Ora I Sea è una nuova casa al mare con costruzione terminata nel febbraio 2015. Si trova a tre case da Rosemary Beach (affitto più vicino a Inlet Beach a Rosemary con vista sul golfo) e direttamente dall'altra parte della strada dall'accesso più occidentale di Inlet Beach. Questa casa ha le più belle viste sull'oceano e viste incredibili sui tramonti dal secondo e terzo livello di questa casa. Non si potrebbe chiedere una posizione migliore ... facile accesso a Rosemary Beach ... ma senza la folla sulla spiaggia.
Ora I Sea guarda direttamente le spiagge di sabbia bianca e le splendide acque blu della costa del Golfo dal secondo e terzo livello. Ora I Sea è una casa splendidamente arredata con molta luce solare e ampie viste sul golfo. La casa ha molto spazio per la privacy di tutti. Sii uno dei primi a rimanere in questa nuova casa con nuove lenzuola e nuovi arredi!
Il primo livello ha due camere da letto matrimoniali con bagno condiviso. Ha anche una master suite con un letto matrimoniale e annesso ampio bagno padronale. C'è anche una spaziosa lavanderia al primo livello con un fabbricatore di ghiaccio per preparare il refrigeratore per la tua escursione in spiaggia.
Il secondo livello è a pianta aperta con una grande cucina gourmet, sala da pranzo e soggiorno. La cucina e la sala da pranzo possono ospitare comodamente 12 persone, 8 a tavola e 4 sull'isola. Il soggiorno offre comodi posti a sedere per tutti e si apre su un grande ponte con un grande divano componibile e un tavolo da pranzo per 8 persone. C'è anche un sistema di altoparlanti in tutto il soggiorno, la cucina, il ponte di secondo livello e il ponte di terzo livello che puoi goderti ascoltando la musica mentre ti rilassi e goditi il panorama. Fuori dalla cucina c'è un'elegante stanza in polvere che adorerai. C'è anche una spaziosa suite principale con annesso bagno padronale fuori dalla cucina.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Now I Sea. This house was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and well stocked with every amenity that you could possibly need. We stayed with 12 adults and there was more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful gulf views in the morning from the second floor deck and spending our afternoon at the pool after a long day at the beach. Kristen and Rick were quick to respond to every questions that we had and helped us find a local kennel to watch our cat for the week that we were there. It truly was the perfect family vacation. You can’t go wrong with this rental!

WOW! What a great house for a 10-14 family member vacation. It was perfect from the start with communication with the property owners who were fantastic to the location only steps away from the beach. House was well maintained, everything was as listed and worked to perfection. When we return this will be our first choice to stay in Inlet/Rosemary!

Our family loved everything about this house. The location is perfect - right across the street from the private beach access and just a couple houses down from the community pool which felt close to private, as well. The views from both balconies are incredible! We really enjoyed dinner and drinks out there as the sun was setting. Everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were. They are like sleeping on clouds! Our kids loved the bunk room and entire third floor that they had to themselves! Our hosts really thought of everything and were extremely responsive when we had one issue with the lock on the door. They immediately sent a repair man and had it fixed that day. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Kristen and Rick!

My husbands comments 'House was minutes from Rosemary Beach and 1 minute walk to the beach (private and public). House was very well equipped, very spacious and very bright with lots of windows. Great view of the ocean from the deck. Also a wonderful private community pool 1 minute walk as an alternative to the Ocean. Great location in a well cared for home.'
My daughter and I planned the vacation and we both said 'we did good'. Our families want to come back next year and stay longer. Kristen's prompt responses to our questions during the planning of our vacation was much appreciated.

Kristen was so great to work with and fast at communication. We had 3 families stay in this house (ages 20 months-42 years) and it was perfect. The ease of access to community pool, beach and Rosemary could not be beat. We had a wonderful time!!

This house was very nice for our family. There is a private beach access across the street to the left and a public beach access across the street and to the right. The beach chair service guy is very very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The easiest way to book with him is through his website ahead of time. The view is pretty much blocked directly in front of the house now because of a large home that is being built, but there is still a nice view looking to the right where you have a beautiful ocean view. Parking for four large SUV/Trucks is awesome, not many places have that. It is basically in Rosemary, we walked there several times and it was only a 10 minute walk. There were just a few things I guess you would call complaints/ suggestions. There were very few bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths, we had to wash the ones we had several times because there were so few. There was also only one dish towel. We had to buy a couple at the grocery store. There are no bikes to use, most places come with bikes and or a golf cart to use. And the TVs need to be upgraded. They are old, bad pictures and not smart TVs so you can’t log on to your accounts you use from home like Netflix, Disney ect. Not that we watched a lot of TV, but when you have kids, it’s definitely nice to have. The upstairs area was really nice for the kids, 6 kids could sleep up there and they have there own bathroom. Just be cautious with little ones out on the 3rd floor balcony. Overall great stay!

Absolutely perfect location in Inlet Beach and a short walk to Rosemary Beach. With young children, being able to take an easy walk to the house for "emergencies" was priceless. The pictures in the posting are even more beautiful in person. We'll be going back!

We have stayed in the area multiple times over the last 10 years . We absolutely loved this location because it us close to beach, pool & shops at Rosemary.
The house is well stocked and with adequate space for a large group . We had 12 adults two littles . Air conditioning is nice and cold and decks are perfect. Definitely a house we would book again.

Excellent location. Beach access was so close. You can walk back and forth btw house/beach no problem. The house is beautiful. We had a party of 12, everyone had their own space and loved the house! Beds are comfortable. The sunsets are amazing from the 2nd/3rd floor balconies. We can’t wait to come back.

This house is everything it is advertised to be! The location is unbeatable - 5 min walk to all the shops and farmers market, and the beach access is 2 doors down across the street. Kristen and Rick were extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly suggest this place!

We loved our stay at Now I See! The location is amazing- just across the street to the beach. The main floor balcony is large and comfortable with a great view of the water. The house was well stocked with everything we would need. We are already palm king our trip back next year!

My family and I had an awesome time staying at the Merriam’s house. The location was great with easy access to the beach and walkable into Rosemary to visit the shops. We loved it so much, we have already booked another stay for next summer.

Great Location, Property and Hosts
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to private beach was very convenient, making it easy for a big group to spend time by ocean without having to pack up kids in cars etc. Spacious property with balconies where you can look over at the ocean or people watch while the crowds enter and exit the public beach. Hosts were very responsive and assisted us swiftly when the propane tank ran out. Would recommend this experience to friends & family.

Absolutely Filthy
We stayed at this location during spring break. What a shock at how unclean and unkept it was. The first thing was the shower did not drain, she did send someone to fix it. When discussing this with her we also discussed and sent photos of the soiled bedding on the bed covered in dog hair. She was adamant that there was no dog so why was there dog food on the laundry room floor that looked like it had not been swept in months. She offered to have someone come change the bedding but what about the rest of the house? The bathroom sink did not drain, the tv did not work, the rugs you would not want your dog on, little lone a child. The floor under the refrigerator was black and the water tray was full of mold.
The floors were filthy and had not been swept. There is a beach access but not beach towels and a note to not take their towels to the beach. No beach chairs. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, one kitchen rag and one kitchen towel. Nothing says we don't want you here like their hospitality! The outside fixtures are rusted out and the glass in the lights are broken out. When I called to discuss this with her she got all upset. I asked why she was so upset and she said she has never had an upset person before then went on to tell me she doesn't leave beach towels because when she charges people that take them they leave bad reviews? Which is it? I did ask her for a discount because it was absolutely not worth what we paid and she said too bad you stayed. The view, there is a house going up in front of this house blocking the beach and all you hear is hammering and sawing from sun up to sun down. I have photos to back everything I mentioned. Overall not a nice place to stay. Don't spend the money!!!

Dream location!
Beautiful and comfortable home that is literally in the best location of 30A. Steps away from the beach and a great location for riding bikes over to Rosemary and beyond. We had 12 people ages 1-72 in this house, and everyone found it perfect for our week away! Communication with owner was prompt and easy. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Wonderful location and house
We stayed at this property with 2 other families, and enjoyed our trip. The house is in a great location right across from the beach, and a short walk to the tennis courts and the lovely downtown of Rosemary beach. We only needed to use our car to go to the Publix grocery store. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants we tried. The location is close enough to the action, but on the quiet end so you could enjoy the beach without any crowds even though it was spring break. There were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the two decks are nice for enjoying the outside. The top deck is lovely for watching the sunset or getting some sun. We used the kitchen for cooking a few meals in, and it had everything we needed. The laundry room has an ice machine on the main level which was also nice. We also used the grill a few times. The owner was very responsive for the many questions I had. I would definitely stay here again, we all enjoyed our week and felt it was a very relaxing and fun trip.

Great property stunning view!
I’ll start with all of positives first because they are plentiful. The property gives you great views from both decks, we enjoyed our coffee and mimosas there every morning and watched the sunset every evening. The property is directly across the street from the beach and your walkway is to the right out your front door. The pictures do show the true beauty. The home is beautifully decorated and the owners did an excellent job stocking needed supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had a large party with our younger teens being quite tall. Everyone reported that their beds were comfy even the teens in the bunk room. There is plenty of space to all gather in one room or to spread out when needed. Your street connects to rosemary beach. You can walk or bike over to all of their shops and restaurants. One thing to note: your keypad entry is at the back door, so you have to walk around through the pine needles each time you’re returning home to key in. It’s not a big deal but would be more convenient if the keypad was at the front door. The loungers on the upper deck need new cushions. They were pretty busted up. We had some issues with the thermostat that was eventually replaced. The owners are extremely responsive to all needs but maintenance seemed to not understand that it wasn’t our programming that was off but the unit until they returned for the second time. Despite the problem, I would strongly recommend the home and will likely bring my group back again if we decide to return to the area.

Great location - perfect for multiple families
We really enjoyed the beach house. Amazing location to the beach, which was great with kids/toddlers! House was clean and nicely decorated. Only downside was the house didn't have beach towels and we had to buy our own (traveling from Colorado). Didn't ruin our trip though!

Clean, beautiful, everything just worked as it should. Location - simply cannot beat the convenience to the water! One small request during our stay was met immediately by the owner and handled lightning fast - wow!

Absolutely loved this house!
The accommodations were top notch! Kristen was so easy to work with! The view was amazing and the convenience to the beach, as well as all of downtown Rosemary, can’t be beat. Plenty of space throughout the house... the beds were so comfortable! Looking forward to repeating our stay next year!

Perfect Summer Getaway
This is our third year coming to Inlet Beach and our first stay at this property. It was by far our favorite house. The views are spectacular and we loved the two decks where reading napping and eating were enjoyed by all. The little girls loved having their own space upstairs in the bunk room along with a play/ lounge area. By far our favorite was the roomy open concept kitchen, dining and living room. We did lots of cooking and found the kitchen had all the cook and dish ware we needed. Kristen provided lots of helpful info to make our stay relaxing and worry free. Thank you for a lovely visit in your beautiful home!

We visited for Memorial Day week and loved the convenience to Rosemary while being a beat removed in Inlet Beach. The home and furnishings were beautiful, well stocked, and as described. Would def choose to stay here again!

Amazing Views, Fabulous Home
The pictures do not do the property justice. Steps from the beach, short walk to downtown Rosemary and you get to avoid the crowds. Kristen was amazing! She responded quickly and really helped us when we had small issues. We would 100% stay here again on our next trip to 30A.
