La nuova cucina è il top della linea con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. We enjoyed our stay and found everything as listed.
We had only one issue with toaster, and were amazed at how quickly it was replaced.

The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. The location was great!! So close to the beach and within walking distance of a number of restaurants. Door locks and check-in need to be updated to keypads!! It took 3 days for a maintenance man to come unstop the shower drain. The lighting in the condo is horrible. Very dark and gloomy at night making it difficult to read or do much of anything. This needs to be corrected. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to go back.

We love Madeira Beach. This unit has a great location however the unit only is outfitted like a hotel room. Beach towels are not provided. The kitchen is left totally bare aside from dishes-no paper products, aluminum foil, seasoning, any dishes to store cooked food in etc…This is all fine if you consider it like a hotel room vs. a condo.

This unit needs to be scrubbed good top to bottom! There is very little water pressure in the shower in the master bathroom. The tub/shower in the guest bathroom is very slick needs a mat in the tub. Had to wash bath towels and wash cloths everyday as there are only 6 in the unit. This unit has not been recently remodeled as is advertised. Otherwise a good place to stay. Madeira Beach is beautiful and relaxing we enjoyed our stay.

The unit wasn’t clean. Dust was on everything, baseboards were nasty. It looked the unit hasn’t been cleaned really good in a long time. It needs a deep clean.

This unit had all the comforts of home with a gorgeous ocean front view!! It had everything needed for a very comfortable week!! The only thing that would’ve made it better was if it were pet friendly and our puppy could’ve enjoyed the week too! Would definitely rent again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and beach. The condo was convenient and met most of our needs. However the unit def needs some work by the owners. The wifi was not functioning well or at all the entire 10 days. The sheets were industrial and the kitchen lacked basic supplies typically supplied in other condos. The Beach chairs etc were broken or unusable also. Despite these small inconveniences we enjoyed our vacation.

We had a great vacation and our condo was beautiful. The cleaning crew was friendly and our place was immaculate. There was a lot of construction in the building so that was a bit loud at times, but would definitely stay here again. Did not want to leave.

I was very impressed with the lay out and how close the building is o the water. Very happy with the stay compaired to what some of the others had down the street 3 miles North had for the same price. Only complaint really would be the sea walls along the beach, where the other beach is just open.

A nicely decorated condo. We love the kitchen, such a nice gathering spot for the whole family. The beds and bathrooms are spacious. The railing bars on the balcony are too far apart for small children.

Wonderful unit with nice updated kitchen. The Trillium was a nice complex. Its small size meant the beach and pool area were not overly crowded. I would definitely stay there again. The only negative was that the railings are far apart. I have a toddler and had to bring deck netting to make it safe. I questioned it and Resort Rentals informed me that it was up to code but I wonder if the unit was grandfathered or something. My large almost three year old was able to easily shimmy through the fence between the beach and pool which is the same railing used on the balcony. Other than that, I absolutely loved it and would definitely return but not without my deck netting!

It wsas a wonderful vacation. The condo was beautiful and lived up to it description. It was clean and the property was well maintained. The other renters and owners were friendly. We ate at Dockside Dave's, Sloppy Joes and Caddys. Wish there were more restaurants on the beach in this area. We used Island Hopper to get around. Very efficient and inexpensive. Did not need to rent a car. It is always thrilling when there we spotted dolphins swimming in the Gulf.

Stayed in Trillium 1A fist week of May. The condo was just as described and pictured on web site. Great location on the beach and located in a great area with a lot of restaurants and activities, many within walking distance. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.

Two weeks in paradise at this condo on Madeira Beach. The condo was clean, extremely well equipped, and located right on the beach. Beautiful views right outside your balcony. Even saw dolphins in the waves one day. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Property is walkable distance to John's Pass for dining, shopping. Also, walkable to bike rentals. Excellently maintained pool area. Quiet--we never heard any other occupants.

The Trillium #1A is a very nice unit, fully equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. Awesome view right on the beach, smaller pool but was seldom busy. Love the fact it is a smaller Condo Building. My only complaint with the unit was we did have an issue with some pesky ants but certainly would not affect our desire to return.
