NOTARE CHE!!! - Oltre ai lavori di ristrutturazione della cucina e camera familiare indicato, questo cottage dispone anche di una nuova vasca bagno padronale / stand up doccia e piastrelle nuove. Essa ha anche un nuovo fronte ponte / portico con ringhiera see-through .... e un nuovo grande, doccia esterna. In Nov'13, è stato installato nuovo tappeto e mobili nuovamente imbottiti. Nella primavera del '14 nuova lavastoviglie e refigerator.
Prima di tutto, è proprio sulla Heron Park di notte con la piscina nitticora, complesso, Kamp Kiawah, Nature Center, attività del parco settimanali e carnevali tutti a meno di 100 yds di distanza. La spiaggia dista circa 300 yds di distanza ed è una facile passeggiata 3 minuti. Il parco è il fulcro di tutte le attività di Kiawah ed è a pochi passi di distanza!
Il casolare è stato sottoposto a un importante intervento di restauro che ha creato un grande spazio aperto per la vita. I pavimenti sono in legno chiaro con illuminazione ad incasso in tutto colorato ..... dando il cottage una meravigliosa sensazione luminosa e ariosa. La cucina è stata ampliata e ha nuovi elettrodomestici, nuovi armadi e granito in tutto. Le stanze da bagno sono state rinnovate con 'adulti - altezza' vanità e Corian (r) contatori.
Il cottage è dotato di una grande televisione LCD ad alta definizione sopra il caminetto nella camera familiare e di ulteriori televisori LCD Hi Def in ogni camera da letto. Il cottage dispone di connessione internet wireless in tutto.
Il portico posteriore è schermato con una tabella di 4 persone, più altre sedie a sedere per sala veranda sul retro e divertente.

Homeowner was absolutely wonderful to work with. The house is well equipped, clean and right across the street from Night Heron pool. Awesome perk to have bikes included! We will book with this owner again!

Our family of five with kids ages 3-8 enjoyed a great five night stay in Kiawah Island. This property was perfect for our family and was a very close walk to the Night Heron pool and recreation area, Nest, and to the beach. Because of all the beautiful trees the insight is a bit dark but that’s typical of many properties here because of the natural landscape. Rand was a fantastic host with close communication from booking to during the stay to immediately after. We highly recommend this property and Kiawah in general. 10/10 will be back.

We had a wonderful time at this precious cottage. It is across the street from Night Heron Park (our favorite!) and a short bike ride to the beach. The cottage was very clean and perfect for a few days away in Kiawah. Thank you!

The location of this unit could not be any better! You truly are steps from the pools and a short walk to the beach. The unit was clean and kitchen well stocked. If I had to knock anything, the wi fi on our phones were not super reliable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house worked great for our family vacation to Kiawah. We have young children so the proximity to Night Heron was a huge plus. The property was clean and Rand was very responsive with any issue that might have come up. Thanks for a great stay!

This property was everything and more of what anyone could ask for. It was clean, it had everything in the kitchen that anyone could ever need. The beds were delightful. We loved the screened in porch. It will keep this property in my notes and will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our week in Kiawah at this property - it was a 3 minute walk to the Night Heron pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We have small children with short legs, so this was perfect! Communication with both the property owner and the Resort was smooth and prompt. Highly recommend this cottage!

We really enjoyed our week long stay at this cottage. Our two kids loved the bunk beds and the night heron pool that we had access to because of the resort privileges. We had some issues with the cottage not being cleaned when we checked in but Rand was very responsive and everything was figured out promptly. I would definitely recommend this cottage to family and friends.

Just what we were hoping for during a brief stay to assess Kiawah Island Resort's wedding options for our daughter and fiancé/boyfriend. Walking distance to The Nest Market & Cafe, where breakfast and lunch options are ample. Greatly appreciated a friendly reception facility, where check-in is the same process for VRBO customers as it is for other resort guests. Easy driving access to our meetings and other dining reservations.

We were so happy with our choice to stay there. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Great location. Host was very responsive. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again in the future.

The only thing missing was a pantry. The water heater needed an adjustment. It was taken care of quickly by housekeeping. We had 3 families renting nearby. It was great to be near the beach, pool, playground, basketball court and the Christmas parade.

My family was disappointed in the upkeep on this property. We encountered the following issues: 1) Lock on sLiding door to MBR deck does not work; cannot be locked.
2) Electrical outlet on left side of MBR bed was dead; repairman fixed it.

4) LR ceiling fan doesn’t work; repairman said it would have to be replaced.

We had an excellent time staying in Kiawah! This property is very close to the Night Heron Pool and activity center. The cottage is spacious and beautiful. Our two kids liked sitting on the porch for breakfast. The owner is very attentive, helpful, and informative. We rented bikes and biked the island. The outside shower was a plus (our family loves an outside shower) and a great way to keep the sand out of the house. We would definitely come back! Thank you for renting to us :)

Great Location and Great Cottage
We had a great stay. Very close to Night Heron park, the pools and an easy shuttle to the golf courses. The cottage was updated and very comfortable. We loved the screened-in porch.

Great rental!
We stayed there with grandparents, and then our immediate family of 4 (kids 2&5). Everything about the rental was wonderful! We had no issues or complaints. Great location to the pool and a very easy walk to the beach!

The property was beautiful. However when we arrived we noticed some major issues. The floor in the master was dangerous there was significant rotting next to the bed. The overall cleanliness was not good. My sheets were dirty on the bed , the couch had old food in it( my son pulled old toast out and almost ate it, he also found an old Binkey that he did use ) .There was a very large amount of dust buildup under all the furniture which caused my son and I to have allergies all week. The house was pleasant other than those issues. Having the bikes on site was super helpful for transportation. I would suggest that if you are bringing a small Child to do your research. There was not much to do at all. We were blessed with great weather so that helped in keeping my son busy 🙌.

Perfect location for a perfect stay
What a lovely property!! So clean, well appointed, wonderful layout. We have 2 kids- our 4 year old loved the bunk bed "with stairs!" And it was nice and quiet for our 1 year old. The house also has lovely beach accessories (cart, toys, chairs) and bikes too! Perfect location by the pool too. And Rand is an amazing host - take his recommendations on dinner- he knows what he is talking about! If you have little littles like us, bring a wagon or all terrain stroller; While it is only 10 minutes to the beach, we were grateful for the wagon- path to the beach is paved all the way. Older kids will have no problems with the walk at all. We will stay here again. Rent this, you won't be sorry!

Had a little issue some of the cleanup with housekeeping from previous guest. Property owner was always responsive and very helpful. Would recommend this location and would stay there again.

Perfect getaway
Lovely home that suited us perfectly. The bikes on site, use of tennis courts & pools at the resort added so much to our stay! Beach access is nearby too. Amazing set up!

Perfection
The perfect place for a family vacation. Nicely decorated and excellent floor plan. Lovely screened in porch too. Close easy access to the most beautiful beach. Excellent walking and biking. The stairs and railings are very sturdy. Very friendly and nice people throughout the neighborhoods. Fun restaurants. The only mistake we made was we stayed only one week instead of two.
