Great location. Basic facilities but clean throughout. Ansari on front desk very helpful and courteous.

I absolutely loved staying at X by Bloom. Room was good and the staff was very nice and hospitable. As a single female traveller I felt safe and comfortable staying here.

Bathroom can be slightly better. The wall tiles were cracked at two places with holes in them.

I am comfortable at all the Bloom properties in which I have stayed. The rooms are always neat and clean. The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful. Check-in and check-out work like clockwork. Linen is replaced on a daily basis on request and othe complimentary items are topped up daily.

They don't provide a bucket and a cup, and sometimes at my age, I need to soak my feet after a long day's visiting, because I still prefer to walk or cycle rather than use cabs. If that could be looked, into some of us would be very grateful indeed.

Location

Breakfast was pretty bad infact it wasn't fresh at all. Idlis were looking like 2-3 days old so I had to skip breakfast on both the days.
