Questa casa sulla spiaggia con 3 letti e 1 bagno è un posto meraviglioso per coppie e famiglie. Si trova a pochi passi dal lago Michigan con vista sulla spiaggia dal soggiorno e dal portico anteriore. Questa casa ha tutto il necessario per la tua vacanza al mare perfetta.

Excellent location for this very clean, very cute, well stocked, and comfortable cottage. I highly recommend it. The One minute walk to the lovely public beach Is fantastic for Sunset viewing and long walks to the lighthouse. It’s quiet and lovely and peaceful. Everything you could want.

We had so much fun staying at this tidy and clean cottage. On days it rained, we hung out and played all the games in the garage that were provided. The beds were comfy and the kitchen fully stocked. This was perfect for adults, but also had a cute dollhouse and train table for our little ones.

Perfect place for our family to relive memories with my mom and memorialize my dad. Loved sitting on the porch and seeing Lake Michigan and walking out to see the Badger coming in or going out.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience here. The cottage was perfect... every little detail taken care of. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds and all of the things in the garage/ play area. We were more than comfortable and the quick walk to the beach was the best part of all! I definitely will be back and would recommend this to friends and family.

We absolutely love staying at this cottage. The location is perfect, every amenity we need is provided for us, the beds are very comfortable and the host is wonderful. The view of Lake Michigan while sitting on the front porch can’t be beat!!!

This little house was perfect. Perfect location for Beach, Shopping and Meals. The list of things to do and places to eat that the property owner left was very helpful. Only one small bathroom, but it was the cutest little house. We will go back.

This cottage and the owner couldn’t be more perfect!! I fell in love with the home when I saw it. But after speaking with the owner I knew it was the perfect place for my little stay in Ludington!! Vanessa was a dream to communicate with. Extremely quick to respond and is the sweetest!! I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about her and her home!! I hope to get back in the future for a longer stay!

We have a getaway to Ludington with our family of 5 and this house was perfect. The location was excellent and the property was great. My three boys loved the bunk beds and “play room” area. They were obsessed with the garage too. Vanessa was so easy to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Vanessa has thought of everything from the ease of communication and check in to the cutely decorated cottage, the comfy beds, all of the fun games in the garage, and even an old fashioned malt machine! Ludington has been a family tradition for 50+ years, and this was hands-down our favorite rental. We will definitely be checking in next year!

Michigan Vacation
So glad we got this property last minute! It was a great location right across the street from Lake Michigan. So many things to do within walking distance. The house was very nice with plenty of things in the garage to use.

Family getaway
I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had!!!
Vanessa was absolutely amazing! She answered any questions we had immediately and was so polite and kind with any questions. The home was PERFECT! There is not one thing I would change. I wish we could have stayed a lot longer! It was extremely clean, very comfortable beds, perfect location to beach and town and it had every amenity needed to make our stay relaxing and perfect.
Beach toys and chairs, yard games, bikes, fire pit....the list goes on and on.
I can’t recommend this rental home and Vanessa enough! EXCELLENT!!!

Pure Michigan
This charming house was the perfect place for us to stay on our Michigan trip. The location is one block from a beautiful beach. You can walk to the Ludington lighthouse. We drove to Holland for Tulip Time and to another nearby lighthouse. The carferry is easily accessible if you want to go to Wisconsin. The state park is also nearby. Many great restaurants very close. Don't miss the House of Flavors for an ice cream treat. The beds are super comfy, the towels fluffy and the kitchen well-stocked. We had everything we needed. Everything is clean and charming. Thanks, Vanessa for a great time.

Off Season Recharge
From beginning to end, working with Vanessa (owner) was an absolute breeze! She was very responsive and always ready to lend her best recommendation for things to do/eat/see in the area. The unit was exactly as advertised which is always a relief! The house, bedding and bathroom were very well taken care of and without a doubt clean. This property would be perfect for 2 small families looking to connect for a beach trip!

Great Location!
This was a great stay for our Labor Day weekend getaway. It’s right across the street from Lake Michigan and walking distance from downtown. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The homeowner was so helpful and easy to contact if we had any questions through out the weekend. We will definitely be going back to this beautiful blue house!

Amazing Home
Our family had a blast staying here...we wish we could have stayed longer! The house is in the perfect location. It is steps away from the beach and lighthouse, and a short walk to town for shopping and ice cream. The house is bigger than is looks! Very clean inside! Vanessa is super responsive and sweet. We'll try to come back here next year for sure.

Upon arrival we fell in love with this property. It is in the perfect location, plenty of space, set up great for families and has everything you would need for a few days away. The property is clean, cozy and charming. We will definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later!

We had a wonderful stay on a chilly weekend in January. Photos accurately reflect the property. Very close to the beach and within a short walk to the downtown area of Ludington. We hope to go back in the summer!

Perfect Beach Cottage
We loved the location of this beautiful beach cottage! Just steps from the beautiful beach in Ludington! The house is welcoming and cozy! The garage was stocked with beach chairs, floaters, fire pit, grill and whatever we could want for summer fun! We had 2 families for a total of 7 people stay very comfortably in the 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage. We had a washing machine which was an unexpected bonus! Our favorite part was sitting in the front porch with our coffee in the morning and wine at night! At least 4 people stopped and said how beautiful the new color of the house and flowers were! We would stay again in a heartbeat! Can’t wait to visit again next year!
