It was a cute vacility. Dinning area was cute, but not real comfortable.

The staff was not very knowledgeable. They were very confused of the day to day services. I still have not received my refund from a Bingo that they were to have held on the Tuesday we were there. I was told when checking out, I didn't owe anything then I was charged over $76 on my credit card. I thought they had taking the reimbursement for the 2 Bingo tickets and deducted it from what we owed. But, no! We just got charged for the $76 which was nit authorized by me.

Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The room was spacious and the hot tub was awesome. They took the time to personalize a greeting on your breakfast table. There was entertainment. It was very relaxing and inviting. They really didn't miss a single detail.

Not really a huge problem or anything but there is only 1 designated smoking area on the property. With all of the outdoor space it would have been nice to have one or two more areas to be closer to where you were maybe sitting.

The location is set back in the quiet country and I loved that. We chose a room with an in room jacuzzi to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. We loved the free bottle of wine in our room. And enjoyed our choices for a nice steak dinner and build your own breakfast with mimosas. We live an hour away, and it felt like the perfect getaway not too far from home.

Very private, nice grounds, dinners available for guests at restaurant, live music on Friday and Saturday night.

It was nice. Nice little place to get away for a day or so. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Very quiet place, relaxing vibes. I am not a wine drinker but I found something I really liked.

I found the beds too soft but that is normal for me no matter where I go.

The restaurant had food listed on board I ordered 3 different meals. They were out of all 3 but never said that on board. Staff normally is very nice but not this time.

Let me just start by saying I’ve never written a poor review, but I’m so disappointed. Im really bummed about the service here. The staff member that checked me in barely tried to be welcoming or hospitable. I get it, I work in the hospitality business as well, some days are tough. There was a note saying I could trade the complimentary wine given for a wine of my choice. When I went downstairs to politely ask for a trade from the red I was given to a white wine of their recommendation, I was treated like I was being annoying. When my hot water / water pressure/ AND WiFi didn’t work in my room, the same staff member came to try to help and acted unconcerned and didn’t even offer an apology on the inns behalf. They left to attempt to fix the issue and I didn’t hear back for 40 minutes. I then called the front desk to say I’ll be fine for the night (I was completely exhausted as I drove from Chicago). When leaving in the morning, I told the woman on duty my experience, she acted uninterested.
