A soli 1 1/2 isolati dalla spiaggia e dal lungomare, questo 4 camere da letto 2. 5 casa di bagno ha tutto il necessario. Noleggio è dotato di 2 posti auto, 2 garage per tenere tutte le biciclette e attrezzatura da spiaggia (e una doccia), TV via cavo in ogni camera e wifi gratuito. Ci sono 3 mazzi privati. 2 camere hanno letti queen size, una ha un letto a castello, e la Master Suite ha un re con ampia stanza se si vuole mettere giù un letto aerodinamico. This was such a fun, much needed extended weekend with the family…. everything was great and completely exceeded my expectations! there are countless chairs, bikes, toys, beach equipment, and umbrella’s available! The hosts were so easy to get ahold of and even had availability to check in a bit earlier! She even let us know about events that were going on during our stay at OC. the house was supplied with SOOOOOO much, it was great!
this was a wonderful getaway and I can’t wait to book again! you won’t regret your stay at this home!

This was a perfect location and size house for our 6 adults and two children under 5. Not too far from the beach or the boardwalk arcade/ice cream. Quiet and very safe. We would definitely go back!

This house was perfect for our family vacation with grandparents, 3 adult children + spouses and 2 grandchildren. We all had plenty of space and the house truly had everything we could need. We loved congregating on the porch in the mornings and the evenings and it was a very nice place for my father in law to sit and read while we were at the beach. Beach/boardwalk was a very short walk away. We all had such an amazing week and hope to come back again!

My family stayed at the property for the second year in a row during the OCNJ race weekend. This year we experienced tropical storm weather which left us inside more than usual. We enjoyed being in the warm and friendly house and making memories while watching the rain and wind from the porches. We even had a “garage party” with the kids playing on the scooters available and laughing while keeping dry. Can’t wait to make more memories next time!

I stayed here with my family and the house was a perfect fit. It’s a quick walk to the beach and only a slightly longer walk to the boardwalk and Gillian’s Wonderland which was perfect for our daughter. The house was exactly as described and was clean and in great condition when we arrived. The owner was super responsive to all of our questions and very helpful. Overall, a great place to stay!

The house was everything we needed to have a great time. Plenty of beds and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you needed to cook a meal and the garage has some beach supplies. The owners were very helpful and checked in with us several times to make sure everything was good. We have been to OC for years and this is a great house to stay at.

Just returned home from our stay at this property. We had a great time! The listing accurately reflects the house. It was very clean. Only 1.5 blocks to the beach. Beds were very comfortable with memory foam toppers. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. We loved it so much we have already rented for next year!

Great location! 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Loved that we had access to a beach cart and a wagon. The house set up was perfect for our extended family trip and overall clean and comfortable. One down side was part of the check out process is to wash the towels but there is no available laundry detergent at the house which is not something we typically pack. Would recommend having this on supply at the house. Otherwise great trip and accommodations! Rachel was great at getting back to me quickly with any questions. Would stay here again!

We loved this home! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 small kids. It had everything we needed, was very clean and updated. Communication was so easy. We would highly recommend it and would love to stay here again!!

Great patio space, ceiling fans in every room with AC, convenient location and close the boardwalk, modern house and lots of parking. Garage full of amenities and quick communication by the owner. The house overall was very clean, though we did need to mop the floor upon arrival. I definitely recommend this house for groups looking for an ocean city visit. Would stay again.

Had the best time with my family and 2 little kids. The house was perfect (stocked with a wagon, toys, chairs, etc). The kitchen was great to cook in (had everything) and all the beds were comfortable and had a good breeze in every room. Will definitely come back.

We love staying in the Gardens area of OCNJ and this home did not disappoint. From the spacious bedrooms and amenity filled garage, it’s the perfect place to relax and make memories with family. Plenty of outdoor decks to spread out or escape to for some alone time. My family really enjoyed their stay here and hope to come again in the future.

This house is perfectly located for a beach trip. A block and half from the boardwalk and beach and close to the downtown. Beautiful house, so clean and comfortable. The water pressure is amazing. The appliances are all new. There is a plethora of beach toys and accessories like a beach stroller, carts, and so many toys! Communication with owners was seamless. No complaints whatsoever, looking forward to renting again.

This was the perfect location for our OC getaway. Spacious and clean but the best part was the front porch which gave us a terrific place to gather or simply read w/ the gentle shore breeze.

Our group had a great time while staying here. Its very spacious, and has several balconies. It's very close to the beach and boardwalk. We didn't use our cars at all there! The hosts promptly answered our questions. 10/10 great time and we hope to b back next year!

I stayed here with 6 people to celebrate my dad’s 60th Birthday. The house was awesome, TVs in every rooms, tons of balconies to watch the sunset and enough space for everyone to hang out comfortably. The host (Rachel) was so nice and easy to communicate with. Hope to return back soon!

We can’t say enough good things about this property and the owners! They were extremely accommodating. This property is so close to the beach and boardwalk also. The house is BEAUTIFUL and spacious, we did not want to leave!

We had such a great time on our last minute trip to the shore and really enjoyed the house. We love this neighborhood- close to the beach and boardwalk but still very quiet. We enjoyed our time on the front porch in the morning and evening before and after spending the day at the beach. The home had a great layout and plenty of space for our family. Having the garage was great so we could store all of our beach gear, stroller and bikes. There were a ton of beach toys and a beach cart which made our trips to the beach much easier. Next time we’ll plan to bring down others to enjoy the space with us!

House is lovely, open and comfortable. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Location is close to beach, boardwalk, ice cream shop and convenience store. Parking was great. Liked having use of beach cart and stroller.

We had a really wonderful stay! The house’s 3rd floor master suite with balcony and en suite bathroom was really excellent. We had teenagers with us so it gave everyone needed space. Loved sitting on that 3rd floor balcony with morning coffee. The front porch was also lovely. Rachel was just great - responsive, helpful and helped make the check in and check out very smooth. The location of this house is also wonderful - very short walk to beach and just a stroll to the boardwalk amusements. We will definitely be back again!

Rent this property! Christine is an amazing and helpful owner. The property is perfect! The garage is stocked with beach toys, a wagon, strollers and other odds and ends. We almost didn't need anything! The house was homey and spacious and we really enjoyed the front gated porch during most of our stay. I do suggest you bring your own linens (oops!), some extra towels, paper towels and toilet paper. Everything else seemed well stocked in my opinion. The boardwalk was two short blocks and the beach at 1st street was perfect with the restroom close by. It really was an excellent location, amazing communication and very easy process. I highly recommend this property and host!

This is a new property a short walk from the boardwalk, close to some good restaurants. The porch has great furniture and ambience for just reading and relaxing and the entire unit is comfortable.

Stayed with my family of 5 and a few of our kid's friends. Had lots of room, close to the beach and boardwalk. Bonus is able to put all of our beach stuff and bikes in the garage.
Owners are very nice and communication was great. 5 Stars!

The house was only 1 1/2 blocks off the beach. Great location! The house had and was everything we needed. Beds were comfy and everything was clean prior to getting there. We would definitely rent again. Thank you to the homeowners for keeping the house open during this pandemic and allowing us to stay in your home. Much needed vacation!!
