First of all for the price it smelled weird, furniture was dated, wifi was very slow and last but not least the matresses were very bad quality and we could feel the springs and they were sitting on very thin plies of wood. I suggest you update your pictures on ur webiste cause it was nothing like we saw.

The home was very clean and suited our family's needs! Very close to Disney and all necessities. It was our second stay at Windsor Hills and we highly recommend it!

House was clean and location was great. Needs some upgrades but overall was great time.

1st time staying in a billa loved it and loved the villa. Great area atva good price wanted to book again but villa booked for our dares next march so i would book early you will not be disappointed

The property is very convenient to all the major stores and really close to Disney...wasn't to bad traveling to Universal Studios either...communication was great and no hiccups when arriving and checking in...If your looking for simplicity and convenience this is your place to be...I would come back if I were to visit again

It is seldom that I encounter a rental with clean tile floor which are actually mopped.The lakeview is soooo relaxing.If rate stays reasonable and the floor still shiny, I'll be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean and in working order. Property owner/manager were timely with communication leading up to stay. No issues during stay. Nice pool and view in back of house. Appreciated the dishwasher tabs, paper towels, new rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, laundry tabs and trash liners. Plenty to get us through our weekend. Great location with easy access to Disney.

Everything was pretty clean except for rugs and carpets but that is kind of usual with places like this. Appreciated the door alarm for sliding door to pool. Strollers need replacing as they are pretty trashed. It is not new but it does the trick for the price paid. Pool was clean and there were some pool toys. Pretty good value for money. Communication was great with owner.

This was a great vacation thanks in part to the comfort and size of this property. The backyard pool was a hit! As well as the water park and pool. Will stay again.

Best view In Windsor Hills

This was a perfect place for our family to stay while enjoying some Disney fun! The home was a easy 15 min drive from driveway to parking lot of each Disney park we visited. Because we planned a rest day between each park day we really enjoyed the pool at the home and the community pool with water slides were just a short walk away. We noticed immediately after arriving that the air conditioner was not working properly. After attempting to call the property manager several times I texted the owner and he quickly called the property manager himself and sent me the number (I had been calling the wrong number). They sent someone out the next morning and within a day we had a new air conditioner installed and working. I understand that things such as this can happen at anytime but I was very pleased with how quickly they worked to resolve the problem! I would definitely rent this home again if we return and recommend it to others! Thank you!

This property is worn down. Paint on cabinet is flaking, carpets in bedrooms are worn out; one is off hinges; cracks in tile in living room; air return ducts are disgusting - especially over dining table; base boards are disgusting; mold on pool edge; A/C locked at 74; rug in living room is disgusting, my kids wouldn't even put their feet on it; sheets are scratchy; pillows are cheap and thin. UGH

Pros: Clean home conveniently located to attractions. Neighborhood had lots of amenities. Each room had attached bathroom. There were 2 pack-n-plays, 2 big strollers, a highchair, box fans, and many extra household items not typically provided. Cons: Paid extra to have pool heated and it was never even close to being warm. I understand cold outside temps will reflect pool temp but upon arrival, maintenance man indicated that the heater was not turned on. Was told heater would run from 8a-8p. Messages were sent to owner and eventually ignored completely when pool temp never improved. Refund for pool heat was ignored. Community is strict about trash pick up and check out instructions state to remove all trash however, sufficient trash bags are not provided. If you pay a cleaning fee and are required to remove trash before checking out, the least you could do is provide trash bags. Kitchen supplies were limited. No rags, pot holders, and only one dish towel. Bring you own dish soap. Will rent again but will skip the extra heater fee.

The property was great. Bigger than anticipated and the communication with the management was awesome. Had a minor issue with the pool pump, but management got the issue resolved in less than a day. Very spacious and the gated community with the water park was epic. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Perfect location for Disney and Universal.

Overall this is a good place to stay. It’s is definitely in need of some TLC, but all is cosmetic. Proximity to Disney, personal pool and the complexes amenities made it worth it to our family.

Very easy, owner very pleasant and accommodating.

The property would have been better if the owner had sent us the information to get in. We were all turned away at the security gate because they didn't have our names (I rented the property 5 weeks prior to our visit.) We had to pay to stay somehwhere else for the night until the owner provided check in information to the resort. Unacceptable breach of contract. The owners should NOT be renting their property if they can not fulfill their part of the rental agreement.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. We did have an issue with a carbon dioxide detector that beeped all night the first night because there was no after hours maintenance available. (but this was not the owner's fault). We also had to call the property manager after 2 days to have the pool heater turned on when it was supposed to be on when we arrived. But other than that, it was a nice house and the gated community was very clean and safe. We would definitely rent this place again if we ever make it back to Disney.

I was disappointed with the owner before I even arrived to the property. I had booked this rental nearly 8 months in advance. My family was planning on spending our first 3 nights in Florida at the ocean and our final 6 days at this property. Three days before my trip begins, I received a cancelation notice of of our ocean property due to hurricane Ian. After scrambling to find another rental, I reach out to this owner to make sure that there was no damage to this property. I wanted to ensure this one was ok, and if not, to allow me more time to find another location if there was damage. The owner failed to respond at all. Once arriving at the property we found that it was in need of a lot of maintenance and cleaning. Upon entering the kitchen there are several cabinets where the front are peeling off. Above the kitchen sink on the wall/ceiling there were splatters of food. There was also mold behind the faucet. The tile flooring going towards the garage had grout that was chipping away. We had to constantly pick it up so that we didn't step on the sharp pieces. All of the bedrooms were very out dated and beds were very uncomfortable. In the princess bedroom upstairs, the TV couldn't be hooked up. The pool area could have been very nice with a good cleaning. I own an inground pool at my own home, and know the proper cleaning of it. This one had black mold/algae on the underside of the pavers where the water easily hits it. It was especially bad in the hot tub part. I would not recommend this property. On our 2nd to last day at the home, we used the oven for the first time. It burned our garlic toast and we opened a window to let the smell out. Everyone was in the pool and my husband walked into the garage to get some pool towels. When he shut the garage door, the entire bottom half of the window fell out of the sash and broke. The metal brackets that old the window in also fell out of the opopening. I called the owner immediately who instantly got snippy with me about when had happened. Fortunately, maintenance was able to have it repaired the same day. Two days later, I received an extra charge of 200.00. The owner claims we didn't latch it properly. Not sure how the owner could tell from Michigan. Also not sure how the window sash would fall out from not latching it properly. The property is not safe and I wouldn't recommend it. The pros of the stay was the community pool and kids water slides area. My kids had a lot of fun there.

This home and resort was close to anything and everything you would want to do in and near Orlando. The home was clean and perfect for our stay for 9 people. Owners were nice to work with.

Our two families thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at this lovely property. Enough room for everyone to have their own space but we spent most of our time together out on the pool deck. The house is exactly as advertised on VRBO we have no complaints at all. The owner responded very quickly to a few enquiries before we arrived and the maintenance team were speedy to help with one thing we needed assistance with. So close to Disney we came home twice in the heat of the day and returned to the parks in the evening. Can't recommend this house enough, thanks for memories.

We had a great stay and all issues were resolved by the owner. The villa was as described. We have stayed in three villas on windsor Hills due to the location and this one was in the best situation yet.

Overall the property was okay at best. Property was VERY outdated (the pictures on the listing must have been taken several years ago- they were misleading), beds were HORRIBLE, and there’s a few minor cosmetic issues that need to be addressed, but are overlooked. The property’s best attribute was the washer and dryer. The kitchen is NOT fully stocked with enough pots, every knives were dull, and they had no decent sized bowls. Overflow parking isn’t far, but it was a pain to have to walk 3-4 mins to get to my car. The owner took a while to respond to all of my questions and the property manager never called me back after reporting something. The house is approximately 3.6 miles to Disney and traffic gets very congested near the Walmart, so make sure you leave early enough to avoid it.

It was a beautiful property and I would definitely stay again the owner was great
