Was a good space for 4 adults, two older teens, and one pre teen kid. Could easily have had another two people staying with no issue. The only minor issue is that the wf-fi was weak to one of the bedroom, which meant streaming content (poor cell there too) could not be viewed in that one place. Would definitely stay again.

Our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 teens) fit well in this property. Conveniently located to 7 Springs and the shuttle made travel back and forth so easy! Even though there was not much snow, our skiers and snowboarders had a great time! Would definitely come back to this house.

Good location!
Our family skis - so this condo was conveniently located. Shuttle service to and from 7 Springs was very helpful as well. Condo was clean and the on line pictures accurately reflect how it looks. It is "vertical" and requires traversing several sets of steps to get to the living room and bedrooms. The loft bunk bedroom has a very steep ladder (which is fine for kids and teens) but may be difficult for adults with any orthopedic issues.

Fine Place
Positives first! Donna is a great owner!! House was very well stocked. Everything and anything we needed was there. From soap, towels, spices, etc. Great!
The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen is great!
However, when we first walked in I thought the place smelled like cat pee. It wasn't, it was mold and mildew. The place is dark and damp (despite all of the attempts to have out damp rid around the condo. ) The condo is actually smaller than I thought. It was hard for all of us to sit together. We did spend time on the deck which was great.
All it all, it was fine.

Winter Break Family Get Away
We could not have asked for a better experience! Renting from Donna was EXCELLENT from the moment we made our reservation to the time we checked out. The property was amazing! It had everything we needed and more! Donna was so quick to respond if we had a question, and truly we never needed to leave and get a thing. Her rentals had 100% of whatever we would need plus! Cannot wait to rent from her again. It was a great experience by all.

Spacious townhouse at Seven Springs
Spacious townhouse that comfortably fit our party of 12 which included 6 kids. The large kitchen, deck and sunken living room were our favorite parts. The backyard was very pretty to look out on. The bedrooms and bathrooms were dated but clean. TVs with cable in all of the bedrooms would be ideal. The grill was rusted and rotted on the inside and would not light, which was unexpected and a little disappointing as we thought we would use it but just did all our cooking inside instead. The owner was friendly and responded to all of my emails which was greatly appreciated.

Wonderful summer COVID getaway!
The place was spacious, had everything we needed, and was very conveniently located to the golf course. The pool is within walking distance, and so is a nice hike. And, the drive to the other Seven Springs activities is <5 minutes. Beds were very comfy and the puzzles and games were nice as well. Donna was readily available and responsive. I would definitely stay here again my next time in Seven Springs.

Fantastic stay!!
First of all Donna was the best! She was so responsive for every question we had. The property was exactly what we needed to celebrate my wife’s 30th. I have to imagine we will return sometime in the future for another weekend!

Great location for ski weekend
Our stay included eleven adults visiting for a ski weekend. The shuttle to 7 Springs was great. The property has everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of room for everyone to sit in the living room. The view was nice and it was great to have 3 full baths. You may want to note that the bunk beds are on the third floor and there was basically a built in ladder to get to that floor. However, there was a full bath on that floor as well. The host was responsive and easy to get ahold of. I would recommend this property to others.

Our group of 8 had a great time! Location was very convenient to the slopes and the shuttle runs frequently. House had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. House was just as pictured. Plenty of space for everyone. Owner was very nice and whole process was easy. We had a great time.

Nice and Convenient!
The place is nice and roomy. The condo and kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of space and it is very convenient to get down to the slopes. A shuttle comes frequently to take you to 7 Springs or you can drive a short distance. Everything you need for a nice ski weekend.

Exceeded expectations
We stayed at this property for a weekend ski trip and it was such a perfect fit for a group of 10 (but it could comfortably fit more). The house was outfitted with everything we could possibly need, including ample paper products and soaps and a fully stocked kitchen with all types of gadgets (coffee maker, blender, waffle maker) and plenty of cups/mugs/plates/pots/pans to go around. The beds were very comfortable and there were enough bathrooms for everyone. Donna was super responsive to any question we had and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely rent one of her properties again.

We had 4 adults and 5 young kids - the place was plenty big enough for all of us. The house is very well stocked and the owner is super nice and great at communication. Loved the shuttle - it really makes a difference with 9 people going back and forth to the lodge. The house is a bit dated inside, but we expected that from the pictures. Overall, had a great time.

Nice location. Great pool area. Roomy townhouse but very dated except for the kitchen. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The loft area was very hot even with the fan on.

Weekend Trip
My friends and I had a great stay at this condo! It was a perfectly sized place for a bigger group. The living room area was really big and the kitchen is a lot bigger then the pictures make it seem! The owner was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful. Also, the shuttle to the main lodge area for skiing/snowboarding is PERFECT and no one had to move their car all weekend. I would definitely recommend renting this place!

Nice space
The space is great for large groups. We ended up having 12 people stay there and we didn't feel like we were bumping into each other. In our group was 4 teenage boys so the loft with 4 bunk beds was perfect for them. Overall, everyone had a good time and we were able to spread out as needed.

Girl's Weekend
We had a great weekend at this property! The condo was spacious and provided plenty of recreational room for playing games and relaxing. The condo had everything that we needed for the weekend - the kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of the consumables that were promised. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed the outdoor activities that were available. I would recommend making reservations in advance if you want to take advantage of the activities at the lodge. Although late fall isn't the busiest time of the year at Seven Springs, we still had trouble making reservations for the sporting clays and a few other activities. Overall, I highly recommend this property!

We had a marvelous stay at this unit! It is within walking distance to the golf course/club house and the mountain tops views are breathtaking! We enjoyed usage of the large back deck and having the woods as scenery. The unit has a very nice and user-friendly gas grill with all the grilling utensils. The kitchen was recently renovated and the cabinets are awesome. There is an option to use soft lighting under the kitchen cabinets. I really enjoyed cooking in this well stocked kitchen that had an abundance of dishware, glassware, pots, mixing bowls, utensils and a stylish set of silverware. The unit provided an array of paper products, cleaning supplies, disposable shower mats and laundry detergent. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room. Most importantly, the rental transaction and communication with the owner via text, phone and email were friendly, effective, very responsive and caring! A great unit to rent!

This rental had everything we needed for a family reunion.... A real bed for each person with all linens, 3.5 bathrooms for ease of sharing ( towels included) , a large family room with seating for all and a kitchen table big enough for the entire group of 10. Kitchen was fully equipped plus a second refrigerator for extras. All this at a great value plus a very accommodating owner !

Having stayed in Swiss Mountain the past few years, my crew and I were looking for something different this year. We found that the Mountain Villas were nicer, but at the same time, competitively priced (i.e. cheaper).
This townhouse in particular is fully stocked and perfect for a ski weekend. It has all the major appliances: washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, TWO refrigerators, toaster oven, etc. The television in the living room is enormous, and it's a smart TV so we were able to watch Netflix over the free wifi (owner-provided) after a day's worth of skiing.
As for getting to the lodge, the shuttle runs pretty consistently on the weekends, even in March. We did not have to wait more than 10 minutes each time, and the drop off point at the lodge is the same spot as Swiss Mountain so it's easy to find. One nice amenity that this townhouse has is an outdoor shed for skis and related equipment, so there was no need to try to lug everything inside or to worry about leaving it out in the open outside overnight.
All in all it was a good weekend, my only real complaint is with Mother Nature; it was a bit warm!
