This part of Cozumel was perfect for our stay - quiet and away from the cruise ships and shops. Everything in the condo and on the beach was clean and well kept. We had access to Enrique for help with recommendations or reservations whenever we needed. He and all the staff where very kind. And I hesitate to mention it because it felt so secret and miraculous but the snorkeling right off the dock was amazing. When I return to Cozumel I will definitely stay here again.

We loved it here! Quiet, friendly staff. North end of island. We suggest Hotel B -walking distance for a good meal-they had a great breakfast! Beach area and pool here are nice! Amazing ocean views from the balcony!

Gorgeous condo and amenities. We had a lovely stay and would definitely book again. The condo had everything needed for a wonderful time. The beach and pool were fabulous! Everyone at the condo was kind and helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. We rented our car through Quatro Amigos and would book with them again! Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing time. Nice clean condo with all the amenities of home. Our view was amazing and could not get enough of it. We enjoyed several meals out on our balcony.. Pool and beach where always clean. Enrique was so helpful and always answered us back right away with any questions we had. We did 2 massages at our condo which was fabulous. Great location close to town and restaurants. Can’t say enough about this amazing property. We are already planning our next stay for 2023. Thank You to our wonderful hosts for all your help making this trip amazing for my whole family.

Beautiful and well maintained condo. Property manager was very helpful. Heated pool was nice. One of the special benefits of Peninsula Grand in particular is Angel. He is the cook/chef who has his kitchen by the beach. He can cook most any requested meal. We had ceviche, enchiladas, fajitas, grilled snapper @ the palapa on three nights. Super reasonable and very good. You do have to let him know what you want the day before.

This is a beautiful condo located on the quieter side of the island, which we definitely preferred. Just a quick 5 minute taxi to the heart of downtown for meals and shopping and cabs were always available when you stepped out front. Communication with Amber was quick and clear and the check-in with our private concierge, Mayra, was wonderful. We were in touch before we left for the trip and communicating from the moment we landed. Mayra took care of everything for us, setting up appointments for massages, outings and even our covid test (which was required to get back to the U.S.) The grounds of the condo are clean and well maintained, with plenty of outdoor lounge chairs and shade. The ocean is pristine. Every bedroom has an ocean view and its own bathroom. The primary bedroom has a balcony with sweeping views of the ocean. It was wonderful to wake up to every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will stay again next time we come to Cozumel.

This stay was our first at this complex. We took our children and their spouses to Cozumel for the Thanksgiving holiday and needed a place with three king/queen bedrooms and a kitchen. This property exceeded our expectations with it’s spaciousness and cleanliness. Each bedroom had a king mattress and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with pots-n-pans, dinnerware, barware, etc. Views from the balconies were stunning. We can highly recommend this rental.

Large Unit, clean, 4 full bathrooms, nice clean pool and beach area, Property Manager is great and responsive. Only two of us stayed, but would be good for large group or family- recommend this unit!

Wonderful accommodation for our family of five, especially the fact that everyone/every couple had their own rooms and bathrooms. The views of the ocean from the balconies and windows cannot be beat. Nice, quiet part of the island to stay on. Enrique, the concierge, was on top of everything and responded to every question immediately. The $70 electrical surcharge was a bit of a surprise (we knew there would be one, just not that high), but overall very nice stay. Hoping to come back.

Close to town! Beautiful gardens, and pool. Staff was very helpful! This was my 2nd time to stay at this condo. Beds are comfy:)

We have been going to Cozumel for 17 years and have been staying here the last 5 years. I go a few times a year and always book here. I even plan my trips around the availability of the unit.

We had a large group that stayed in 4 different condo buildings, Puesta Del sol, Miramar, Palmas Reales and we stayed in Peninsula. Peninsula had by far the best amenities. The particular condo we stayed in 9B was wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well equipped.I can not say enough about our host and hostess Rodrigo, and Myra. Myra contacted us on a daily basis by text to see if we needed anything. the maid came as often as we wanted, by request at no extra charge. We had a car reserved with Alamo, which we cancelled in order to rent from Quatro Amigos car rental which is affiliated with Rodrigo, and Myra, at a much lower cost. the Toyota van we rented was brand new, and worked out great for us. I would highly recommend this unit, and use Rodrigo and Myra for any of your needs while on the island. George F.

This was our 1st time for our family of 4 to visit Cozumel. This place was perfect for us!! Our 22 and 19 yr old sons enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom. The living room and ALL the bedrooms have beautiful views of the ocean. We specifically picked this place because we wanted to be able to walk out the door and go snorkeling anytime we wanted to. Mayra met us at the condo when we arrived. She gave us a tour of the condo and answered any questions we had. Mayra even arranged to have our Covid test done in our room. We had a small issue with the water flow in the master bathtub and the shower in another bathroom. Rodrigo and Mayra immediately stopped by to look at it. The showerhead was replaced that day and the master bathtub water flow was fixed the same day. It was so nice not having to pack bulky beach towels in our suitcase!!! The condo had plenty for us to use. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfy.

Our family of 4 absolutely LOVED our stay at this property! The listing was exactly as described! Our two teens loved having their own bedroom with adjoining bathroom and we loved how spacious the unit was. We only cooked breakfast in the condo but the kitchen was well stocked with everything we would've needed if we cooked more meals here. We've stayed at places in the past with terrible beach towels and the beach towels here were great...nice and big and thick! :) The host was available the entire time to answer any questions we had, make any reservations or schedule any excursions for us. We were about 5 minutes driving from Downtown and so very convenient to restaurants we went to in the evening. For those of you that like sunrise or sunset views, you won't receive them from this balcony but the view of the ocean was perfect and the wind that blew through the condo was so refreshing. Will definitely be back and will choose to stay here again, if available!

Property is exactly as advertised. Mayra was wonderful, and helped us with something almost daily. We snorkeled all over the island, and the best snorkeling truly is right off the back of this property. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was perfect for our family of four. Our teenage kids each had their own room and bathroom. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. It was well equipped with everything we needed.

We recently stayed in unit 9B at Peninsula Grand, after staying in several other units on the property in the past. This unit was great and you will get exactly what you see in the pictures and in the commentary. There were three couples of us, so having a king size be in each bedroom was a huge plus.

Our group of 7 loved everything about this condo! We were met at the airport and then shown around the condo making check in a breeze! Peninsula grand is beautiful as is the condo. We frequently had the pool and beach to ourselves. There is around the clock security. There is amazing snorkeling right in front of your condo . The sunsets and watching cruise ships come in the morning from the 9 th floor with coffee in hand is the best. The chef on site makes delicious food and drinks! Can’t say enough good things about the housekeeper, she kept the place spotless and was very sweet and kind. Lastly, get the massages, they were some of the best we’d ever gotten right in our condo:) We hope to be back sometime soon!!! We fell in love with Cozumel:) Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

From the minute we walked into the condo we knew we had made a good decision. The condo was spotless, modern, and so relaxing. Rodrigo, Amber and Mayra were prompt with all communication. Mayra was instrumental in locating a dive master at the nearby marina and arranging a massage on site. We have stayed in multiple locations on the north side of Cozumel for the last 20 years and found this to be our favorite. The property is gated, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed both the pool area and the lower beach area. It never felt crowded. We especially liked the on-site chef, Angel, who prepares delicious meals to your request. We had the meals brought up to the balcony as there is no better view in town. A favorite activity we enjoyed were the morning yoga classes held at Hotel B, a short 5 minute walk away. Instructor Andrea gave us a private class back at the condo that was rewarding. A second favorite was the Culinary Cooking Class at Kondesa Restaurant. Danny is engaging, insightful, and thorough in the 3 hour production. Restaurant favorites included Kinta, Crazy King Burrito, and Los Otates. Next time we come to Cozumel we plan to stay at the Peninsula Grand and with any luck this same condo. Sitting out on the balcony at any time of the day while taking in the beautiful turquoise waters each and every day helped to solidify this condo as the real deal.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I plus our 3 twenty something adults. Love being on the north side of the island away from the cruise ships. The view from the balcony was spectacular, waking up to have coffee there every morning was heaven. Pool with a tier down to the ocean with seating on both levels was well laid out. Property was well maintained and staff were great. Getting into the ocean is a bit rocky, would recommend bringing water shoes, snorkeling is pretty good. Having the chef on site is a nice option. We bought some fish, chicken and vegetables and he cooked it within 40 minutes. We sat down at the water to eat dinner but you also have it delivered to your condo. Rented a car from Rodrigo which was easy as he dropped it off and picked it up for us. I would recommend a car as it is expensive to take cabs. Be prepared to have cash, a number of restaurants we went to would not take credit cards. If you can convert to pesos I would do it, a few places did not provide a favorable exchange rate on the US currency. This was different then the last time we were in Cozumel a few years ago. Went Scuba diving and snorkeling with Alex Scuba and had a great time as a family. 2 of my guys got certified which they were thrilled as they got to experience some amazing fish, coral and turtles on the deeper dive. I would definitely stay at this condo again. It was awesome!

In our party we had two couples,unit was very large had everything we needed,staff around complex were very nice,building is safe and secure,pool was beautiful,separate beach area was kept very clean and had plenty of lounging chairs,snorkeling in front of complex was great,just be careful of current, my wife and friend wore lifejackets and didn't have any problem with it.we would definitely rent condo again,our stay was amazing,Amber,Rodrigo and Mayra were great to work with they took care of our every need.

Condo was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Check in was super easy with Rodrigo and Mayra. Mayra responded quickly to any issues we had and made sure we had enough bottled water for the week. We also rented a car from Rodrigo (Quatros Amigos) which was ready for us when we checked in. Beach was quiet and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience from start to finish. From the moment Mayra met us at the airport to checking out! Mayra is wonderful, from having a cake made for my son's Anniversary waiting for them as a surprise at arrival to booking massages. The Unit is very clean and comfy beds with a very good stocked pantry. The complex is prefect, quiet, clean, secure with a great heated pool and beach area with a Taco stand as well! We loved it and recommend staying there, but not to much because we want to come back.

My husband and I have been vacationing in Cozumel for many years. We stayed at Peninsula Grand (a different unit) a few years ago and absolutely loved it there. Our previous stay included 3 of our adult children, one of which is married with a child (so 6 adults and one toddler). The space in the condo was more than enough to accommodate us all very comfortably. (All of the units in the building are the same floor plan) We like the clean minimalist décor of this unit. We like the location of the condo because of the good snorkeling right from shore on the property, the friendly and helpful security that the building has on site, and the generally quiet location and building. We enjoy peace and quiet that a condo or house has to offer, and the freedom to cook our own meals if we want, Being able to brew a fresh pot of coffee and sit out on the balcony watching the waves of the Caribbean. We prefer to avoid the cruise ship crowds, yet be somewhat close to town, so the north end of the island is much more appealing to us for that reason. There are some hotels much further south that are away from it all as well, and we have enjoyed that part of the island on other trips, but we really like being closer to town. One of the things that happened on our trip that demonstrated the care that goes in to the condos by Amber, Rodrigo and Patty (who are always a phone call, text or email away) was our water heater went out suddenly in the middle of our stay. I was not overly concerned-as a home owner I realize these things happen, so I sent Rodrigo an email. He replied within minutes and replaced the water heater almost right away. Amber, Rodrigo and Patty all seem to genuinely care that our stay at the condo is perfect, and it was! I did see this condo unit being advertised on Airbnb as “brand new”. It is a new listing, but the condo is not new. It’s in good condition, but not new. It’s pretty much exactly as the photos show-very nice, very clean. We absolutely love it there and would definitely stay there again and again! Our only regret is that we could not stay longer!

Very nice condo. Large balcony with views of ocean and pool. Very clean with good housekeeping Kitchen was well equipped. Master bed was comfortable. Amber, Rodrigo and Patty took care of everything. I rented a car from them which worked out great. They met me at airport both for arrival and departure which saved us time and a taxi ride.

When we first booked this unit in the fall, we were hesitant as there were no reviews. We were told it was because it was new to the rental market. We decided to take a chance and were very glad we did. We found out we were only the second group to rent it. It was perfect for our group of 7. The location is great. It is a longer walk into town, but do-able. There is good snorkeling right out front and the pool area is very nice. The grounds are very well maintained and staff always seem to be cleaning. The unit is well spread out, and there is lots of space. From the 9th floor you can watch people down below, the ships come in every morning then leave all lit up at night, and eagle rays jumping out of the water. Lots of big bowls and platters for cooking dinner for our group. There is actually a cook onsite most days. The food is very reasonable from his little beach side stand ( cheaper than a beach club) and he will cook for you as well if you have your own food. We took him fresh squid and he cooked us up a large plate of calamari, with chips and guacamole for a very reasonable price. The gas grill is also available to use when you are there. Our Christmas Eve dinner we grilled lobster tails and shrimp. The whole time we were in the unit we did not need to use the ac even once. The breezes coming across the Island from the eastside were beautiful and blew right through. The couch is also as comfortable and luxurious as it looks. The security staff are very friendly and even monitored the lounge chairs to make sure people weren't saving them for hours without sitting in them. The small gym is well equipped and the game room has a pool table that the young adults in our group used a few times as well. Rodrigo and Patti always responded right away whenever we had any questions about the unit. I would highly reccomend this unit to everyone for their future vacation.
