Stunning Island Park Home with Private Dock! Only the Birds have Better Views!
Situato vicino all'estremità occidentale di Ocean Isle Beach, questo Island Park Cottage ti invita alla serenità del suono, delle paludi e della via navigabile Intracoastal. Lo spazio esterno sotto casa ha un'area bar esterna con griglia a propano e molto spazio per intrattenere all'aperto. La casa ha anche una grande doccia esterna privata e uno spogliatoio al piano inferiore. Il parcheggio sotto casa può ospitare 3-4 auto; più possono parcheggiare in un lotto vicino. All was good with the exception the canal was to shallow to permit bringing a boat to the dock behind the house.

The week was absolutely amazing. Year 26 visiting the island. The house was the best. The dock, the view, the quiet neighborhood was amazing!

This house was a great stay for our family. The location is near the beach and has great access to the inlet (Jinks Creek) via a private pier. Ocean Isle is a great beach town with a cozy feel. The location is within 40 minutes of Myrtle Beach as well which our family enjoyed. Overall, our family had a great stay and will stay here again when visiting Ocean Isle.

This is our 4th time staying at this property and we couldn’t be more pleased. Fishing on the dock at sun up and sun down, walks to the pool and beach, and outdoor shower which is great when coming back from the ocean. House has everything we need. Owner is wonderful and very responsive!

Our little paradise
This home is such a gem. I love the back deck and the dock. Our kids loved fishing and crabbing when we weren't at the beach. I loved watching the gorgeous sunset each evening. We also got to enjoy the pool, which was lovely. The home feels cozy and is extremely clean. Stocked with everything you need. The owner is extremely quick to respond to any message you send. Highly recommend this home!

Another great stay!
This was our second stay at the Arabea house and it was perfect! We took advantage of the double kayak rental and spent time paddling on the creek and fishing off the dock. The house was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed & the views were incredible. Can’t wait to stay again soon!

Beautiful home absolutely perfect experience.
We rented this home for overflow space for our daughters wedding. It was a great escape from the commotion going on the larger homes .

Wonderful home and location
This was an amazing property! Beautiful location and beautiful home :-) perfect for our group.
Ample parking and lovely spacious home. It was perfect to sit on the back deck and watch the sunset. Also wonderful to walk out the back door and fish off the dock :-) plenty of room for the family to sit around and have game night!

Our New OIB Location
This was a real fine for us since we had been renting at 63 Sandpiper for some 12 years and that ended when the house was SOLD by the owner. This location is the PERFECT fit for our 6 person family. Also having no one to the right of the property opens up the view.

Best OIB Vacation!!
The beach, Inlet access, beautiful sunsets, fishing, kayaking, outdoor ambience- this house has it all!! This was our first stay without an beach view & we didn’t miss it a bit. The view from inside the house as well as both decks was incredible! We had the blinds raised all week so we could take it all in. It is located next to an open lot & the neighborhood dock so it felt more open & gave near panoramic views from the living room. The house was clean and well appointed with family games & all the kitchen/grill necessities. The AC was cold & the hot water never ran out. We rented a golf cart which turned the easy 5 minute walk to the beach into a 1 minute ride (golf cart parking at the beach was plentiful on this end of the island). There was ample parking for 4 mid size SUVs & the golf cart. Fishing off the dock & evenings under the deck at the tiki bar were a family favorite. We rented the house kayak & had a blast exploring the inlet (even as beginners). Ellen is an excellent host with awesome communication. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Sandpiper Dream
Our family enjoyed staying here and The beds are super comfy! Sitting on the deck was one of our favorites , eating breakfast out there to watching the sun set!

Memories to last a lifetime
This was the BEST family vacation we have ever had! We have already booked for next year. The view from the deck and the dock is amazing!!!! Short walk/golf cart drive to the beach. Clean home with tons of space, inside and out. We made so many memories and Ellen communicated with us so well. We have found our home away from home.

The house was a good location for us, marsh views, pier, fishing. The grands loved it.

Perfect location to enjoy the relaxing sound side and the beach!
This was our second stay and it was just as great as our first. Clean and well stocked with amazing views. We can't get enough of sitting on the deck and watching the tide come in and out as all the egrets fish and the osprey dive. It's a super short walk to the beach plus community pools! The house is perfect for a family or two and the owners are excellent anytime you need to communicate. We will definitely stay again!

Paradise at OIB
We had a wonderful week in this fabulous house. The location on Jinks Creek and short walk to beach was perfect. House was clean, fully stocked kitchen, and owner was extremely responsive. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from the porch at night. Thank you for such a perfect spot to us to enjoy being together!

Great Ocean Isle vacation
We had an excellent time staying at this property. The home met all of our needs with everything working smoothly and was as described in the posting. The waterway access for fishing and paddle boards offered good alternatives to the beach which is just a short walk away. The homeowner was helpful and responsive throughout our week-long stay. Being toward the end of the island also offers a break from some of the more crowded stretches of the beach and roadways. Overall a great stay that we would be happy to repeat!

Amazing family vacation
We have been to Ocean Isle many times. This was by far our favorite place to stay. We all loved the private dock for the family to fish, family time on the deck or grilling out by the outdoor bar, quick walk to the community pool or to the beach, and the beautiful private home with amazing accommodations! The sunset views were spectacular! We will definitely stay in this home again!!

Outside area is great, the kids loved catching crabs and fishing off the dock.
The walk to the beach is not far but we did rent a golf cart which made it like a 1 minute ride and made hauling the stuff a breeze. Plus you can ride the golf cart all over the island so I recommend that!
Bring some grilling Tools if you plan on using the grill!
We will def stay here again!

Great location, private dock
This was our second time staying at this rental property in OIB. The owner is very easy to work with and we love the location of this home, being close to both pools and a short walk to the ocean. There is also a kayak to rent and a private dock we used to fish, catch crabs and watch sunsets. We'll be back again!

Fun for All Ages
The house and dock were great for everyone in the family to celebrate an 80th birthday.
Fishing off the dock was a favorite activity even though few fish were caught!
There was enough room in the house for everyone to spread and watch football or hockey and or play with balloons.

Wonderful vacation property!
We had an amazing week at the end of September. The house has a great layout that was perfect for our family and would easily accommodate two families. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The best part was the AMAZING views of the tides flowing in and out from the deck. We could've spent days just watching all the bird species among the reeds and the changes in the landscape from the tides. It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend timing it with the tides to float down to the sandbar islands at the end of low tide and float back when the tide starts coming back in. Lots to explore! It's a short walk to the beach and there are two pools to use as well. Outdoor shower at the house to rinse off all the sand too. Owners are very responsive as well. Highly recommend!

Great vacation
Our family enjoyed our stay at the property, especially the dock! We caught crabs, different types of fish, and saw all kinds of wildlife. The beach was just a short walk and the property owner is great to work with! We will definitely stay there again on any trips to Ocean Isle

Awesome Rental
Rented for family for a wedding.. everything was clean, well kept, as described in summary.. only had to rent bed linens and bath/beach towels. Plenty of cookware/kitchen wares.. might want to bring Tupperware type stuff to store leftovers

AMAZING trip!!!
We hated to leave!!! This was the perfect spot for a relaxing beach trip. My husband went to the pier every morning and the kids and I fished from the dock. The walk to the beach is very short. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful but was close to everything that we needed/wanted to get to. Thank you Ellen for sharing your home with us!! We hope to be able to stay again in the future!!

Upon arrival, we knew this was going to be a wonderful stay. This home is furnished with everything you need for a week of relaxation at the beach. Nicely decorated, plenty of room and the View is spectacular! This will definitely be a house we rent again!

Very Nice/Clean home with Excellent Views!
Best of both worlds. This is very close to the beach and also offers excellent access to the intercostal waterway and additional activities like fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or swimming. Great views of the sunset nightly and a quiet location. Would recommend if you are looking for a location at Ocean Isle.

Perfect for our stay at OIB!
We loved staying here for our recent trip to OIB. This is our 4th visit and we've stayed in 4 different rental homes within the Island Park community, but this one is BY FAR the best!
It is clean and decorated beautifully, plus we like to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked with lots of dishes, pots, pans, and good appliances. We really loved having private dock access and the quaint outdoor space for grilling/eating.
There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 teenage kids) so we took advantage of renting the owner's kayak as well as renting an additional one. Kayaking at sunset became a daily ritual for the adults while the kids cleaned dinner dishes :) Highly recommend this home for your stay in OIB!!
