Modern style. The quadruple is a comfy family room. The included breakfast is at the café nearby where staff is very nice

Location, cleanliness and room size

Even though it’s called B&B the breakfast is taken on a bar next door to the location and it’s not very comfortable. They announce that the parking is at the same building but what they don’t say is that the entrance is at 150 m away, making it very difficult for people who is heavy packed as me.

Location close to the station and town. The apartment is spacious and clean and comfortable and well fitted. The host is responsive and helpful. Excellent train services to many places.

Due to our inability to speak Italian we were unsure how much we could ask for at breakfast. Some information about breakfast choices would be helpful.

communication was good and easy

it was just fine. when it says “luxury” I guess I had something different in kind. the water pressure in the shower was not good

I did not like the breakfast. Too few for the price.

The location was fine with a nice view of the piazza. Breakfast was good.

Check in was poor. We were tired when we arrived and just wanted to lie down. We arrived at 4:00 pm and were told that there was no one at reception and to return in an hour. I had email communication with the person checking us in but we still ended up waiting 15 minutes to check in. The website is a little misleading as we thought we had booked a room at a hotel--these rooms were located on the 7th floor of the building and it did not indicate anything specific about check in. Once we got in, everything else was satisfactory.
