Questo cottage è stato completamente rinnovato nel 2006 e comprende una cucina moderna e così importante per una casa estiva sulla spiaggia aria condizionata centralizzata. La cucina ha tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, un tavolo di dimensioni familiari (92 pollici) che può ospitare comodamente tutti, Il soggiorno ha un nuovo schermo piatto, con internet via cavo e wireless in tutta la casa. Goditi rilassanti pomeriggi sul ponte sul cortile esterno e tranquille serate estive sul davanti proiettate sotto il portico. 3 camere da letto hanno letti matrimoniali e una camera da letto con 2 letti singoli. Le lenzuola (lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno e da spiaggia) sono incluse dal Memorial Day fino alla Settimana del Lavoro. (Si prega di notare che lenzuola, asciugamani e teli da mare non vengono forniti dopo la settimana del Labor Day fino al fine settimana prima del Memorial Day).

It always feels like coming home when we arrive at the beach cottage!

The cottage accommodated all of us beautifully and provided wonderful spaces for family time: screened porch for relaxing and play, back deck with picnic table and other seating, living room for puzzles and Magnatiles, and dining table for drawing and chatting. We enjoyed the lovely lawn and garden, too. A perfect beach vacation spot!

Had a lovely stay with my 84 year old mom. The location was perfect so she didn’t need to walk far to enjoy the beach, restaurants, and shops. The cottage is a gem.

Our group stayed for a week and BB was the perfect backdrop for our first time blending our families. The older kids enjoyed proximity to shopping and restaurants and the younger ones loved the ease of walking to the beach. While we had 7 of us, it was a tight squeeze to spend time together in the living room. The owners did a great job enhancing and updating the property but perhaps should consider sectional seating to accommodate more than 2 adults comfortably. We loved the screened in porch and the character of an older home as well.

This was the sixth time we stayed in this charming cottage. The place looks great with most rooms having received a fresh coat of paint. Also, there is a new refrigerator and a new barbecue grill on the back deck. There's no other place we'd rather stay in Bethany Beach.

Although the weather did not cooperate with our stay, we enjoyed this lovely cottage! My 5 year old granddaughter absolutely loved her upstairs "sea" bedroom and placed the sea animals that she had brought on all the dressers.
( Well stocked! Only thing I could not find was a hand mixer to whip some cream. We used the whisk!)

This was the perfect cottage for our family with teenagers to stay for a winter weekend getaway. The place was freshly painted and the decor was very modern and inviting. There is ample dresser space for longer stays. Very nice, comfortable furniture all over the house. Location is key for the cottage. It's a block from the beach and the around the corner from the downtown shops. We would love to come back and enjoy the cottage during the summertime. Keith, the owner, was very responsive and professional when we needed to be in touch. I would highly recommend the cottage.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and a quiet weekend. The house was lovely. As my wife said, the weekend was "Good for the Soul". Hopefully we can reserve next New Years!!!

This was our second stay at the property, which looks small in the pictures but is actually quite spacious and very comfortable. It’s very easy to leave the car and walk everywhere and the house has everything we needed. Our host was quick to answer the one minor question we had. We look forward to our next visit.

We absolutely love this cottage. It's close to the beach and town center. Perfect! It's our fifth time staying here, and we look forward to our next two visits in 2024. It's our favorite home away from home. Keith and Amy are excellent hosts, always responsive to our requests.

This exquisite cottage is the perfect combination of "Old Bethany" beach cottage with new updates and comfort. Beautiful yard - the most beautiful in Bethany in my view - and a lovely screened in front porch, and that's just the outside! Inside, four comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessities, and a good spot for TV-watching (or napping) on rainy days. Love this place and can't wait to come back.

This is the place to stay in Bethany Beach! So close to the beach, boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants…we walked everywhere! The cottage has all the needed amenities and was the perfect size for the 4 of us. We loved the comfortable decor and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the property! We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience to the beach, shops, and restaurants which simply helped with the relaxation for the weekend. The home is beautiful inside and out with lovely touches that clearly show the love and care for the property. We will keep checking for the booking calendar to be updated so we can stay again next year! We loved it!

This is the fourth time we have stayed in this charming and updated beach cottage. Everything was perfect. All the appliances are nearly new. The living room has new furniture and carpet. The Master Bedroom bed is very comfortable. Excellent cable TV service. Free parking.
