L'Apollo si trova su tre miglia e mezzo della famosa spiaggia di sabbia bianca di Marco Island. Qui potrete godere di una spaziosa, splendidamente ristrutturato tre camere da letto, due bagni unità condominio con tutti i comfort. This is an entire 3-bedroom condo looking out over the beach at South Beach, Marco Island. The unit had everything you need - comfortable TV area, large dining table, well-stocked kitchen w/ modern appliances, beach chairs, coolers, washer/dryer, and an oversized patio overlooking beach and sunsets. Good free WIFI, HD TVs in each BR, 2 nice full bathrooms.
The location is great - out of the commercial area but convenient to everything. The beach is just out back and was super - huge quantity of shells, good sand, nice water. The on-premises pool and hot tub also clean and enjoyable. An assigned covered parking space is a plus. Sunset Grille on site for easy lunch and dinner. [Only Minor inconvenience of having to use a key to get from beach, into building, and to use elevator - the unit itself has a keypad lock]. Lots of positives, few negatives.

We have been to Marco Island about seven times- four at the Apollo. The location is perfect. Renters and owners are very friendly . The pool area has plenty of chairs. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The condo was very clean and actually quite lovely and big. Dealing with John and the check in process was great.
The two main issues I had were they were only two sets of keys and there were four adults who did their own things at different times, so we were always getting locked out because it is like a fortress. You have to have a key to get in the building. You have to have a key to get in the elevator. You have to have a key to get back in from the ocean into the pool area. The security is great but it would be nice to have a push code like most condos nowadays.
The second issue is there is no deadbolt on the door to the condo. It’s just a pull down lever handle and my four year-old kept opening it to “go to the beach” So it was extremely worrisome at night. Luckily, there was a 5 gallon bucket of paint in the closet that we put in front of it at night so he he couldn’t open it. It definitely needs a deadbolt or some type of lock on the inside of the condo door.

Property is just as described and very well stocked with all linens and cookware you could imagine. Having beach chairs, towels, and a wagon really helped us enjoy the sand and sun ! The pool are was clean and plenty of chairs for lounging. John was always available if we had any questions and was speedy in his responses - overall a 10 out of 10 !

We had an amazing time at this condo. Condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. We had a 10 month old with us and we found the condo was very kid friendly. It had a high chair and pack n play for us to use. Beautiful view of the gulf. We will be back!

Great location on Marco . The condo was substituted last minute with the owner’s 10th floor condo due to air conditioning issues. The penthouse condo is overdue for new beach/pool, bath towels and queen mattress to justify price point. Also missed having a blow dryer in the master bath.

Anniversary Celebration
Brought our family to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Condo was extremely nice. Beds comfortable. Stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Restaurant in same building, Sunset Grill, also very nice with good food and reasonably priced. We will definitely return.

Relaxing and Beautiful
This lovely condo delivered as promised! It is just steps from the beach, which was my number one priority for this trip. We were able to enjoy coffee and a book each morning on the balcony overlooking The Gulf... breathtaking! The condo was very clean and has been updated with everything you would expect. There were many amenities in the unit that made the stay easy and enjoyable. We didn't have children with us, but there were certainly plenty of things in the unit that families with young children would appreciate! For the beach... wagon, chairs, canopy, umbrella, towels, etc. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots to do! But we really just hung out on the beach all day and only ventured out for dinner in the evenings. However, if you want to eat-in, the unit is stocked with everything you need. Speaking of food, the area restaurants were all wonderful, and because we were there off season, there was really no waiting. The parking garage was VERY convenient and appreciated. We had no problems at all during our stay. We are definitely looking forward to a return trip to Marco Island!

The condo was beautiful and we really enjoyed coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening on the oversized balcony. The view was spectacular. It was nice having the beach equipment supplied. We would definitely rent again!

Amazing Condo
The condo was very spacious and beautifully appointed. It accommodated our family of six with two little ones (5 & 3) very well. The beach front view was priceless in watching the sunsets and simply relaxing. I would highly recommend this location.

Beautiful Property!
We had the best time staying on Marco Island last week! The accommodations were just wonderful for our family of 6. There was a pack n play and high chair in the unit - a huge bonus when traveling with an infant! Also, so many beach toys, a wagon, umbrella, multiple tents and coolers, and tennis rackets for the tennis courts. It was such a convenience having the Sunset Grille right on the property. We ate dinner there 3 times - so delicious and so nice when you’re eating with 4 kids! You won’t regret booking this unit for your stay!

Quiet and updated condo
The unit was nicely remodeled. The location is a good walk to restaurants and the building was quiet - did not hear a lot of noise on upper levels. The expansive deck was nice for more room. You had to sit on the higher tables to see the beach. If you are sitting in regular height chairs or lounge chairs you are not able to see the beach but it was private. The owner was very responsive. It was convenient having Sunset Grille on the main level. The beach was crowded as the public access is right next to the building. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic!
This is our second stay at John's condo in Marco Island and we loved it every bit as much as the first time (if not more)! The location, the facility, and the unit itself are ideal. It is our family's favorite vacation destination and we hope to return again soon!

Great Location
We had a great Thanksgiving holiday at this condo. The condo is equipped with everything you need for the beach (chairs, wagon, umbrellas and coolers). The condo was great and John was super responsive to all communications. We will definitely look to rent this condo again!!

This property was a great place to stay! The location to the beach and stores/restaurants was good. The condo was very clean and had everything that you would need for vacation and the stuff for the beach was amazing. Plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony was enormous and added so much extra space to the condo. The only complaint was the one lady at the front desk. She wasn't very pleasant and interrogated my daughter and her boyfriend when they came back in the building one day. That isn't something the owner has any control over though. I would highly recommend this rental and would absolutely 100% stay here again!!!

Family Vacation
The unit was a great place to spend our vacation. There was plenty of space for three adults and a six year old to be comfortable. John supplied everything that we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. In addition, he was available for any questions that I had during the rental process. I would definitely recommend the unit.

Perfect Vacation Accommodations
We had a great stay in Apollo unit #201. Condo was super clean and updated. Loved having a view of the beach and water. Oversized deck was a huge plus. Plenty of room in the condo for our family of 5 adults. Comfy beds too. Condo had everything we needed. Beach chairs, tent, umbrella and plenty of beach towels. Large washer and dryer was handy. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again when visiting Marco Island. Thank you to owners John and Lori for helping us to enjoy our long awaited vacation!

Excellent stay
We stayed in Apollo 201 with family over Memorial Day week/weekend and couldn’t have been happier! The unit was clean and updated. Lots of towels and beach equipment. To accommodate a party of 9 including adults and children. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this unit!

We stayed at the Apollo Condominium building 8 times between 1997 - 2009. I noticed this time that the building, the amenities, and the unit we stayed in, are all getting a little "tired" with age. Especially the building and amenities - really need updating. The beachfront location at the south end of the beach is still fantastic!

Great, relaxing property
John was incredibly responsive and the location of this property can’t be beat. I really appreciated all the beach amenities he provided (towels, MANY beach chairs, a cart, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, coolers). My kids were thrilled! Great cleaning crew!

This condo was great! Weather was perfect for sitting on the beach or on the very spacious patio. Also had lots of space in the condo to spread out. John (owner) was easy to work through any issues or questions we had.

Great vacation
Great location, great view and great restaurants!! Family of 6 adults, we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching dolphins and evenings watching the gorgeous sunset. Walked to the local restaurants and shops at Marco Walk and kayaked at Caxambas Park. We spent a lot of time at Sunset Grill watching football and drinking the frozen cocktails. We really love the south end of Marco Island.
