The location was unbeatable, really walking distance to everything. There are multiple grocery stores, places to eat, and phone shops very close by. It's in a residential building, so it's pretty quiet at night. The WiFi worked great. Host was very responsive. It's a very tiny room but has all you need for a few days in Tel Aviv.

There are numerous stairs to negotiate in the building and in the flat. Thankfully, there is a lift but you will still be negotiating stairs. Just be aware of this if you have difficulty or heavy luggage. A small reading lamp on the wall by the bed would have been useful.

Room with an effort of design and good location

It was not very well maintained (door of the shower not working well) and clean (white walls with stains, corners not super clean). The worst part was the windows. There are never closed properly because they are very old. The one in the bathroom had 5 cms opened all the time. The building in front of the room 4 (our room) has a bar with very load music, we could hear from 12am to 4am and were not able to sleep, it was like the music was in our apartment. While we thought it was finished, at 7am the construction of the field next to it started digging the ground with constent machine noise. I don't recommend staying there. If the room is not ready for rent, don't rent it until you change the windows changes. It's not fair to rent something like that.

Service. They forgot to provide bed linen for the kid, and there is no reception, so first night I had to sleep on the couch without sheets. Shower is without door, so the whole bathroom becomes wet.

Average place with a hot water problem.There was just some lukewarm water,not even warm,we've called the landlord about it,he said it takes time for it to warm up,but it didn't,so we had to shower real quick 😶The shower area is also not clean enough,so..... ........The "lobby" of the place also desperately needs some fresh air,no windows nor ventilation in there....
