Great location! Not a big building which is perfect to avoid crowds and elevator is always available. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the room. There were dried contacts stuck to one of the nightstands. None of wear contacts so I knew it wasn’t from us. In the bathroom, there was toothpaste plaster from previous guest on the faucet. I always check the beds and there 2 hairs of different styles on the sheets and pillows cases smelled musty. I would definitely recommend this place but just hope the cleaning staff steps it up. Before I leave a place, I strip the beds. I know crews are in a rush but I’d rather not pay a fee and clean it myself. Lol I have a cleaning business so I noticed things and rather do it myself Again, we’d stay here again but I’d bring my own sheets. I usually do, just rushed during packing. Condo was perfect for us and price was very reasonable!

Overall, this condo was amazing! We loved the Layout, the view of the beach, the beds and really everything about it! We did have an issue with Wi-Fi but honestly, we were on vacation and were 100% ok with not having Wi-Fi. Washer and Dryer gave us some issues but nothing we couldn’t figure out how to get past. Provided kitchen appliances and kitchen ware were plenty and did the job! Pools were always clean (did not have a sandy bottom like we’ve seen in the past) and not very overcrowded. Our older kids could swim and we had a perfect view of them. We really had a great time and anytime we are in PCB with the amount of people we had, we will definitely rent this condo again! We were so impressed when we walked in to find the unit clean and well prepped. The decor was nice and you can tell has been updated. We had enough room for everyone and all the beds were comfortable! Hope to book this one again!!!

Overall property was wonderful. The unit we were in only had 4 chairs on the balcony for 8 adults. Also one sofa and two chairs in living room. No dish towels in kitchen. Only two bowls. Everything else was Great! Everyone really enjoyed the view from the second floor!

I’ll summarize our stay as best possible. Upon arrival the unit was not clean. The furniture was dirty and they used a greasy cleaner that made everything oily. Weird! Blinds in all rooms did not work, were broken or held together with tape. Beds were broken and held up with rocks/blocks. We only knew this bc we dropped something on the floor and when we bent down we saw it under the bed. Box springs did not have sheets. Dishwasher was not attached to countertop and fell out when we opened it. Cabinet door fell off and hit my family members foot. Utility room door was covered in dust and mold as well as all air vents. The places sleeps 12 and only had enough cushion seating for 4. Rooms did not have dressers for clothes, only nightstands. Freezer was broken and iced over. There were two old dirty mops in a closet. The list goes on and on. We reached out to the property management and played email tag. The management on site was mortified and said the hoa is fed up with this unit. I will be reaching out again for a full refund. We had 60+ family’s members staying at coral reef, sterling beach and summerhouse who had no issues with their room. I’m saying that because this is an honest review and wouldn’t have had to write this if it wasn’t so unbelievably.

We loved this stay. The condo could use a few improvements of new blinds, curtains and a few other cosmetics that would take it to a whole new level. But the condo is exactly how it’s listed and it great for a large family. We will more than likely stay here again

I have stayed at this condo 2 years in a row and the property is always beautiful and the property manager is always quick to respond.

The unit had sprinkler head leak the morning we arrived. It turned out to be more than they thought, so the rental company moved us to another location on Front Beach Rd. During the short time we were there the unit seemed very nice and was just as pictured.

We loved the condo. It was spacious and being on second floor was wonderful. We will definitely be going again

We have stay at several condos at various beaches, this was by far the cleanest we have ever rented. Not only the condo, but the beach as well. Chair and Umbrella Guy on beach was great!! We will be back to Coral Reef, good Lord willing!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The whole condo complex was very clean and you can’t beat the location right on the beach. We watched dolphins from the balcony which was so fun.

Over all, we enjoyed our stay at the Coral Reef. Only issue I had was that I couldn't get any of the TV's in the bedrooms to connect to WiFi. The livingroom TV worked fine. One bedroom had a note on the TV plug stating that the top outlet didnt work. And there was a light bulb missing from a lamp. Other than that, everything was fine.

Very clean and quiet. Close beach access. Beautiful view of sunset from balcony. Roomy and comfortable.

The condo was very nice pictures doesn’t do it justice!! We enjoyed the heated pool because it was cool the end of October. Not to far to the gulf!

Location is great

The condo was absolutely amazing. It had the perfect view of the beach and sunset. It had plenty of space for all of us.

While we were satisfied with the location, we were very disappointed with the actual unit. It was dirty and not stocked well -didn’t look to have been swept or vacuumed -thick dust on baseboards - minimal bath towels -no blankets, dish soap, 1 dish towel -curtain rod falling off wall to patio -extreme mold in washing machine…we spent a lot of time and money at the laundromat -dishwasher wasn’t bolted into cabinet and fell out on our younger children multiple times when it had dishes in it -internet access was spotty -construction at the property the entire time we were there -remote batteries dead - description showed beach patio access from master … I guess if we climbed out the window ? I reached out to the property manager 4 times before I received a response. Maintenance came to address a few items items on day 6 of our 7 day trip. I have yet to hear from anyone regarding our experience. I would expect for what we paid for 1 week that we would have had a much better review to share.

U have a great view of the beach and ocean . The pools are right in front of u . We had 11 ppl 8 adults and 3 small children and all had plenty of room . The resort isn't huge which is a plus for us .. overall we really like this place like I said this is our 2nd year in this condo and no complaints from us !!!!

The condo is huge, we had plenty of room for 7 adults & 2 kids. The location was great and parking wasn’t a problem at all. The pools were always very clean and we were blessed with beautiful sunny days and the gulf waters were calm for most of the week. The only complaint was the painting that was being done on the back of the building. The painters were always up & down the scaffolding and we really couldn’t enjoy sitting on our balcony, one day they were scraping the rail and there was no afternoon naps that day. I understand maintenance needs to be done but being notified ahead would’ve given us the option to choose a different property to stay for our vacation.

I was concerned on what to expect regarding the state of cleanness of the property based on some reviews I read and was very happy upon arrival as I didn't have any complaints. My family and I had an awesome week, seeing dolphins from the balcony almost every day, especially in the mornings. Really the only thing I would suggest to be added is more silverware as we had to hand wash our dishes except for the last day so we would have stuff available at all times. I didn't count but I'm not sure if there was even enough silverware for 12, but also could be from prior guest losing them. But overall is a nice condo, could use some fixing of the tile on area's in the master bathroom especially. However, location was nice as not a large unit and pool wasn't crowded at all, almost had the pool to ourselves when we used it. Would consider staying here again in the future.

Reviewer Comments: Coral Reef 0206 - First I’d like to say that the price to rent this condo is absolutely outrages and I’ll tell you why.....the listing advertises that it sleeps 12, this is misleading! We had 8 in our party and the following are the issues we had with only 8 in the condo.- Only 1 towel per person is available. There were no extra towels anywhere. - Front bedroom with bathroom has no dresser or drawers for storing clothing- 2nd Master bedroom king bed was extremely uncomfortable. It sagged in the middle and we had to pile pillows in between us to make it somewhat comfortable. Worst bed we have ever slept in!- The bathroom that is shared with the 2nd master and 2nd front bedroom is very outdated and needs to be updated. It had ONE towel bar which doesn’t work well when 4 people are sharing it. There is a huge wall that can accommodate at least 2 more towel bars. But there is absolutely nothing on that wall, in fact there are no decorations in that bathroom at all. - The living room chairs are visibly dirty. Needs to be cleaned or replaced.- The living room area only seats 5. Even when we pulled the uncomfortable kitchen chairs in there we only had enough for 7 to sit. Definitely need more furniture in that area. - The balcony also needs additional furniture and nicer chairs. Only 4 chairs are available and the size of the balcony can certainly accommodate more!- The condo needs a deep cleaning. Dust is piled up on the ceiling fans and the floors are filthy. Overall we were extremely disappointed in this condo considering how much we paid. If you have more than 6 in your party I would recommend finding a different condo. There are nicer cheaper condos available.

Reviewer Comments: Our first time vacationing to PCB. This was a last-minute booking because our cruise was cancelled, and I’m glad we found this condo. The pictures don’t do it justice! There was so much space for our family. The condo was clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. The living room and kitchen were also very spacious. The view from the balcony was the best part- the sunsets and sunrises were amazing. The beds were firm, but comfortable. The unit stayed nice and cool.The resort, Coral Reef, is located within walking distance of several restaurants and other top-tourist spots- just 5 minutes to St. Andrews State Park and less than 9 minutes to Pier Park. The beach and pool area were not over crowded. We were surprised to find 3 beach chairs (metal) and 2 umbrellas (we could only get one to stay up) in the unit. There were also sand buckets and floats. You can rent wooden lounge chairs/umbrella on the beach for about $30 a day (which we did for everyone to have a chair and access to shade). Recommend restaurants: Barracuda, Off the Hook, and Pineapple Willys(We ate at others but these were our favorites)Make sure to pack additional supplies, such as garbage bags, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, etc, as with any condo rental. We did end up buying more towels (Wal-mart) because there was only one towel and wash cloth provided for each person. The resort is undergoing renovation but didn’t hinder our experience. The only complaint I have is the locking of the emergency stairwell doors at night. I find this to be an extreme safety issue. If an emergency would occur during the night and elevators are not accessible, guests would be stuck because the stairwell doors are locked. I’m sure the reason is because of past mischief, however, if the emergency exits are going to be locked during an extended time, keys should be provided to guests for emergency access. Given the opportunity, we will
