We enjoyed our stay at this property. The views from the decks were amazing. It was peaceful and quiet. The property is very well furnished. Probably one of the best places we have rented in northern GA. There is a very steep grade on the driveway, which is paved.

This was everything we were hoping for. The cabin is beautiful and spacious. There is nothing we wished for that wasn’t provided. There are hiking trails and parks nearby and downtown Blairsville is charming. We hated to leave. Our hosts were helpful in communicating.

My wife and I arrived at the cabin and immediately fell in love with it. It has a great view over the valley and of the opposite mountain range. There is a nice game room in the basement, a lovely hot tub, and all the amenities needed for a get-away. The host was great at communicating and the check-in process was quick and easy. We'd highly recommend staying at this cabin.

Breathtaking views. Very comfortable beds and seating arrangments. The house is fully loaded with everything you could possibly need or want to use and everyting worked. Just like Carol had informed me, there was a steep incline to get to the very last leg - short distance - before the house, but it was no problem with our sports vehichle.

There were 6 people in our group and we have been traveling together for about 10 years and this is by far one of the best cabins we have rented. This is a very beautiful and well maintained property. We will be returning soon.

Fantastic
My wife and I have stayed at a number of N. GA cabins over the years for weekend getaways and this one is by far the best. So many cabins feel like rental cabins, this one feels like a home. The kitchen is well-stocked with just about anything you'd need, there are decorative details everywhere, everything was perfectly clean when we arrived and spot-on what we expected from the description. The view is amazing, it's only a few minutes into Blairsville for dinner or Grandaddy Mimm's, or a few minutes the other direction to Vogel State Park or a hike up Blood Mountain. Beautiful place. Many thanks to Jim and Carol for opening their mountain home and a great weekend away.

Wonderful stay!
This cabin is beautiful & the views are amazing! The location is great. You feel like you’re away from it all, enjoying peace & nature, but close enough to town. Carol was an excellent host, easy to communicate with. The cabin is very well supplied & very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again. 🙂

Great Cabin!
My family and I so enjoyed staying here during our Christmas vacation. We really enjoyed the woodland motif Christmas decorations. We had a bit of inclement weather, so we had to stay inside for most of the time. Due to the cabin's coziness and comfortability, this turned out to be just as enjoyable as our usual more adventurous vacations. The kitchen was well stocked with all the various cookware we needed. The beds were very comfortable. I slept great the entire time. My heartfelt thanks to Jim and Carol for letting us enjoy their wonderful cabin!

Awesome stay
Everything about this rental was amazing. It was huge, well equipped, modern appliances but still felt like you were "off the grid". The views from the rental were breath taking and did not disappoint. Hot tub was great. Close enough to town that its not inconvenient, only 30ish minutes to the casino. Great trip.

We were so happy at how beautiful the cabin was and the views were outstanding. We enjoyed our vacation very much. The beds were outstanding. My husband and I talked about needing a mattress like that, it was so comfortable. Everything about our stay here was amazing.

We enjoyed the beautiful sunset every evening from the back porch, and the cabin was incredibly comfortable. The access to grocery stores, hiking trails, and fun activities is very convenient.

Mountain Oasis
We enjoyed everything about the cabin. The bed was comfortable, the hot tub was great, and the view was beautiful. We had everything that we needed there at the cabin. The location was good for us as it was centrally located between Blue Ridge and Hiawassee. We were shopping hear and there and everywhere.

Long weekend getaway
My wife and I stayed at Moonlit Vista for a long Valentine's weekend getaway. The vistas were foggy and the weather cool but the cabin was wonderful. We wanted a weekend to unwind and get away and this was it. Moonlit Vista felt more home-like than most any other cabin rental we've had. Other cabins can feel spartan and plain. This was decorated, cozy, and well appointed. Owner communication and insight into possible weather conditions was excellent. Directions were spot on and access was easy. The cabin is situated nicely near Blairsville and several outdoor options. We look forward to a repeat visit and seeing that sunset next time.
