This is some guys house who rented it as a vacation house. All the persons dirty shoes and clothing are in the closets. The fridge had his food in it. The cupboards had his food in them. The whole house was full of his personal belongings.
He had medicine in the low cupboard of the bathroom where little children could easily get to them. He had plastic bags in a low cupboard where little children could easily get to them and suffocate. There was a open bar full of alcohol that children could easily reach. This house is not safe for children. The owners laundry was in the wash machine. We were stressed the whole 10 days we were there. We were being used to house sit someones house not in a vacation home. We want a refund!

We had a wonderful time in Scottsdale. This is a great place to stay for a number of reasons. The location was perfect for getting to our activities and restaurants. The property is spotlessly clean and well equipped.
Located in a very nice community, we enjoyed the amenities that were available to us.
Perhaps the most impressive thing is the owners. They are friendly and their communication was outstanding.
We totally recommend this property and are looking forward to returning at a later date. A++++++++++++

This was absolutely perfect for a quick 5 day getaway to better weather. The condo was super clean and decorated cute. We were looking to just relax by the pool and work remotely. The pool and hot tub were directly out our back patio door. It was quiet and never too busy. Also perks for us were Starbucks right across the road and Trader Joe’s a super short walk away. There are lots of restaurants near by. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. We didn’t arrive until after midnight and Jim even had cold cuts and fresh bread for us to make sandwiches when we got there. He also had a big basket of snacks on the table which was a nice little bonus. He checked in often and answered my few questions very promptly. 10 out of 10 for us.

The condo was perfect for our 2 week stay. It's the owners personal unit and very well equipped for whatever you might need. Jimmy Snowden, the owner, reached out to us twice during our stay to make sure everything was going well and checked to see if there was anything he could do for us.

We loved our time at this condo. Great location, many nice restaurants near by, Trader Joe’s within walking distance. Close to golf courses too. The pool is heated which was a huge bonus and it is literally steps away from the condo. The whole area is very well kept.
The owner was very attentive and was great at giving recommendations.
We are already deciding on when our next trip back will be!

Relaxing Getaway
This rental was one of the best we have ever stayed in. It was well equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Jimmy had notes and maps with great restaurant recommendations. He had left us wine and treats and even a gift card to the most amazing grocery store we have been in! He definitely went above and beyond what was necessary but it was all appreciated. We wish him and his family the very best as they take over this rental for themselves and will definitely be keeping our eyes on it being open for renting in the future.

The unit was stocked with the snacks and a gift card as we are non-drinkers. If you plan on cooking at home the kitchen has everything you might need.

This condo was perfect! Outside seating, both upstairs and downstairs! Pool side! The owner was great! He contacted us the day of check in to make sure it went smoothly and also checked in mid-stay to make sure all is well and it was Indeed!!
The property was fulling stocked with everything!!! I didn't need to bring any of the items I usually bring!!(Paper towel, storage bags, Aluminum foil, soaps, shampoos, etc)

Fantastic Townhome
Excellent location, extremely well equipped for long term stay, very clean and swimming pool 5 steps away from your own patio. Jimmy was a great host as well We highly recommend staying here

Rethink renting without requesting a virtual tour from the host. Nothing luxurious about this place.
The pictures in the listing misrepresent the property and tVRBO is trying to resolve my requested refund with the host. The host has been unresponsive with them and myself since my checking on 10/1. We checked out early after a one night stay out of four nights booked last minute. There were boxes stacked up in the 2nd bedroom and notes on TVs that they are too old to hook up to Direct TV. The master bath wasn’t cleaned properly. The shower curtain had mold etc. the king bed in the master squeaked so it was hard to sleep. The neighbors next door had loud music playing inside till 2am.
The property isn’t a luxury gem as described.

Very well appointed condo within a few steps of the pool.
Alamos is in the middle of upscale Scottsdale and quality restaurants and venues. This is the second time I have stayed at Alamos on a working vacation and I amlookiing forward toa return visit this winter.

WOW MUST SEE
I really don't have any words for this besides WOW. This VRBO is amazing. The property manager Jim was so amazing, polietful, and helpful in all ways. The property was so cleaned and beautifully landscaped and in a lock area we felt so safe. The area was so quiet you could sit out on the 3 patios and enjoy the quietness around you. Inside the VRBO was WOW. They have everything you could imagine, so cleaned and inviting to you as you walk right in. The area had everything you need groceries, places to eat, and great shopping. We would stay again. This place is a WOW you are crazy not to rent it for the night or week. Thanks Jim for everything. Lacy Harris

Excellent Scottsdale property conviently located close to golf, restaurants, and shopping. Super clean, well appointed and plenty of roon to stretch out and relax. Wonderful host.

Wonderful stay. Excellent location, cleanliness, comfort. Walkable to several restaurants and a Trader Joe’s which was nice. Spacious enough overall with a well equipped kitchen. Loved sitting outside on the large terrace/patio overlooking the pool. Nice for breakfasts and relaxing evenings. Jimmy was great to work with and went above and beyond. Easy checkin/checkout process. In addition, a lovely welcome basket was provided.

Great property--we loved our stay here.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect--ten stops out the front door and you are at the pool. Even though it is right off a busy road it was very quiet. We loved being close to Old Town Scottsdale. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. Overall this is a wonderful property.

Beautiful Property
Jimmy is an excellent host. Check in process was easy and communication prior to our stay was excellent. We walked into condo with a welcome basket and wine waiting for us. Condo is very well appointed and clean. People in the complex are very friendly. Location is walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. You will not be disappointed in this property.

It sits on a courtyard right next to the pool and hot tub. The views are spectacular and it’s a quiet location tucked into a happening area of Scottsdale-Within walking distance you’ll find excellent restaurants.

Quiet and Convenient Stay
This property is conveniently located for anyone to enjoy all activities and shopping. .Ours was a golfing trip and all the nice golf courses were within reasonable distance
It is a quiet place. The owner of the property is very friendly and he had a gift basket for us with two bottles of wine, nuts, candy, etc. He checked on us to make sure everything was ok.
I recommend this property , particularly adults who is looking for nice stay without too many people and party music.

Fabulous NYE Stay
The condo was amazing! Jimmy took great care of us, and made sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen had everything we needed to feel at home for 4 days. The pool and hot tub were fab. It seems to be mostly homeowners that live in the complex. They were very friendly, and even had drinks by the pool with some of them on night. (If you are looking for a raucous good time, this is probably not your place.) The condo is right next to Trader Joe’s and plenty of restaurants.

Our stay at Jimmy's condo was excellent! The condo was clean, charming and in a wonderful location! My kids and I had a great time and would go back in a heartbeat!! Glad we chose this condo. When we arrived, there was a very nice welcome basket with a bottle of wine, chocolates & water. It was very thoughtful. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy a nice Thanksgiving dinner with my family. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Both bedrooms had a tv which was nice, and comfortable beds. Being able to walk out the back patio and be a few steps from the pool & hot tub was definitely a plus. Jim the owner was great! Contacted us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was great with nearby shopping, entertainment & restaurants to enjoy. Thanks Jim, for making my family feel so welcome during our stay.

Perfect place in central Scottsdale
Perfect place to stay in central Scottsdale, a few minutes from downtown/old town. We loved the unit, very quiet, worked out great for 2 couples. Covered parking is close, the grounds are immaculate, as is the pool and hot tub area right outside your patio. Nice views from everywhere in the unit - the pool and to top of Camelback Mountain from upstairs balcony. Plenty of places to sit back and relax in the shade or under umbrellas, and also by the fire at night. Jim was great, the welcome basket was the wonderful. Having just moved to AZ from Hawaii, we'll be back. Mahalo!

Our December getaway
This property was a very nice Scottsdale find. It is definitely right in the middle of all the action, but yet was a very quiet property. We especially enjoyed the hot tub directly outside the sliding door. I also have to mention that the condo was clean and very well stocked with just about anything you could need.
I have to give prompts to the owner Jimmy, as he was very attentive to any of our needs. We would definitely rent again.
