Cute cottage, lovely bush surrounds, great location close to smiths lake and amazing beaches nearby.

No linen was included and while they could provide,this cost additional $80. While this information was on pacific palms confirmation (they also needed a card for $500 bond before confirming) I missed it on the booking.com write up when booking and this may have changed my decision. Also not a huge fan of the decorative crosses in the rooms. They weren’t over the top, but not a personal choice for decoration

The outside of the shack was welcoming and quaint. Great location.

There were so many things that were not to our liking. The shack looks well appointed on the surface but is very ill equipped and not conducive to comfort, ie: 15 minutes of hot water, small heaters that are not ample to heat the space, poor quality mattress and a hard futon for a lounge, extortionate deposit, bringing our own linen, so many rules and regulations that it is hard to relax and enjoy yourself, provision of license and credit card and ongoing texts and requirements pre booking. Such an ordeal and frankly a tiring process. I would highly NOT recommend this property.

Didn't have a washing machine

it was beautiful. the location was great, and the bed at the back of the house was so comfy.

no wifi was a real killer!! we needed to look up maps and research places to go to and couldn't as we were both on Vodaphone. the bathroom was drenched after any shower and ideally, id love a concrete plinth where the bins are to park my car/bike on.

the lounge and beds were a little uncomfortable being too soft but that’s personal preference. otherwise we really enjoyed our stay in a cute shack :)

Good location, very cute with nice design elements.

having to provide my own sheets & towels plus every piece of furniture was uncomfortable! the couches, the dining seats - it looks great but it’s hard to get cozy. Only having one small mirror in the bathroom is not great if you have more than one person. I also found the information required by the property manager (including photo ID) and a $500 deposit intrusive and excessive. I won’t book any properties with this property manager again.
