Casa in un quartiere tranquillo con molti alberi maturi. Due camere da letto, un bagno, cucina e soggiorno al piano principale, cantina con sala TV e tavolo da ping-pong. C'è anche un letto nell'area di atterraggio al piano superiore. Grande cortile, sia un portico anteriore e posteriore.
Due isolati dalla zona commerciale con un negozio di alimentari, caffetterie, negozio di liquori e ristoranti. A tre isolati da un centro ricreativo cittadino, il centro di Boulder è a 6-8 isolati a sud. La zona sciistica di El Dora si trova a 35 minuti di macchina a ovest.
Wifi, TV via cavo limitata, grande collezione di film inclusi.

Quintessential Boulder. Beautiful, well appointed home close to everything. Ed is a terrific host. Responsive and accommodating. We just hope this wonderful property is available next time we plan travel to the area. 5 stars across the board!

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed this charming home over Family weekend at CU. We had quick access to coffee and breakfast shops two blocks away. Pearl Street is less than a mile away. Coffee on the wrap-around porch bordered by lavender was a real treat! Of note- there is not a washing machine and clothes dryer in the home. The homeowners were very responsive to all of our questions and needs.

We had a lovely week in Boulder with our daughter. We met a lot of the neighbors and walked downtown and to the coffee shop often. The house was perfect for us and very clean and easy.

We were totally comfortable here as a family of three. We had more than enough space, but I don't think I'd stay here with a bigger group due to the single bathroom. Communication with the host was great, the neighborhood is perfect, and the amenities are plentiful. There isn't laundry on site, so if you're planning a longer trip - pack heavy or be ready to use the laundromat.

If there was a chance to give this VRBO 20 stars, I would. We felt welcomed from the very start! Nicely appointed on every level. The neighborhood is very friendly; easily walkable. The owner made this stay extra special with their quick responses. We will be back!!!!

My husband I wanted a central location to hike and ride bikes in the mountains. The house in Boulder was our perfect home base.
Close to great restaurants and Rocky Mountains!!

Great house and location! Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the house has only 1 bathroom. (Tough with a family of five) Thanks!

This house is very well located for travel on foot to restaurants, shopping, hiking in foothills, parks - even Pearl Street downtown. It is light, bright and clean with thoughtful touches.
The ping pong table was a huge hit, the dart board, videos and comfortable furnishings made our visit easy to entertain our several generations of family who live in Boulder.
Old Boulder is a great part of town and we all had a fun time.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the center of Boulder and the shuttle for good hiking. Ed was quick to respond to all our needs (needed to drop off our bags a little early). Coffee outside on the patio and sitting in the sun is a great way to start the day. The house is clean and served all our needs. Thanks to Ed for making our stay enjoyable.

This house was a fantastic find. Ed was wonderful in working with me leading up to the trip and in his communication. And the house itself is fabulous. If you're visiting Boulder and want to be close to Pearl and the river, this is it. Thanks!!
