Our family of 9 LOVED our stayin this cottage! 3 bedrooms and 3 roomy bathrooms were perfect for us! The kids loved the bunkroom and the tower room upstairs! The location was just a quick walk to the beach and the town! The property was clean and decorated with lots of fun artwork! The porches were so inviting to relax on! Homeowner's communicated with us many times to see if there was anything they could do for us! Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely cottage in a great location. The kids loved sleeping in the tower, a cozy space. The kitchen ismissing some basic utensils needed for cooking but the appliances are great. Homeowners stay promptly brought pot holders over. We stayed in and cooked for most meals. Wine glasses were few. The hanging pot rack had thick dust build up on it as well as the items hanging on it. The porches are spacious and inviting.

We had a great time at the house and Homeowner’s was very helpful, recommending restaurants for our anniversary and even an urgent care for stitches. The primary shower situation is not great and water collects on the tub deck (stitches UNrelated). But other than that, the house is very comfortable and inviting. It’s our favorite of the three houses we’ve stayed in. We would definitely stay there again!

This property is cute, a little older, but in an absolutely ideal location.
The good: fabulous location, easy walk to Food trucks and Seaside shops. Good layout with plenty of sleeping options for our group of six people. Check-in was easy, and management left a great welcome bag that was super convenient and very kind.
The not-so-great: the property is older and could use an update, especially to the master bathroom where the shower is a wonky design, and the bathtub leaks into the ceiling of the first floor living room.
This leak made that bathroom unusable so there was only one usable bathroom on the 2nd floor. There are no bathrooms in the tower (which is the 3rd floor bedroom) so our whole party used the only functional second floor bathroom- not ideal but not a deal-breaker.
We enjoyed our stay overall, and although we’d hope repairs were made to the master bathroom, we’d stay here again.

Nice property
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. There were plenty of sleeping spaces and the upstairs loft area is really peaceful and worked well for sleeping. It was a great spot for our family and dogs. The only issue we had is that the TV does not work very well and the internet had some issues. The property manager sent over a technician and fixed the issue, but, we had no wifi for probably 24 hours. This was an issue for us bc. we had a few family members working from the house during our stay. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back. Hopefully they can fix the TV.

This was our third time to stay in Southern Splendor so we are repeat visitors. The house is lovely, very open and welcoming with the kitchen open up to the dining area and den. We had many family dinners and conversations there. It is also in a great location- not a long walk to the beach or the town. It is also pet friendly, which is very important to us. We will be back!

Loved our stay in Seaside- the private beach was only a five minute walk and it was incredible. The house was perfect for our stay- we had six people and there was plenty of room- we didn't even use two beds. Our family loved this vacation- we will be back!!
