traveled with my grandson and stayed there because of swimming pool but it was closed entire time we were there. very disappointing for a 7 year old.

Was very surprised that one of the cabinets didn't fully open because it was hitting the light fixture. The door to the bathroom was too close to the toilet.

Booking. com said pet friendly with no other details than there is a charge. At other hotels I stayed at, the charge has been $25. when I arrived here, the pet policy stated that the charge is $150.00, more than the cost of the room on booking.com. Also the pet weight limit is 20lbs. my dog weights about 27lbs. The General Manager LaTrina Wright specified that I should have called ahead to the property but no where on the site specifies this. Their only solution offered was to cancel and have me deal with Booking.com for a refund. Very poor service and misleading online information. Travelers with pets advised to find better accommodations elsewhere.
