Questa casa unifamiliare è perfettamente situato nel Golfo del Messico. Sun compilato a Napoli Park, a ¾ di un miglio di Vanderbilt Beach e il Ritz Carlton. Un molto popolare negozi e ristoranti centro, il Mercato, si trova a circa un miglio dalla casa.
Prendete le sedie a sdraio e prendere il sole sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca pulita e godersi lo shopping di classe mondiale, i ristoranti e le belle 70+ campi da golf, che si trova a poche miglia.
Venite una volta a Napoli, abbituati e si tornerà di nuovo ogni anno ... è così bello.

Nice big house. There were 10 of us. Great pool and hot tub. Short walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool. There's a nice assortment of beach chairs and a couple umbrellas to use. The house was very clean and when I had a question the property manager was quick to respond.

This was a family vacation and the home had everything we needed. Great location that had things for everyone to enjoy. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops!
Communication with the property manager was very easy and the few messages I sent were responded to very quickly.

The house was perfect for us, comfortable beds, very close to the beach and Mercato, we used their beach chairs and umbrellas and the kitchen was well equipped. I would recommend to a friend. Thank you Marcus!

We are a large "Brady Bunch" family. We have 2 adults and 5 children, and our oldest brought a friend (a total of 8!). We all fit and there was lots of space for all of us.
I loved that they had additional beach gear for us. During our last stay in Florida, we bought chairs and umbrellas and had to leave them.

This is the first time we have set up a family vacation in Florida and we picked the right spot. We had a 3 year old and a 1 year old as part of the group. We had everything at the house that we could want for the kids. Car seats, high chairs, pool toys and flotation devices. There was plenty of room for 8 people. The pool was a huge hit for everyone. I can't say enough positive things about the communication...either calls or texts...to Marcus and his wife for anything we had questions on.. they were right there for us.

Spacious - clean - well equipped.
A 10 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Close to grocery stores and shopping.

Smoke alarm needed to be replaced. Weak battery caused annoying loud sound.
Light fixtures need to be checked. The remote only allows the pool or hot tub to be heated separately. Inconvenient if everyone wants to use both at the same time.

Our family spent a relaxing week in this lovely home. It was clean, well equipped, conveniently located for groceries and the 6 year old loved swimming in the pool everyday. It's definitely a placed we want to return to!

The house had all the necessities we need including lots of towels, dishes, bikes and etc. The house was clean when we came and the furniture was great. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. We loved the house and would stay there again.

This house is an absolute gem. The pool is absolutely amazing. Literally so warm! The owners Mike and Nicole were absolutely amazing! The house is stunning and had everything we needed!! It was also an extremely functional home for families with little children. I had questions and Mike answered them very fast, and was extremely kind. The beach was a bike ride or walk away! If we visit Naples again we will definitely be coming back to this beautiful home!

This house is an absolute gem. The pool is absolutely amazing. Literally so warm! The owners Mike and Nicole were absolutely amazing! The house is stunning and had everything we needed!! It was also an extremely functional home for families with little children. I had questions and Mike answered them very fast, and was extremely kind. The beach was a bike ride or walk away! If we visit Naples again we will definitely be coming back to this beautiful home!
