Habitaciones muy pequeñas e incómodas, desayuno muy flojo que no tienen preparado a las 7 de la mañana (la señora termina de montarlo a las 7,30) y Sistema de parking muy malo: está a 10 minutos andando y te Dan una tarjeta que luego debes volver solo para devolverles la tarjeta!!!

Staff were incredibly friendly, kind and welcoming. Lots of luxurious touches that elevate it from a normal standard hotel. A very comfy bed. Great breakfast.

Everything was perfect during my stay and my 7 year old daughter, the location is perfect, close to everything! Breakfast quite varied for all tastes. And above all the very helpful staff. Cyrill is a great person and has been helpful with every request I have had! Excellent work!!! 10 out of 10

The hotel is superb in every way. Our family room was very comfortable, breakfast was great, with many options, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is also unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town, a stone's throw away from the cathedral, with loads of options for restaurants within VERY close walking distance.

O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente. Tanto Facundo como Ciril atenderam nossas solicitações de forma correta e profissional, seja organizando transfers, seja dando dicas importantes ( restaurantes, passeios, etc), contribuindo para uma ótima estada em Lisboa. O hotel é novo, bem cuidado e os quartos confortáveis e de tamanho adequado.. Boa localização, com bons restaurantes e pocais de intersse nas proximidaďes

La fachada es engañosa. Parece un lugar de menor categoría de lo que es en realidad. El interior es mucho mejor.

The location - the hotel is close to restaurants, bars, cafes, Alfama & Chiado. The room/bed size was great as well. The reception staff was nice and helpful.

We were not particularly fond of the bathroom in our room. It was small with very little counter space, and a partially blocked shower. The floor was squeaky, so we could hear the person above us (luckily they were not up before 7am or after 10pm). There was a pulsating fire alarm light directly above the bed, which partially disturbed the sleep. Breakfast was also unfortunately not great, so we eventually ate at a nearby cafe, which was very pleasant.

Great location nicely updated room in lovely old building. Staff were very helpful and booked a great day tour for us. Lovely big soft towels and good shower pressure. Could walk to all attractions Rossio Square and railway station, many cafes and restaurants nearby.

L’hôtel est vraiment bien placé, dans le centre mais juste derrière les ruelles animées. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Le personnel est aimable et à dispo. Des restaurants ou brunch sont dispo tout autour.

Le seul point négatif est le petit déjeuner. Pas énormément de choix et petit déjeuner de très faible qualité. Mais vous pouvez toujours sortir autour pour déguster un bon brunch.

Sehr nettes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte einen guten Schreibtisch für einen Laptop. Das Bett war bequem und das Bad sauber.

Eine Ecke im Bad war etwas schmutzig, aber nicht sonderlich schlimm.

Very convenient to main tourist areas, comfortable room, helpful reception, good breakfast. Welcome drink and WhatsApp contact before arrival were nice personal touches.

A localizacao proxima ao Centro ajudou bastante por ter muitos bares e restaurantes perto, proximo a Praca do Comercio. O hotel super charmoso, limpissimo e super confortavel. O café da manha bom, podendo ter mais variedade.

Nao tem estacionamento e nem convenio com algum e muita dificuldade em parar o carro para descarregar as malas.

Bathroom was mouldy, all carpet in hotel dirty, weird neon lights and decor.

All stuff have great hospitals for the guests. Off course the hotel is clean enough and the location is great,too. We could have lovely my birthday holidays. Thanks a lot.

Location was convenient

I recently stayed here and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel's hygiene standards were simply appalling. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I noticed a distinct lack of cleanliness. The floors were dirty, and the overall atmosphere felt grimy. It was evident that the staff did not prioritize maintaining a sanitary environment. The most alarming aspect of my stay was the breakfast buffet. To my horror, I discovered that the turkey served at the buffet was expired. The meat had a foul smell and an off-putting appearance. It was absolutely unacceptable for the hotel to serve such rotten food to its guests. This blatant disregard for food safety regulations is not only disgusting but also poses a serious health risk. Furthermore, I must address the stark contrast between the property's appearance on Booking.com and the reality. The photos presented on the website were clearly misleading. The rooms were far from the spacious, well-furnished accommodations depicted in the pictures. Instead, I was greeted with outdated furniture, worn-out carpets, and faded wallpaper. The overall condition of the rooms was subpar, and it was evident that the property had not been properly maintained. As a guest, I expected the hotel to live up to its promises and provide a comfortable and clean environment. Unfortunately, the lack of hygiene, the presence of expired food, and the stark disparity between the property's appearance and the photos on Booking.com left a lasting negative impression. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying at this hotel, as it fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Die Altstadt und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen.
