Fishing was okay, windy but still had a good time. I was very disappointed the police department. We docked downtown and was harassed by the local police department about parking and boat loading.

The overall experience was great! We had never been to the area and didn’t know what to expect. Golf cart rental onsite was nice. Everyone in the office was pleasant and helpful when I called to ask questions. Price was great. Property itself was spacious, not as clean as I’d like it and it is need of some TLC.

There was a lot of paperwork and rules but if you are ok with that then the place is nice. Pool was close and house was what you would expect for a place with a lot of use. There was a decent supply of cookware in the kitchen. Location is a bit far from downtown and needs a ride or bike.

Rented a large cabin for a birthday weekend. The home was clean and had all the amenities we loved. We visited the pool and the area was clean and water was perfect!! We were there mid September and had fabulous weather. The grounds are quiet and everyone there is friendly.

Pictures of house were very deceiving. Our linens were provided, but in a bag when we arrived. We had to make all the beds ourselves. One of the pillowcases had dirt in it. Holes in doors from doorstops. Floors were dirty. Toilet in one of the bathrooms was very unstable. Felt like it would fall over when sat on. Could feel holes in master bedroom floor (covered by carpet)Door knobs on most doors were about to fall off. Contract says no loud noise after 10 pm. Neighbors up all night singing karaoke and playing loud music. Only positive was the kitchen was equipped with dishes/cups/pots and pans. (Had to bring our own kitchen towels and rags) Would not recommend staying here (unit 110)

Very loud antisocial neighbors. Drunk and rowdy people at the pool. House was fairly clean but there were several items damages when we got there. Manager was responsive. Pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen so well equipped. Washer, drier, and dishwasher were not listed. We always enjoy visiting Put-In-Bay.

I booked the cabin for my friends Bachelorette Party and could not have been happier with our stay. Dottie, the manager on site, is amazing and helpful. We arrived about 2 hours prior to the check in time and decided to use the pool while we waited to get into our cabin. We ran into Dottie and she was very warm and accommodating. She let us in early and made sure we were happy with the cabin. There was a box spring broken on one bed and she had it fixed immediately. She gave us cards for the taxis and made sure we were happy. The taxis are continuously circiling and arrive very quickly when called. I recommend Tony! Super nice guy! The pool was clean and we enjoyed our first afternoon there. The cabin was clean and had plenty of space for the 11 ladies staying. They also supplied several appliances in the kitchen to help with meals! I definitely recommend this company to others and would stay there again on future visits to the island!

We really enjoyed the Island Club home we rented. It had plenty of comfortable space for our family. We had a multi-generational group (age 2-60) so we had different needs for different people and it worked out great. The back bedrooms were far enough away from the fray for the kids to go to bed early and still allow the adults to stay up and talk. The kitchen was spacious (big fridge and two tables) so we could all cook and eat at the same time. We rented a golf cart and went everywhere in it -- everything was in close proximity. We had a great time and felt the rental was a great value. The caretakers were easily accessible when needed too. Thanks.

We rented this place many years ago ( prob 15 yrs), and looked forward to staying there again this year. What a disappointment! It was absolutely filthy! Dishwasher was broken. There were plenty of dishes, but no serving dishes to put any food in. The pics displayed online are from many years ago. It really doesn't look like it does in pics. Staff was very friendly, & accomadating as much as they could. We did receive money back for cleaning it ourselves. Nasty!

we had no iternet service during our stay, we were told that we could get it at he pool, but wouldnt come in their either. Missed out on business do to not having it. Their was no electric in the main bathroom outlets, and the master berdroom. dressers were broke, kitchen chair was broke, ect.

We've been visiting PIB for 15 years or so and always have a great time. The accommodations are exactly what we need for our group and Dottie always takes great care of us. Plus, we enjoy meeting our neighbors every year. This unit had a few blemishes but were easily overlooked and didn't affect us at all. However the AC froze up during our stay even though we set it around 68-70 degrees. Dottie and her staff did a great job in handling the issue for us though so we will no doubt be back again next year!

This was our second year staying at the Island Club and we were very happy! The layout of the house and the bedrooms were perfect to accommodate a large group. The pool was clean, the shuttle services were reliable and incredibly fun, and the staff was accommodating. We have nothing but good things to say about our stay and would highly recommend to others. I recently rented this house to host my friend's bachelorette party. It was an awesome experience! The house was a bit more spacious than I thought it would be -- we had 12 people, the max capacity, but a few of us still had full beds to ourselves. That was a pleasant surprise. And the common areas were very spacious as well!The one drawback was that we wished it was a little closer to town, but the taxi services were very speedy and affordable. Most of them were like little party busses when we took them into town for the evening! We also rented a couple golf carts during the day and had a blast driving those around. Although we weren't that close to town, it was nice seeing all the other groups around the little Island Club village. It almost felt like grown-up summer camp!Great experience overall, I would recommend it to anybody!

Our experience was a great one. Just about everything in the house worked (2-3 various light bulbs out, had to make an easy fix to the grill lid). The A/C chilled the house down real quick (wasn't a blazing hot weekend but nonetheless it worked great), all the beds were very comfy, showers got the job done, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (including grilling stuff!), all outlets worked (there were surprisingly a lot which is great to charge your phone since it does so quickly on the island), the back patio was clutch for relaxing outside, the TV had cable which would have been ultra-clutch had team USA beat Belgium and played on the 4th, and in general there was plenty of tables/chairs for people to sit and enjoy a summer drink. The only issue was the dishwasher not working (leaked water). We fortunately religiously used paper/plastic all weekend so sink duty on Sunday wasn't an issue. To round out the experience, the neighborhood pool was great, the Island Club Taxi service was incredibly efficient and friendly (Thank you Tony and Coconut Pomps), and all our neighbors were super nice and friendly. Overall the house was a major success! I highly highly recommend this to anyone considering pulling the trigger.
