CERCHI CASA NUOVAMENTE RIMODELLATA E PULITA?Zhen Peninsula è oltre 2000 piedi quadrati affascinante casa che è perfetta per il vostro relax. Situato in un quartiere tranquillo, questa casa a pianta aperta ha tutto il necessario per il vostro soggiorno confortevole; nuova e spaziosa cucina con armadi a chiusura automatica e isola che include tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e tutto il necessario per preparare il cibo. Inizia la giornata con una deliziosa tazza di caffè da Keurig 2. 0 caffettiera.
Oltre a 3bed / 2bath, la casa ha una sala colazione / area per 6, sala da pranzo per 8 e accogliente salotto infossato. Entrambi, sale da pranzo e soggiorno hanno caminetti. Le camere hanno soffitti alti. 2 delle camere da letto sono grandi. C'è una lavanderia, 2 garage separati per tre (3) auto e vialetto circolare per il parcheggio supplementare. Esci per goderti il grande cortile, la piscina e il centro benessere con splendide viste sulle montagne. La piscina si trova sul lato sud della casa che garantisce il sole per tutto il giorno. C'è una griglia a gas / carbone con un bruciatore e utensili per le vostre esigenze di cottura, tavolo da patio con sedie, sala a gravità zero e sedie a sdraio intorno alla piscina. Goditi panorami mozzafiato da entrambi i lati della casa.
Ci sono 3 tv via cavo a schermo piatto in due camere da letto e soggiorno, Blue Ray e lettori DVD. C'è anche un altoparlante tower abilitato Bluetooth che può essere collegato al tuo dispositivo bluetooth e un powerpeaker portatile, che può essere collegato al tuo iphone o ipod, per le tue esigenze musicali. Connessione Internet WiFi ad alta velocità gratuita. Naviga in internet o guarda film su Neflix sulla TV in salotto. Aria centrale / Calore (due unità A / C separate e scaldabagno) e lavanderia. Jacuzzi abbastanza grande per 6 persone. Forniamo anche gli asciugamani ... abbastanza per tutti!

Sicuramente ottieni di più anche da ciò che vedi nelle immagini; di solito è il contrario. La penisola di Zhen è stata completamente ristrutturata nell'ottobre 2012 !!! we rented for a month and really enjoyed our stay at this home.
the outdoor area is amazing and we used it all.
We had something that had to be fixed, and they took care of it.

We really enjoyed the house. It was very clean. Plenty of space both inside and outside. Loved the hot tub and the grill was great.
Beds were comfortable. Communication with Kar was easy and problems were resolved.

We had a fabulous summer vacation. Everyone lived the house and pool. The host was wonderful, very easy to contact and responds quickly. We would definitely stay her again!

This house could be a gem. My family and I rented this house for 32 days in November 2022. We had issues when we first arrived (not enough bath towels, hand towels and no bath mats, 0 coffee mugs and no plug for the kitchen sink). We contacted the owner and he was receptive but still took a week to get replacements. As we got into our stay longer we found a lot more maintenance issues. It was apparent the house had sat empty for awhile and was very dusty and appliances etc had start up issues. The house advertises newly renovated(in 2012!!) as well as a ping pong table (left outside and surface has bubbled as well as ruined paddles etc.), pool table (cues have no tips) and garage(maintenance issue) that are unusable. Sheets on the bed were old and pilled.
The backyard, pool and BBQ area are awesome although were all dirty and dusty. Very disappointed for the amount we paid.

One could likely buy a plug for the kitchen sink at the dollar store. One small issue during our stay and the host was v. responsive. The garage was not available to use so keep that in mind. Over-all it met our needs and we would consider renting again.

A very nice house with lots of extras not usually furnished in a rental. Didn't like the ROKU tv setup very much. Owner was very prompt with correcting the few problems that occurred.

The backyard is roomy, private and great for sun or shade (and dogs). The home is in close proximity to many of the Palm Springs amenities and was a quiet neighborhood.

Let me start by saying I reached out to the property manager directly prior to writing this review. I do not like to leave bad reviews, I would rather address the issues directly. This did not happen because Kar did not reply after he asked how he could help. We replied and then checked out. We still have not received any communication from Kar.
I was amazed at how many good reviews this place had.
The bad reviews for this place are true. Do not over look them. If we were allowed to submit pictures, you would re-think booking here for the price.
I gave the overall rating of a 2 because the back yard is large and nice. We did not use the amenities other then the pool. We were told the pool would be heated but it was not.
I took my daughter and grand daughter who is 2 here for a mini getaway. The pictures make this place look amazing.
It is very unsafe. There are no screens on any windows. Two of the windows did not lock. One which I could open from the outside, it was shut with a tiny stick. Given we had a 2 year old with us, this made us uneasy the entire time.
The couch was nasty. It was so dirty that you need to put down a sheet to sit on it. The floor was not cleaned. We take out shoes off inside homes and the minute we did our feet were black.
Kar asked us to let him know about anything that was broke, we did and he stated he was aware of the issues. But yet they are still issues?
The place is located about 3 miles from downtown which is nice. If you are looking for a quit place, do not stay here. It is located by a main street and airport. Given the windows are broke you hear everything.
For paying almost $1800 for 2 nights, we could have went somewhere nicer.

My family had a great mini vacation at this home. A beautiful spacious house with an amazing backyard for everyone to hang around, soak up the sun and play in the pool. House owner is very communicative, answering all my silly questions. We had a blast at this house and would definitely rent again. Clean, spacious, relaxing, beautiful views of the mountains, quiet neighborhood. Totally recommend.

This property could have a high 4 rating with a few suggestions:
1. There was no welcome package when we arrived. We had the pass code to enter but no instructions on wifi. We did find them but they were buried in a drawer that we happened to open.
2. The seating in the living room was budget. There was no other soft seating with the home.
3. There were 4 TVs and only 1 was functional!
4. The glassware - especially wine glasses - was limited and spotty.
5. No drain plug for the bath tub. We need to improvise using the one from the kitchen.
6. Some up dated patio furniture would be a good idea for a home of this quality. Some lounges etc
7. We had some cool weather, instructions were not to use the fireplaces until we had contacted someone. Not sure who we were to contact.
8. the BBQ should be updated.
These are all small items but some of the details shouldn't be left to the renter to fix/understand.

Kar was very pleasant to work with. I have some questions about the stay since I stayed a month and he answered them before I booked it. I came with my family to just relax and he made it a very pleasant stay. The house was very clean and had all the amenities. Even had a pool table! There was a large backyard so the kids were about to play soccer and run around. I will definitely return to this home next time I want to visit Palm Springs.

Stayed for 2 days and had a great time. House has everything needed down to pool towels. Grocery store is 5 minutes away. Downtown PS is a short 15 minute drive. Would love to return.
