Second time staying at Trails End. Excellent location especially if you want to walk into town and/or looking for a ski in/out from Peak 9. Easy check-in/out, clean units, nice views, adequately stocked kitchen and enjoyed being able to bbq on the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

First off: do not book this condo on Vrbo. It is listed by the rental company and if you book on Vrbo like I did then you will get charged a non-refundable $84 booking fee. The communication with the management company was excellent. Emails and text messages are promptly answered. The check in process is a chore. You have to visit the office in downtown Breckenridge before going to the condo. And then on your way out of town do the same thing to turn keys in. On site drop boxes would be helpful. I see no reason why someone getting paid couldn’t come get the keys from a drop box instead of us having one more thing to do on check out day. The unit itself was very clean. The building not so much. The hallways smell, the elevators were never vacuumed on our stay, and there is a dirty air filter on the roof that no one has addressed. If they didn’t address that, what else isn’t being addressed? There are no actual marked parking spots in the lot. So if you are at all late (7pm or beyond) then there is no spots because everyone parks taking up 2 spots. The location is great. A legit 6 minute walk to downtown. All in all I wouldn’t stay here again. But if you decide to all these issues won’t really impact your stay beyond annoyance.

Unit was great. Clean with everything we needed. Lots of short-term rentals in the building but really not a problem. Beautiful mountain view, easy to get to, top floor was a plus. Pool and hot tub are tired but nevertheless a pool a short walk across the street. Easy walk to downtown with lots of restaurants. FYI as of this review there is a long-term construction project down and across the street. The major building is up but other daily construction occurs. They seem to comply with the noise rules during evenings and weekends but expect some noise at times. We were gone most days so not a huge problem. If concerned maybe try the back side of the building.

Nice place. The lobby has several stairs to get up before you can use the elevator so make sure you can carry your luggage up those.

Check-in was very easy. The condo looked just as it did in the pictures on VRBO. The room was very clean and well decorated. The view was very nice. Only problem we noticed and you will see in other comments is that the rail on the balcony doesn’t feel as sturdy as it should. Great place!

First, the condo I reserved online ended up having a shower problem and we were put in a different condo. Good to find out before we checked in but still disappointing. The condo was okay. I felt it was on the small side and had poor views. We felt the furniture was too big for the small space and not really comfortable. The bed was certainly comfy. The pressure in the shower was great. We didn't cook in the kitchen but it had everything you'd need to cook meals. The resort was pretty close to downtown and it is walkable.

Our unit was very nice and clean and comfortable. The kitchen was especially well supplied. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, and spent some nice time on our balcony, with a beautiful Mountain View, with a great thunderstorm one afternoon. We will be back.

Excellent location near S. Main with ample balcony . Very clean and appears to have been recently refurbished . All furniture is comfortable and all appliances in good working condition. Ski Country Resorts provided good service and were clear with check-in/check-out and instructions if there would be problems. Two slight negatives to be aware: 1) There is an additional charge for access to the condo before 4:00 even if it is ready. 2) No basic starter items in kitchen, e.g. coffee filters.

Very convenient, juts walk out the back to the Quicksilver chair and ski back in at the end of the day. Good place, close walk to main street for meals and shopping, clean, has all the utensils, plates, etc. but you will need to bring coffee, sugar, cooking oil, and other food items to cook. Easy check-in and check-out.

Went here for a night stay. The place is cute, old but nice. The fire is not like a roaring gas fire but it was nice and warm. The bed was very hard which made my husband and I not sleep well. I was glad we only spent one night there just because of the bed. The building could use some work, the jets in the hot tub weren’t working and it wasn’t the cleanest. The hot tub bleached my bath suit. The dry sauna was great tho. Get location to walk to to town to eat. The people in charge of the property were very nice!
Overall, it was ok for the the night but we would probably not stay at this property again.

Great Property Management
We had such issues with our flights getting cancelled that we missed our check in by 24hours. The after hours service was amazing! The property staff were above and beyond helpful getting us checked in well after normal hours. This team was amazing. We were so stressed out from airport delays and they made everything so easy.

It was a ok stay bed seemed really hard and it felt like i was moving on the floor. Going out to the deck i almost fell not knowing the ledges werent attached.

This is a great location in Breck. Avoid the parking nightmare and ski out your back door to peak 9 lift! Working indoor and outdoor hot tubs that are on site. The room was clean and has a beautiful Mountain View. This is a perfect size room for a couple!

Nice Property
Overall, it is a nice property. Short walking distance to down town and right next to the Quicksilver lift for easy ski access. The layout makes good use of the square footage, it doesn't feel narrow or cramped like some other condos of similar size. The condo seemed to have been recently updated and looked nice. Overall, the cleanliness was good, but the floors could have been a bit cleaner. Under the bed and under the edges of the counters there was a bit of debris. Also, my socks seemed to pick up the long blond hairs of one of the previous occupants quite well.

Awesome Slopeside Condo
We loved the convenient location at the base of Peak 9 and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It was great enjoying the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. We would definitely stay here again!

I found the room to be a bit old yet fairly clean. I found it impossible to find a good setting for the heat.
