The Family Beach House
La nostra struttura a San Diego si trova nel grazioso quartiere di Pacific Beach, a due isolati dalla spiaggia ea due isolati da Mission Bay. E 'ideale per famiglie, pensionati e giovani coppie con un cortile chiuso (buono per i più piccoli) con un barbecue nuovo di zecca, sedie da giardino per raccontare storie, così come un albero di arancio e limone con frutta tutto l'anno ! La proprietà ha un vialetto con un cancello privato per due veicoli così come il parcheggio in strada disponibile - un vantaggio enorme per l'estate in questo popolare sobborgo sulla spiaggia di San Diego. Questa proprietà è raggiungibile a piedi (3 minuti o meno) non solo della spiaggia, ma anche di molti ristoranti famosi, bar, caffè / gelaterie, negozi Garnet street e un negozio di alimentari! Il nostro quartiere è tranquillo ma vicino al divertimento e quindi chiediamo ai nostri affittuari di essere rispettosi dei nostri vicini meravigliosi che vivono nella zona tutto l'anno. La casa è stata costruita negli anni '50 quando le strade delle palme di Pacific Beach erano fatti di sabbia così ha un fascino antico che AMO! C'è cavo, lettore DVD e accesso a Internet WIFI, e lavatrice / asciugatrice in casa. Asciugamani forniti.

Great location walking distance from the beach, grocery store, and many restaurants. Very convenient parking - we have a large SUV and had no problem fitting in the enclosed driveway. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property within walking distance to all you need to enjoy SD with family and friends. This beach house literally has everything you need to enjoy the beach. 5 min walk to the sand and pretty much everything else you would need. Perfect place to spend with family.

We had an amazing stay at Jessica’s beach house. The house was very clean and in a great location! I would highly recommend staying at this home.

From waking up to the sound of seagulls to having family chats on the porch swing surrounded by rose bushes, the home truly added so much to our vacation. With my four teens we were able to make it a home base for exploring the beach, the bay, shopping, and restaurants all on foot. Thank you for sharing our house with us!

This is a great property close to the beach, the bay, groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Didn’t need to drive to get to these places, and your vehicle is secure with onsite parking!
Plenty of room in the house to be comfortable for a 3 generation family vacation to eat, to play board games, and to sleep.
We would love to return for a repeat vacation!

Great place for large family including toddler. The beds comfortably was a 10 out of 10 Had everything to accommodate all age group. Mins walk to anything and everything you need. Will visit again.🤗

The beach home was clean, stocked with everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The location is very walkable to beach, coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store. The beach towels and toys made the stay perfect.

Our house was absolutely wonderful. Small luxuries (super comfy bedding, nice linens, plenty of kitchen utensils, luxurious showers, etc) and plenty of helpful items to use in the home. Contact with our host was incredible, super fast and friendly. The location was really good, near the beach and lots of restaurants though we ended up driving into San Diego quite a bit, but that was a personal choice to see family and the city. Still a super fast drive. The only reason I’m rating slightly lower is the neighbors directly next door were extremely noisy all night. My 60 year old mom stayed in the room next to their house and didn’t get a wink of sleep because they were up very late and being very loud. There was also a very loud couple fighting for about an hour in the street the first night we were there.
I know this isn’t the hosts fault as they truly were wonderful but it was a little frustrating to not be able to sleep due to the noise at all hours of the night.

I brought my teenage daughter and 4 friends to San Diego on their first ever visit to California, after a school trip got canceled for them. This was the perfect spot to explore the area on foot, seemingly very safe neighborhood and well-located for everything we wanted to do. The host Jess was extremely kind an accommodating, communicative and available before and during our stay. The house is so cute and had everything we needed. The back yard and front stoop were favorite spots for the girls to hang out during downtime! We were traveling on a budget so almost every meal I cooked in the house kitchen and served at the big table family style. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect relaxed beach experience in Pacific Beach!

Cute and cozy 3 bedroom home that was perfectly sized for our family of 4. The beautiful and large backyard is an added bonus to the close proximity to both the beach and the bay. There are lots of food options nearby (including a grocery store) and you could easily spend time here without driving if you really wanted to just have a beach trip. Our kids loved playing with toys and games inside and in the backyard when we weren't exploring. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in San Diego!

This charming house has everything for your relaxing beach family vacation. Space for parking, toys/games, beach accessories, and a lovely home located one block from both the beach and bay! Also walking distance to Ralph’s and restaurants. We loved every minute of our stay - two single moms and 5 kids ranging 6 to 1: years old. We would definitely stay again!

My friends and I loved our stay at the Family Beach House! The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with the palm tree-lined street but close enough to all the action in PB. The house is cozy and you immediately feel at home when you walk through the door. We especially loved hanging out on the deck in the backyard. Beds were very comfortable and we really appreciated how the house was stocked with plenty of towels for the beach.We hope to be back again!

This house is walking distance to the beach, the bay, coffee shops, and restaurants. Perfect location and tons of amenities. We picked up groceries at Ralph's and prepared Thanksgiving dinner in the well equipped kitchen. The yard is great to play corn hole, or have a fire and roast s'mores. We loved this house and our time in San Diego!!

Awesome Beach Rental
This house was so perfect for our family. Everything you could possibly need for an amazing beach vacation. There was beach toys, extra towels, all kinds of kitchen items to make the stay feel like home. We will be back again next year for sure 👍

I wanted to stay forever!
This property was adorable, so clean and comfortable. Had a great visit with friends for my birthday. Location was amazing for morning beach walks and coffee shops. The owners were so friendly and helpful and it was nice having them on the property for help with the outdoor fire and having gotten locked out once oops. Thank you so much for hosting us for an amazing trip to San Diego!

Wonderful location and home
We had a great stay at this beach house. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking, there were lots of toys for our young kids to play with, and the backyard was awesome. It was super easy to walk to the beach and restaurants and an easy drive to the zoo and other attractions. Highly recommend for families!

Wonderful Home in Prime Location
This place was great!!! Walking distance to both the bay and ocean side, as well as all the local restaurants and shops. Couldn’t ask for a better host or location! Perfect for every age (fenced in back yard was a plus for the little ones)!

San Diego Pacific Beach Home
This home was located very central to Pacific Beach and to the north end of the Mission Bay. We had 5 adults stay here and it was comfortable- basically most of what your shopping and eateries ( and the beach) are within easy walking distance.

Perfect location!
This home was perfect for our group. We were celebrating our friends wedding and needed to be close by other friends homes. The location is PERFECT. Close to the bay, Beach, and Garnet street. Would highly recommend!
