This was our second stay here and we're already planning for next year. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for six adults and one child. The furnishing are all new, and the beds have all been replaced and are very comfortable. Let's not forget the heated pool and spa, which we used several times per day.
Any needs are quickly addressed by Richard. We will be back.

We planned a family vacation in Florida for seven (3 couples/one adult) and this home and layout was perfect. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, the main living areas are large and the kitchen was also quite large. We gathered often in that open large space. The backyard and property is beautiful, private and well maintained, we loved the pool and the spa, both were used and enjoyed often. We did have some repairs (leak/AC) we had to logistically work through, as a homeowner I know that stuff happens. Richard responded quickly and effectively, and the maintenance guys were friendly and worked quickly and efficiently.
If we plan another visit to South Florida, we would gladly stay in this home again, it is a beautiful home, well-kept, and with excellent amenities. Thank you Richard!

We had a wonderful experience. The pool and spa were nicely maintained and easy to heat/cool. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 8,with plenty of space to meet everyone's needs (quiet space for working, and a number of common areas for hanging out together).
The house was well equipped with all the essentials, and the pantry was well stocked with spices, etc.
Richard was very responsive, quickly answering any questions we had during our stay. He kindly mailed an item left behind.
We really enjoyed exploring the local beaches, restaurants and nature centres recommended by Richard. the location was excellent.

We chose the right place to spend a week for 6 adults and one child. The house has several spacious rooms for gathering, a large and comfortable deck, and a heated pool and spa. The kitchen is a great size for several people coming and going, and everything you need for cooking and baking. The grill on the deck is high end, and we made good use of it. The location is great, an easy drive to beaches and shops.

My family and I were very pleased with our host and the property. We loved the layout of the house. The rooms are on one side, and the kitchen and family room are on the other. Traveling with two college students, it was great for us to go to bed and not be disturbed by the TV or card playing.
The location was very convenient to the coast and other natural parks. The pool, hot tub, and deck were perfect for our needs, and we would highly recommend them to those looking for a perfect family getaway.

Definitely rebooking!
Our stay was so perfect and ideal for the two little toddlers we had with us. Beautiful property with the perfect amount of privacy. Host was very responsive and tended to all of our needs! Not one complaint and highly recommend!

Great Stay
This is our second stay at this home. Once again we had a great time. The home is very spacious and has everything you need for a great vacation. The location is a quiet neighborhood but close enough to beaches, stores and restaurants for easy living. Richard is an absolute pleasure to work with and could not be more responsive. Highly recommend this property and it is especially good for families.

Spacious and convenient
The backyard and pool/spa were private and nicely landscaped. The outdoor lights were very festive. The downstairs bedrooms and baths were like a separate apartment for son and family. We loved the dressing room and parlor in the master suite. The house was roomy and bright. We were close to family in Boynton and to restaurants in Delray. Overall a positive experience and we hope to stay here again.

Large group get-away
Overall, the house has great potential. Having said that, it was worn & well used. Upon entry, we had to unplug over 6 air fresheners that were obviously masking other scents. Being unable to open any of the screenless, broken windows, made the first 2 days difficult to tolerate. After the overpowering scent dissipated, we did enjoy the outdoor pool & jacuzzi. However, there were only 2 functional lounge chairs, for a house that sleeps 10.
On the positive side, it was spacious & well laid out; a great location & the three zone air conditioning worked well. Additionally, the house was stocked with ample towels, toilet paper, paper products, soaps, shampoos, spices & condiments, which made start-up easy.
Once we accepted the less than pristine appearance of the property, we settled in and enjoyed a great week in Boynton.

Our Winter Stay in Del Ray
House was great. Only one issue.
Downstairs there was a plumbing issue where the three bedrooms were.
Constant sewage smell, that was only smelled downstairs.
Otherwise the house was great. We all loved it and I would recommend it highly!

Great property with some hiccups
Let me start by saying Richard, the property manager, was amazing and fixed most of our problems right away! He was extremely responsive and we appreciated that greatly! Also, the backyard is amazing and we spent a ton of time out there enjoying the pool, deck and hot tub.
Having said that, there were some issues worth sharing. When we entered the house there was a horrible musty smell, especially in the lower level. We noticed that one of the water pans under the air conditioner was filled with water and Richard had an A/C guy out ASAP. It was fixed and the smell went away for a short period of time, but came back.
The house definitely needs some TLC but overall it was an enjoyable vacation !

Warm weather get away
Our stay in Boynton Beach was absolutely wonderful. It was our first time staying this area. The location was very convenient to the beach, 4 miles to Atlantic Ave in Delray. Shopping was minutes away. We enjoyed the house by ourselves for part of our stay and were joined by 2 of our adult children’s and their families. The house worked beautifully when full. We enjoyed eating outside under the covered porch and swimming in the heated pool. We will definitely be going back!

The house is well designed that the sleeping area is well separated from the living area. The pool area is easily accessible from all parts of the house. The house is well stocked for families from high chairs to porta crib to toys and games. There are ample TV's for everyone to be satisfied. The house is a short car ride to the beach, grocery store and major highways.

Beautiful Home!
This house was just perfect for my family of 6. It is a very spacious home with a beautiful backyard. My two grandchildren loved the pool! The kitchen is so large that we were able to invite my sister's family over for breakfast(12 of us). We hope it works out that we can return next year. Please google the owner Richard Sandza. Family Vacation
We rented this house so that the whole family could stay under one roof. The children had a great time with plenty of space to run free. There were plenty of beds and couches for everyone, even several who we weren't even planning on. The pool was terrific and heating it made all the difference during April. I would highly recommend this rental as a great family getaway.

Spacious well-maintained home in quiet convenient neighborhood.
We were 5 adults spending 6 days in this home in Boynton Beach very near the border to Delray. It is a lovely corner well-landscaped house with multiple levels so everyone can find comfortable space. The house came equipped with everything we needed including paper products and everything seemed very new. We appreciated the coffee grinder and large refrigerator and the grill on the deck. The pool area was lovely. The only thing I might recommend would be more lounge chairs for the pool area...there were only 2. Richard was very responsive to small repair requests and supplied a bed for the 4th bedroom. The house is minutes from convenient shopping, Delray nightlife and the beach and Richard also supplies a list of preferred shopping, restaurants, activities and directions. We all had a super stay.
