Exceptionally clean property, Sabin the owner is the ideal host. Attentive to all details and incredibly responsive, Sabin insures a wonderful stay. Our weather (early January) was not the best, so we couldn't use the pool and multiple seating areas (covered and uncovered) surrounding the pool. However, given Miami's usual fantastic weather--this is a great area for relaxation after enjoying a day in Coral Gables or Coconut Grove. Without hesitation or qualification, I give this property my highest recommendation. Stay there--you will love it!!!

We had a communication’s snafu right off the bat that prevented us from entering the property. Sabin was quick to respond and rectified the problem promptly. The home and casita are clean and comfortable. Great location, within walking distance of nice restaurants and shopping. The weather was a bit cool so we did not get a chance to use the pool but thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. We did not do any cooking so cannot speak to the utility of the kitchen, but it seemed well appointed. We had a lovely time in Miami and will absolutely consider booking this property for our next visit.

I traveled to Miami with my wife, two small children, and parents for a wedding. We needed a place with enough rooms to house everyone and safety was a priority. I could not have asked for a better experience with the physical property or location and the host is truly exceptional! The house has everything you'll need for your stay. Towels for days, a well-appointed kitchen, great A/C, outdoor living furniture, a grill, etc. For parents with small kids, it has a high chair and two "Pack N Plays", which brings me to the host. Sabin is an excellent communicator and truly knows/loves the neighborhood. Prior to my departure I asked how many Pack n Plays were available since I have two small children and he first replied there was only one. I told him I would just bring one of mine but he went out of his way to procure a second one for our trip. That type of hospitallity is rare and his support continued throughout my stay.

What a terrific experience. The host was perfect, very responsive. The house was so perfect for our family of 5. Such great access to so many parts of the city. Great place to cook, with a fully stocked kitchen. Relaxing spaces to simply sit and enjoy being on vacation. Beautiful pool. Would 100% stay here again.

Good house to stay and gather for the U Miami graduation. Quiet neighborhood and restaurants within walking distance. Nothing too fancy, the house met our needs and gave us a place to gather instead of a hotel. Definitely recommend if someone wants a short stay close to Coral Gables and Coconut Grove.

This property was great for our family vacation! The host was top notch and very helpfully, best host we’ve had to date. We were able to experience Miami but also drove down to Key west. Great experience all around!

Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood just a five- ten min drive to coconut grove and coral gables. Pool / backyard was awesome with lots of privacy. Plus, a small guesthouse to boot. Sabin was extremely responsive and a great host

The perfect Miami hideaway

House was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. House had everything we needed and host was very responsive and answered our questions immediately.

We stayed in the villa 2 weeks in November -22. The villa is very nice with all amenities you could want. Two spacious bedrooms with kingsize beds and a wc/shower in the main house. An additional kingsize bed and shower in the pool house. Perfect if you travel with teenagers or friends. The overall style is very warm and nicely decorated. Not your usual glossy white on white but more soft Spanish colors and dark wood, very much to my taste. The outdoor space is well represented in the pictures with a wonderful pool area and patio where we spent most of our daytime. The property is very well located in the center of Coconut Grove, a few hundred meters from a grocery of good size and $8 Uber ride to a very good super market. $10 Uber ride , or a 1.5 mile walk, to most waterfront restaurants. The owner is very accommodating towards his guests. Both during booking phase and during our stay. He provides a lot of good info on the house and the Miami area. This helped us a lot. In summary, we hade two wonderful weeks and will surely return.

We had a great stay; the owner Sabin was so very helpful and went above and beyond providing information about places to see and how to get around. We had a couple of issues and Sabin was very easy to get a hold of and he addressed the issues promptly. Overall we had a wonderful time.

We stayed in this lovely, cosy home for 4 weeks and felt very safe taking some evening walks around the neighbourhood. We enjoyed relaxing on all the comfortable furniture by the private pool and BBQ. Our host was very welcoming and always quick to answer any questions and give advise about the area. We would love to stay again.

We rented it for the private pool to celebrate our 25th anniversary. And yes, the pool was awesome! Seemed like a safe and quiet neighborhood. Looked like a police officer lived five houses down. Homeowner was always easy to reach and communicate with. Sabin has a lot of knowledge of the area and plenty of suggestions for entertainment and dinning.

The property was well appointed as advertised. Conveniently located to downtown Miami and South Beach. We loved the salt water pool, and the Casita was suitable for our guests. I would rent the property again.

This property was perfect for our recent family gathering. The pool and patio were perfect for gathering with friends and BBQs. Everyone enjoyed swimming and hangout in the back. This truly was a retreat. A quiet neighborhood with easy access to shops and restaurants. The house was spacious and clean and had all you need for cooking. The pool was great as were the patio sitting areas. Sabin was incredibly helpful with suggestions for places to eat and visit as well as useful advice about the house. I can't recommend it highly enough.

We were two couples 50+ who stayed at the house for one week. We didn't have a car for the first two days, but that wasn't a problem. Publix was at walking distance as well as some great restaurants. The House was excellent with a heated pool, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer etc. Our host Sabin was the best host ever. Always keen so that we had all info we needed and helped us out if we had any problems. The only minor complaint we may have would be that the bed pillows were a bit big and heavy. Would definitely try to book this house again next time we visit Florida.

Very nice house with A pool in Great location! Between Coconut Grove and Little Havana. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Easy to get by car, grocery store and restaurants in walking distance. A very clean house. Lovely pool area. We stayed with 2 teenagers and loved it! The host was very helfull when ever we needed help or wanted to ask something.

I alway read all reviews before scheduling a rental. The reviews here were excellent, and I got exactly what I was expecting! Location, location, location…even Miami Beach was easily accessible. Sabin was always available, though we had no problems with the property. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to going again.

We had a great stay at this home. The living spaces are bright and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked for entertaining and pool area and the casita are added bonuses. Owner was an exemplary host, doing everything he could to make our stay even better. Would definitely stay here again.

The best communication ever from a VRBO host! So personable and thoughtful! And the home is lovely - just like the pictures. A small detail that we appreciated what the simple fact that there were plenty of towels - important since we spent a lot of time in the pool! The high chair and baby rocker was also nice since we had an infant with us. We were quite pleased with the location, amenities, and kind host. We recommend.
