You really cannot beat the proximity to the ocean. The sunset views are amazing and it was a peaceful atmosphere. It’s not a far drive to great restaurants and other beaches. Overall, it was a great experience.

This place is great! Everyone mentions the "private" beach and it is so true. The small store, bakery, and shave ice across the street so convenient. The condo was what we expected. The kitchen fully stocked. Actually way more kitchen stuff than most places. View from the balcony just as pictured.

Absolutely stunning views and the perfect location for our first trip to Maui! Condo had everything we needed and it was especially nice to have 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer in the unit! Really enjoyed the farmers market, Hawaiian shave ice and ABC store across the street! Thank you for a lovely stay in paradise! :)

The unit is clean . The towels and linens clean . Supplies complete . View is amazing . ABC store , farmers market and shave ice is just across the street . The beach is not clear waters . Love watching the canoers in the morning . Overall ok . Only feedback is we saw a used boxer and T-shirt inserted one of the beach chairs. The public laundry is very dirty . Otherwise , we will recommend this place . Mahalo .

Our family really enjoyed this property with a wonderful view of the water and easy access to the beach. It was very comfortable and well equipped. It wasn't as updated as some other units we have stayed in. Tile grout and bathrooms could use some deep cleaning.

Wonderful views from the lani. Rooms were very comfortable. Well stocked condo. ABC store right across the street and a fabulous bakery and ice cream. Easy access to many locations.

We loved this location it was so beautiful! I loved waking up every morning to the ocean view. My kids were in the ocean every morning by 7. The condo was very nice and clean, we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

It was our first stay, and we are planning to come again. The condo was clean and prepared for us. The location in relation to all of Maui, Kihei Beach Resort is no ka oi; I don't think there is a better location on the island. The resort is simple but plenty good. It has great access to the highway, stores, and best of all, Sugar Beach Bakery and Ululani's Shave Ice. Mahalo nui!

Great place for family right on the beach.

Excellent location to everything on the island. Very convenient to be acrossed from the Sugar Beach bakery and Shaved Ice and an ABC store. Beach was wonderful with just amount of people, not crowded and water was warm. Condo was great. Very clean, provided beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. Stocked with plenty of dishes Will stay here again. The Sunset Views we’re amazing. One night there were even fireworks out in the ocean launched from a boat.

Everything for our family stay was great. We split our time on Maui between this and another south Kihei location. Only complaint is wish they had snorkeling equipment like other complex.

Our stay in Maui and at Kihei Beach was fabulous. Nice location and away from crowds with “private” beach. Condo was clean and well equipped. Loved access to boogie boards, beach towels and coolers! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Property was right on a private beach- not crowded. The unit owner had coolers, bamboo mats, and beach chairs- a nice touch. The patio had a lovely view and breeze which we enjoyed. Kitchen was well-stocked. The property management office was closed indefinitely, so the concierge and booking assistance for local attractions advertised on their website was not available. Some challenges with AC, but those were resolved professionally. A relaxing getaway.

В первый момент сам комплекс произвёл впечатление легкого налёта старости и мы уже было запереживали за наше жильё. Но когда попали внутрь, все оказалось очень даже не плохо. Хорошая Кухня со всем необходимым, холодильник с айсмейкером. Посуды очень много и хорошей посуды. Гостиной почти не пользовались, сидели почти всегда на балконе. Две спальни. Queen bedroom с огромной кроватью, где можно спать и втроём. Кровать очень удобная. И детская спальня с 2-мя кроватями. Белье чистейшее. 2 санузла. Несколько разбрызгивалась вода с ванной при queen bedroom. Стеклянная шторка не достаточна.. в апартаментах есть стиральная и сушильная машина.. не очень поняли зачем нам был далее код от прачечной. Мы пользовались стиральной машиной внутри. Была проблема со сливом воды на кухне. Но один звонок менеджеру решил все проблемы.. все мгновенно прочистили.. Никаких плохих домашних насекомых нами не было обнаружено, что замечательно! Очень пачкались полы.. было бы классно, если бы раз в 2-3 дня, проводилась уборка или была бы возможность ее заказать. Напротив здания с апартаментами, через дорогу, магазин ABC, фермерский рынок и Sugar cafe, где можно купить кофе и булочки. До больших магазинов придётся ехать. Пляж хороший, малолюдный. Бассейн чистый и хорош для детей. Шезлонги всегда были в наличии. Парковка обеспечена. Есть маленькая зона барбекю, но мы ей так ни разу не пользовались. В общем мы очень довольны нашим проживанием в Kihei Beach Resort.

Everything in the house was good except for the beds were very uncomfortable and very squeaky. My husband rolling over in bed caused the bed to squeak enough to wake us up. We ended up buying a mattress topper after the first couple of nights to make the bed a little more comfortable. Other than the bed the place was great!

The location is nice and quite (south kihei is louder/more congestion) and you absolutely cannot beat the views! The unit was very clean and appreciated the in unit washer/dryer. Due to COVID, the main office was working limited hours, but they were able to work with me and my work schedule to get the required paperwork signed and parking pass. 5/5 great place all around!

We enjoyed the property until a huge rain storm hit, wish caused a lot of damage to this property and others in the vicinity. We ended up coming home three days early. The host immediately refunded us the three days of rental fees. I wish everyone at this location and in the vicinity a quick and speedy recovery. It could have been much worse. We would stay at this location again, but I will be curious to see how much of a beach is left after this storm.
