This is our second summer at the Cozy Coach House and we loved it!

The Cozy Coach house was a delightful place for our family to stay. While having 5 large adults probably pushed the space limits a little, we all fit comfortably, and the hosts were great getting things set up for us ahead of time. We actually spent much of our daytime away from the coach house, but it was so easy to get to everywhere we had to go. It was an easy walk to the grocery store, Dunkin', even downtown Wheaton, the Saturday French Market, and Wheaton College. After some stressful times, returning to the beautiful yard and home was really relaxing....we even got to enjoy some "therapy dog" time with one of the hosts' Golden Retrievers. Such a bonus. The hosts were also very friendly and accommodating. We look forward to staying there again whenever we find ourselves returning to the neighborhood.

Highly recommend this cozy coach house. Liz was the perfect hostess, keeping in touch from the time we booked the property. The place is adorable and very welcoming. I couldn't stop admiring all of the well-thought-out details. Our place to stay when we come visit the area from here on! Thank you for your hospitality, Liz!

A wonderful place to stay, good communication with the owners. Place was very clean, loved the decorating, the coffee table and the stadium seats made me smile. Owners even set up the pullout couch for us. Plenty of room for my wife, daughter and I. We will be checking this listing every time we have something going on in Chicago area.

Visited Wheaton College with my daughter, and the place was great. Pro tip: I gave her the bedroom and the "real bed" so that she could be well-rested for her interview the next day, but the pullout couch in the living room was SUPER COMFY too, so I did not suffer for sleep either. :)

Cozy coach house was a wonderful stay. I was in a week long intensive at Wheaton College, and it was a warm, convenient, welcoming place to come home to at night. Very restful. I had a personal emergency come up midweek, and Liz was more than accommodating and understanding. Great stay, great hosts.

Property was very clean, decor was very inviting. Owners are very friendly. Slept very sound and was able to get a good nights sleep. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.

This cozy abode is optimal for a couple, but easily accommodates a baby and/or 1-2 children. It is an upstairs accommodation and looks out on a beautiful backyard with play structure.

Cozy cute place very close to Wheaton Campus. My 8 year old loved the playset and zipline in the back yard.

The home is well equipped, clean, and comfortable for 1-4 people. The hosts were very welcoming and gracious. We walked over to town and the college campus. Thank you for a great stay!

My husband and I love this cozy cottage setting. It has everything we need. You can walk to the French Market, restaurants and the Prairie Path. Kudos to the hosts.

This cottage has all we need and more! Love the proximity to old Wheaton, the market and restaurants. And the yard is quite child-friendly for our grandkids. Thanks Liz and Bill!

This is a great place walking distance to downtown Wheaton. Walking distance to the local walking and bike path. walking distance to the local grocery store. The hosts are amazing and generous and all around great people! We highly recommend this place! Thank you Liz and Bill!

This was not at all what we expected for our virtual conference with girl friends. We didn't realize the home was above a garage next to the owners home. Every time we looked the owner was there, practically watching every move we made. The home was extremely cluttered and dusty. Upon arrival, we immediately started to notice symptoms of allergic reactions, assuming from the dust. We had to leave almost instantly to get medication. As soon as we would leave the home, we immediately felt relief. The location was great and close to downtown. We enjoyed eating out at dinner and were happy to be together. Again, not at all what we had in mind but it got the job done for what we needed. Had to cut our stay short because of the allergies we experiencing and couldn'timagine staying another night. The owners were very nice and helpful but just didn't expect them there. I wouldn't stay again.

Our experience was just lovely. Liz had communication with our stay there from the very start to our leaving. It was a perfect time for me and the family and we spent a lot of time in the yard which was beautiful!

This property has so many lovely details. It was the perfect place for our family to stay as we visited Chicago. The art work adds such a special touch. The architecture has beautiful lines that make very cozy spaces. Everything we needed for the perfect stay was included. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful space and answering questions so promptly about the area. The Morton arboretum was fabulous.

Property was as advertised. Perfect for the lone business traveler in the western suburbs. Much better than a local hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. Thanks for hosting me Liz and Bill.

Great little apartment. Perfect for a visit to Wheaton.

The Coach House was comfortable, quiet and safe. It’s nice having the owners on the same property in case you run into any troubles. The home was pretty clean. Our only complaint with that is the kitchen could’ve been more clean. The refrigerator had crumbs in it and the toaster and coffee maker had hand smears. I clean a guest house myself , so I know how important those things are.. Overall, though, a very nice stay and we would come again.

Liz was a very kind host and the guest house was decorated nicely, the place very clean, beautiful furniture pieces, lovely art in every room, key supplies, e.g., blankets, pillows, towels, glassware, snacks, etc. The fireplace was a wonderful feature! Lack of parking for three cars, so had to park two tightly and one down the street---would have liked to have known prior, rather than 90-minutes prior to check in when I was already driving. I had to move the car a third time to the south side of the street, facing east only. Non-urgent police don't process the parking request over the phone, so then needed to go on-line to set up. Form couldn't be competed without the exact address of where the car was sitting. I had to know go back again to the location to confirm the exact address. Parking issue the next day again, as my friend got a ticket in a public area the in town while shopping for no known reason. Parking rules is the town of Wheaton, and the hosts did not mandate. Would suggest this information be on the the website or sent in advance for guests. We would gladly stay here again as in a good central location. Liz and Bill have done a nice job with the adorable guesthouse and is quiet despite being on a popular street. Thank you!

Pleasant stay with all we needed while on the road. Cute small balcony and fireplace which we enjoyed.

My husband and I loved everything about our stay-the cheerful decorating, the hospitality of the hosts, the beautiful yard, the walkability of the Prairie Path and the town of Wheaton and the proximity to our family including grandkids. This coachhouse had everything we needed and some!
