1 ° piano ha aperto concetto di soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina moderna. Studio separato con divano letto queen size e 1/2 bagno completano il primo piano. Porte scorrevoli dalla cucina conducono al ponte di grandi dimensioni con grill e patio. 2 ° piano dispone di 3 ampie camere da letto (King, Queen e 2 set di letti a castello) e 2 bagni. Terzo piano ha un altro soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e camera da letto separata con 2 letti singoli. Unità contiene tutti i comfort moderni di casa, tra cui lavatrice / asciugatrice, aria centrale, camino a gas, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e accesso a Internet. A pochi passi dalla bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa di Popponesset. Dopo la spiaggia, risciacquare nella doccia esterna. Grande luce naturale e arredate con gusto. Situato vicino al mercato di New Seabury, che contiene caffè, bar crudo, negozi / boutique, mini-golf e spettacoli dal vivo in estate.

Dawn’s property was perfect for our stay. The house is spacious, clean and welcoming, and looks even better in person than in the pictures online. Dawn was a great host as well—very communicative and promptly responsive to any of our questions. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would recommend any large group to stay at Dawns!

Dawn’s house was immaculate! Plenty of space for a girls trip! Dawn helped with finding someone to do a private yoga class for us too which was amazing! Excellent location close to the beach, just a quick walk. Parking was a little hard with 4 cars and the girls coming after work so we used the Sagamore park and ride - in case you have overflow cars, that worked nicely. Thank you to Dawn!

Very impressed with this property and had the best stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, short walk to a private beach. The house itself was very clean, well stocked, and more than enough room for three families (including extra sleeping areas for when our babies inevitably woke up in the middle of the night!). Included toys for the kids, lots of kitchen and bathroom supplies, comfortable beds.. can't recommend the property enough and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house for us! We had a family wedding at the club and this home was prefect! Spacious, great location and access to the beach. Very appreciative that there were plenty of beach chairs and a few bikes to borrow! Very thoughtful hosts. Enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect for our family - it was well stocked to keep kids happy and entertained, and the set up for adults was very comfortable. Neighbors were super nice too! Overall a fantastic stay.

Everything was perfect! Tons of space, so clean, can't beat location! My family and I stayed for a wedding at the Inn. Was so wonderful! Dawn was super helpful and responsive as well!

The home and its location were perfect settings for our family gathering for a family wedding nearby. The place was spotless with ample space for 8 adults and 3 children. Everything we needed was provided: plenty of linens & towels for the many bedrooms, toys & games for my grandchildren, a well-stocked kitchen with plates, cookware, etc, beach supplies, and even hairdryers. We were able to gather and relax in the large family room adjacent to the kitchen and all its state-of-the-art appliances. I can't say enough about our weekend as a family in this gorgeous home and how welcome and inviting it felt. We will cherish these memories always!

Perfect home for multi generations
The home had tons of space where we could spread out as well as an amazing entertaining area between the open concept kitchen and family room. It was more than we expected and was perfect for the home base to our daughter's wedding at the Poponesett Inn.

It was incredibly clean (we could slightly smell bleach in the bathrooms when we first got in, which we greatly appreciated, knowing it was truly cleaned between stays!) The house was roomy enough for our girls weekend (11 ladies total) and gorgeously decorated while still walkable to the beach. The neighborhood was great - everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. Dawn was also available and helpful when we had a slight issue with the laundry. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Girls Weekend
Exceptional property. My friends and I had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was stocked, beach a short walk away. Plenty of room for 10 women to spread out. We hope to return! Thank you to Dawn and family.

One of the larger homes in the area, with a easy and short walk to all the best locations - playground, several different beaches, Popponesset Marketplace and the Beach Club. We walked everywhere! Home was clean and pristine and comfortable and owner is delightful. Would highly recommend!

Loved this Mashpee house
We enjoyed a three night stay here. Beautiful house, large deck perfect for family meals. We walked to the beach several times and really appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs available for guests to use. Well supplied kitchen and comfortable beds. The master bedroom is really spacious and private.

Excellent Accommodations
Not only was the house GORGEOUS but Dawn was so friendly and so responsive and even let me check in early without a problem! Honestly, every expectation of this house was exceeded. I was blown away by the cleanliness and the beauty of this home. The pictures dont even do it justice. The deck is so spacious and surrounded by trees and nature and the bedrooms were stunning. Not to mention the open concept living room and kitchen, stunning stunning stunning! Highly recommend this property if staying in the New Seabury area!!

Wonderful Wedding Week
We had a fantastic time visiting the cape for a family wedding. The house was perfect for us, for children and adults alike. Clean and spacious. Well appointed. Also there was plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and toys so we didn’t need to bring any of those things which was very helpful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Home
The house is beautiful and a perfect fit for our family of twelve. The downstairs has an open floor plan which allowed us to all be together while cooking and watching television. We all slept comfortably and even had room for a few extra guests!

Great property!!
We had a great weekend and hope to stay here again. The house beautiful and very clean. There was 13 of us and we had plenty of space. It was perfect walking distance to the beach and short drive to Mashpee Commons. Dawn was a pleasure to work with, she responded to all my questions immediately.
