Toller Anlage, groß und weitläufig. Pool ruhig gelegen, Lage zum Strand gut. Besitzerin jederzeit erreichbar und reagiert schnell.

Der Eingangsbereich wirkt eher wie ein Museum und weniger einladend für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer, obwohl ästhetisch ansprechend, bieten nicht die nötige Funktionalität und Gemütlichkeit, die man sich bei einem Urlaub wünscht. Es fehlen praktische Elemente wie Haken im Bad und komfortable Sitzmöglichkeiten, wie gepolsterte Stühle auf dem Balkon oder Stühle mit Lehnen in der Küche. Die Unterkunft vermisst eine persönliche Note wie man es sich in einer kleinen Unterkunft erwartet.

Wonderful hotel with great and spacious rooms. We really liked and enjoyed our 4-day stay at L'Aiglon. It is very quiet and far away from everything else, which we loved.

Tranquil location in close proximity to a lovely beach. Set in a gorgeous bit of Corsica, the property has been decorated with a real eye for design. Great pool facilities add to the plentiful swimming opportunities nearby. Great detail on places to visit shared by host nearby.

Light on kitchen equipment if planning to do any serious cooking. Good enough for salads and simple dishes. Welcome message was high on warnings to be careful with the interiors so took some time to feel at ease and not on guard. WiFi was unreliable - great if planning a ‘switch off’ location, but might be hard if needing to get more done.

Most awesome place ever!

The property was a small hotel until a couple of years ago when it was converted into modern, stylish apartments. Five in the main house and four in an annexe. We stayed in one of the larger balcony apartments. Apartment was spacious and tastefully furnished. Very comfortable bed. Quietest air conditioning ever. Big walk in shower. Open plan living area with kitchen including oven, hob, microwave large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Lovely infinity pool in the grounds with quality wooden sun loungers. Wonderful semi rural, quiet location with a pebble beach and two restaurants 10 min walk away. The lively harbour town of Porto with plenty of restaurants and two well stocked supermarkets is 10 min drive. The Calanches of Piana and Scandola National Park are on the doorstep, along with plenty of good hiking options. Livia, the host is a very nice person and responds to all queries and requests promptly. She clearly wants to ensure you are satisfied with your stay. She very kindly even organised an electric cable to charge the electric car we were unfortunately given by Hertz. (DO NOT hire a car from Hertz on Corsica. Don't tell you when booking they only supply electric cars and there are very few charge points on the island and it takes an age). We really enjoyed our week here and have no hesitation in recommending.

Not much not to like. Minor criticisms. WiFi was a little on the slow side. Only French TV. Kitchen could do with a few extra items (which I have suggested to Livia). Would have been good if pool towels were also supplied.

The apartment was quite spacious with a well equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a good bed, good air conditioning, with a nice minimalist decoration. Nice pool as well.
