Room was of very good quality. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Very close to bars and restaurants.

Early check out at 10am. View from room was only of the street.

Great location away from the touristy area. Quiet but close to facilities and waterbuses.

The area of Castello is very nice, one of the prettiest in Venice. The location was perfect to explore the Biennale (giardini and arsenale). The apartment is clean and modernly furnished. The space is more than enough for two people but it still feels cozy.

1. It would be great if the key could be deposited somewhere, so that check-in was more flexible in case you can’t pinpoint your exact arrival time. 2. The apartment is very nice but it wasn‘t the one that was shown in the pictures on my booking (I know that there are several apartments). Some touch-ups here and there would make the apartment even more appealing. 3. More than one trashcan in the kitchen, so that recycling was a possibility or easier to do. And I would have appreciated a trashcan in the bathroom.

We stayed three nights. Great location to discover Venice. Vaporetto water taxi station „Public Gardens“ is only 3 walking minutes away. Most important lines stop here. Apartment is very nice, private, and clean. The few tourists in Venice these days were a nice extra bonus 😉

Very modern and nicely furnished. Excellent location only 20 min walk to st marks square. Some local restaurants and bars available as than 2 minutes away. The host Luca was great and responsive. He also helped me arrange a surprise with for my girlfriend with flowers which was greatly appreciated!

The bed is comfortable. Really nice decorated. Location of the apartment is also good, there were some really good restaurants close by.

We were two couples in this apartment, hence we made use of the sofa bed. The sofa bed makes noice when moving, which means whenever my partner turned, I woke up.

The apartment is in a beautiful location in Venice; it feels much more like a place for Venicians than for tourists. The apartment is beautiful; especially the room is spacious and nice. Excellent place for 2 people.

SOFA BED: The living room is pretty cramped, especially if sleeping in the sofa beds. The sofa beds only have support for the mattress for the uppper 66% of your body. Your legs will be on the mattress, but on the ground, as the support for legs was broken. WIFI: The internet was not working. The owner gave us access to another WiFi, which was reachable from some parts of the apartment, but not from everywhere. He promised the problem would be solved soon (as my girlfriend had to work the 2 entire days, doing video conferences); but it wasn't solved until we left. The owner also didn't keep us updated; he just answered whenever I asked him how the problem solving went. Eventually we left, en the problem was still no resolved. ROOF TERRACE: only the "bedroom with terrace" has a terrace. When I ordered there was only 1 apartment available, and by reading the reviews, I assumed there was a rooftop terrace. But this was not the case.
