Spacious, well-appointed home
I have rented many VRBO homes and this home was very enjoyable! It was very clean, had plenty of towels, beach towels, dishes, etc., had a travel crib for our 18 mo old and plenty of space for 4 of us. It can definitely easily accommodate more people. However, the one bedroom downstairs needs to use the powder room and/or the master bedroom bathroom as there is no other bathroom on the main floor. This was not really that inconvenient for us. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have their own bathrooms. The kitchen was very stocked with every type of serving dish, utensils, plates, etc. that you could want. It has a regular coffee pot and a Keurig to choose from. The pool would be a little small for a large group but worked well for the 4 of us and a baby. The house is very conveniently located down the street from a Publix grocery store as well as a Fresh Market. It is a very quick trip to 2 different beaches but be ready to pay $10 a day for parking. The only thing we were disappointed in was the small number of restaurants with waterview dining. The food at most of the restaurants was not that great and was overpriced of course (always in a tourist area!) The area was very quiet and it was wonderful sitting out on the screened-in lanai at night. There are tiny mosquitoes at night so the screened in porch was utilized a lot. For families with small children, the backyard is open to the waterway - no fencing on that back side. But it appears the canal is not very deep. We enjoyed our last evening ordering food from a local restaurant and eating it on the patio overlooking the waterway. It was cheaper and better than any of the restaurants we had gone to. Overall, it was a very nice home - which our daughter called a mansion. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed this home for our family gathering to celebrate my husband, son, and grandson's birthdays. The backyard was incredibly peaceful and calming...perfect for coffee every morning and unwinding every evening!

Month in paradise
I have been staying in rental properties in the Naples area for the past 20+ years and this was one of the best! Valerie was great to work with from beginning to end. The living room couch was the best I have ever had in a rental and the mattresses were great. The whole house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is really well stocked and has good pans, dishes and glassware. Everything is just the way you would want it. Definitely hope to return in the near future

Large but OLD and in need of many repairs.
My family and I had a wonderful time in Bonita Springs but the house left a lot to be desired. The cleaning crew did not clean the house, it just smelled of strong bleach smell which did not help my asthma and allergies. They should get a new cleaning crew or over see their work for awhile. There was not a BBQ grill to use. The ice maker in the refrigerator was broken and the inside was dirty with old dirty ice bags in it. There was not a clean mop to use on the house, I use a spin mop at my house and in my rental house too. There were a lot of spider webs throughout the house. The outside by and around the pool is very dirty and has mold and plants growing everywhere. The outside need a good yard maintenance to clean everything up. I told the owner I was looking for a house to rent often but this is not the one. So sad! Too expensive for the old house that it is!!!

The listing of the property indicates 12 guests and 8 beds. This house does not hold that many guests. The pool was too cold to swim in and hot tub was also cold. Overall this is a nice house but the listing needs to be updated to be more clear about the rooms and beds.

Overall the property was nice and accommodating. For the high price, there could have been some updated features. Pool was small, some of the carpets were old and needed to be replaced etc. management was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend. Great location to the beaches and restaurant.

Amazing Home
This property is a must if you are in the Bonita Springs area. The pool and fishing was a hit with the kids. The home is also close to shopping and dining. We also traveled down to the Everglades and Marco Island which were easy drives. Communication with the owner was great.

Beautiful, well appointed house! Just as described. Very pet friendly. Walkable to grocery store. Boat ramp nearby and easy to access. Loved the jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Owner very attentive.

Beautiful and comfortable home
We rented this beautiful home for a mother, daughter getaway. This is a comfortable home located very centrally to shops, the supermarket and beaches! The owner, Valerie, was very accomodating to our group. The only reason I could not give 5 stars to the accuracy of the listing is because the were no usable kayaks on the property which was a disappointment to our active group.

Mom’s 76th Birthday
My family really enjoyed being under the same roof celebrating my mother’s birthday. We even had a“BONUS” in the stay. Our family enjoys fishing and habit the opportunity to fish brought our family closer as we reminisce about times when we were kids.

Wonderful pet-friendly home
Spacious, open floor plan with fenced back yard for our pup to have some free reign. Great location. Close to everything. Lots of walking/bike trails and even a nice dog park down the road. Valerie was a great host- responsive to anything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Exceeded our expectations
This property exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect space to house our group of 8. Large bedrooms, huge master bedroom and luxurious master bath. Beautiful kitchen with upgraded appliances. Back yard and pool areas were perfect area for our group workout sessions. Our host was very accommodating and prompt In response to our inquiries. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely book again!

Beautiful home outside of the hustle and bustle!
Not only was this home beautiful, clean, and well kept, the owner was fantastic! She was so accommodating to an on the fly schedule, easy to communicate with, and truly went above and beyond for recommendations in the area. She even welcomed our pup! The beds were SO comfortable and you couldn’t help but feel at “home.” The only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn’t working and that’s one of the reasons we booked this home.. However, there was an amazing jacuzzi tub inside that worked great! All in all, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Family Get Together
What a beautiful property. This beautiful home fit all of our needs with plenty of room, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a beautiful yard and patio. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of cooking utensils and the outside grill was also used. The property was enjoyed by all and we will definitely look to reserve again with family close by. Golfers Stay in Bonita Beach
The house was perfect for a foursome. Location could not have been better. We were very disappointed when I received an on line bill for an additional charge, which was for heating the swimming pool. We never went swimming, didn't even bring our suits. The only thing we can figure is when opening the door to the pool we must have turned on the heating when trying to find the light switch. It would have been nice if we would have received an email or phone call instead of a surprise. We were also surprised when checking out we found laundry in the dryer and dishes in the dish washer from the previous occupant.
