the oceanfront balcony view was best feature location was good bedding was clean and fresh towels were clean and fresh although some updates had been done condo needed more

*one of the bathroom shower faucet was corroded worn out needing replacement *bedroom carpet was dirty and stained *some light bulbs were blown in bathrooms *refrigerator/freezer needs to be checked for proper operation *table surfaces were sticky upon arrival *some sliding door screens and locks were missing and front balcony door was very difficult to open/close

We LOVED our visit here! This was the perfect location with easy walking distance to the beach. Our view of the beach also afforded us the unexpected pleasure of pine trees and a few deer grazing in the dunes. It was very peaceful. Our family of five had plenty of room and we had all needed essentials provided for us. The beach here was never crowded and we rented chairs from the beach patrol. We took the trolley to Harbor Town, which was much easier than finding parking. We highly recommend staying in Sea Pines!

Great location and very nice swimming pool. The condo was very spacious.

The furnishings in our condo were very dated. The sofa and loveseat were extremely uncomfortable. The balcony was pretty much useless. With six of us there was one plastic chair and another chair to sit on. One chairs seat was out. A large glass top table was pushed to the side with no chairs. Basically the balcony was functionless unless you stood. Two screens were off the sliding glass doors. The glass door from the living space was extremely hard to open. We realize the condos are older, but this one was not very comfortable.

LR patio screen was not on the door, just leaning against it on the inside of LR. multi pulls in continuous filament carpeting. rotted out seats on patio chairs. woodwork throughout needs work. flat surface ok, router design on vertical panels need cleaning. MBR BED skirt ruffle was unstitched … just almost unattached.

The kitchen needs an upgrade.Dishwasher broken (we did get discount because of this) coffee maker rusty and only worked on or off,no timer,clock.Toaster erratic and only worked on one side.Fridge needs filter replacing.
