Came up to Tahoe to have some snow fun with my daughter and her friend. This was a great house, and we had good time! House was lovely, had everything we needed, and neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Thank you!

We really did love this house. The location was great & it had many amenities that we look for like the large TV w/ streaming available and Hot Tub. Wi-Fi was strong and easy to use. Kitchen had most everything you could ask for although the coffee maker is old style & does NOT have an auto off switch which caused us to leave it on by accident one day & that freaked us all out. Possible fire hazard. The grill was also nice but we had to move it to use it because the light fixture over by the hot tub did not work. We attempted to change the bulb but it seems to be a fixture problem. The floor plan was perfect in every way... BUT, we hated the beds. These beds were OLD worn-out mattresses with a thick piece of memory foam on top. The frames were rickety, and we just felt like the owner of the home had purchased themselves some new beds and moved their old ones to this vacation home. I would honestly bet those beds are more than 10 years+ old. The bedding was thin and cheap. The thin comforter useless. The pillows were disgusting old flat and yellow. There were only 2 pillows on each bed and yet the extra pillows in the closet did not have pillowcases on them & we could not locate additional pillowcases or bedding of any kind. Even the extra blankets appeared as if people had used them, & they were not clean and just tossed back up into the closet. The bed is the most important aspect in a vacation rental, you have to be comfortable and able to sleep.

I live locally and needed a bigger place to host my family for the holidays and this house was perfect for us! Super super cozy! Upstairs gets super warm so keep that in mind for heat (but it also was a wildly warm Christmas!). Our family really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a great perk! Quiet and beautiful neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. A mama bear and two cubs welcomed us the first morning to my sisters' enjoyment. Patty was available by text to respond to our concerns.

We found the house and location in a neighborhood close to everywhere we wanted to go. There were 4 generations of us and the house and outside surroundings were perfect for our various needs. Hot tub, BBQ, and wrap around deck were perfect. The guys enjoyed playing horseshoes and tether ball and the toddler enjoyed playing on the grassy area. The kitchen is new and well stocked and the furniture comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We were looking for a property to accommodate 8 family members plus our pups and this fit the bill perfectly. Comfortable lounging & sleeping. Was able to cook, hang out and enjoy nearby beaches and hiking as well as soak in the hot tub. Host was precise in their instructions and description of amenities. Had a lovely stay!

This is a great place for a family getaway, even with little ones! It is only 10-15 minutes away from great beaches and trail heads!

This was a very nice, clean, comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. All the basics were provided and the check in, check out process was very easy. The hot tub was clean and worked well. The house is about a 15 minute drive from downtown South Lake Tahoe, Pope Beach, and other attractions. It’s not within biking distance. Overall we had an excellent stay and the house was a great launching spot for all of our adventures.

Very nice kitchen and living areas. Hot tub felt great. Comfortable. The only problem was the barn gate on the deck did not have a locking mechanism so my dog kept escaping. We managed all right by leashing her on the deck. Thank you!

This is my family’s 2nd time at this cabin. We absolutely love staying here! The cabin is perfect for our family! Clean, cozy and roomy! Kids love the upstairs bedroom and air hockey table. They also love the hot tub. Kitchen is wonderful. fully stocked with everything you need to make a meal. We love the location. We enjoy going for walks around the cabin. Great stay. Will book again. This house was perfect. The downstairs bedroom worked great for Grandma and Grandpa while the two upstairs room provided beds for the 5 others in our family. The kitchen was stocked with every gadget we needed. The owners were easy to reach and helpful. We all had a wonderful stay.

The house was even bigger than we expected and more than enough for us. We were very comfortable with two adults and two elementary age kids. But easily could have shared with another family with one or two kids for more fun. We easily cooked breakfast every day and a couple of dinners. Very easy trip back-and-forth to Heavenly and anything in town. A super place!

Great cabin less than 15 minutes drive to heavenly! The hot tub is a very nice bonus as well!

Communication with the host was quick and easy. The home was as advertised and very clean. We would love to stay there in the future.

The house was just like the pictures but other houses are much closer than in the pictures. Patty , the host could not have been more helpful or nice. This was a great place for a small gathering of friends and family. All had a great time. Thanks Patty !

My family and I had a great stay at this cabin. It is even better than pictured. It is in a quiet location with lots of room to play outside. Adorable fireplace and stayed warm in a snow storm.

What a great cabin! Location was excellent - residential, yet close to town. Beautifully laid out cabin with recent upgrades. Most well stocked kitchen I have ever seen! If you need it, they got it! Including a Mickey Mouse waffle maker!

What a great place! Very clean and tidy (we knew they allowed dogs but v little hair) and an unusually well arranged kitchen/utensils.

We LOVE Patty's place and come here every year. Great cabin, great location, and a super helpful, friendly host. We had a great time as usual! (and EPIC snow in Tahoe this year!)

We stayed here for two night with our three boys (ages 7 to 10), and the property was perfect. The home was immaculate and spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked, and there were plenty of towels and linens. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub at least twice a day, played air hockey and board games, watched movies, etc. We didn't really need to go anywhere for snow play--they just ran around the expansive property with their snow toys. Next time we will bring more food and cook more meals. We were planning to be "out" much more than we were, so we assumed we'd be eating out a lot. Instead, the kids were thrilled to stay at the property most of the time and we were glad for the rest and relaxation. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

The property was easy to access. Unfortunately our son and family were unable to join us due to sick kiddos. There may have been a concern if we had to park 2 cars in the driveway due to plowed space was very narrow. The home was very well stocked and beautifully decorated - had everything we needed!! The property is amazing with more than enough room for my friends and I. While there was a hot tub, we didn't get to use it due to the heavy snowfall. We felt that the place had a lot of extra supplies, especially for cooking and cleaning. We stayed during a big snowstorm that ended up closing roads in and out of Tahoe because of avalanches and spin outs. Patty was great in getting us through the whole ordeal, giving us updates when it came to power restorations and plow services. We felt really cared for. Would definitely book again, hopefully sans winter storm! Thank you Patty!
