It was great to have three bedrooms and lots of extra space right in downtown. The house was historic and a little sparse on amenities, but the description was accurate. Parking was a little tricky, but we used the car and were gone most of the day so it wasn't too much of an issue (there is only 2 hour parking on the street during the day, overnight parking available on the street if there is space.)

I loved the property! It was well keep everything was clean everything was working properly the only down side there is hardly anywhere to park if you have multiple cars you may consider parking down the street or on the adjacent streets to the house everything else was amazing.

Updated bathroom was great
Lots of space in home, very centrally located.
Very few utensils and one kitchen towel for entire stay. Plenty of bath towels.
Very clearly a home where cats lived longterm, the smell is very forward

No tv in primary and one other bedroom, 3rd bedroom had a tv.

We loved the property, the house was great, loved the wood floors. No cooking pans that we found. Parking was across the street or around the corner. We parked across the street and someone stole all 3 wiper blades from our vehicle. Not a big deal, they all needed replacing. The construction people down the block took most of the parking during the day. All that negative said, the house was wonderful.

The neighborhood seemed sketchy at first but wasn’t a big deal. Parking seemed like it was going to be annoying, only two-hour parking available between 8am and 6pm, but it wasn’t so bad. However, It was Christmas and they didn’t seem to be enforcing it. Super close to lots of fun stuff. House had character and worked well for our family of 6. Nice and warm.

This is the very first time that I rent a house and it was good everything was good but one bedroom didn’t have a door that was scary and cold because if we increase the hit was very hot for the other bedrooms and the bedroom that don’t have a door was a little cold an if you go without car it’s ok

Had a great time. Location was prefect. Clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed.
Clean, centrally located. Suggestions-Need to trim the tree out front as hard to get in with bending over to avoid tree. Could use out side light on timer at front door.

Roaches, homeless and unhelpful host
When we arrived there were dead roaches in the floor, insects in the bed, holes in the floor where more roaches came out of. Our second day, we woke up to a screaming homeless person, later that day the same homeless person made a tent in the yard of the house, when I reached out to the host, I was told to "feel free to call the police", the homeless person had weapons. Our safety was never a concern to the hosts. I do not recommend this listing to anyone

Run down house that feels like student housing
This place is located in an iffy neighborhood and features 2yard filled with 2 ft tall weeds, cracked and uneven walkway that incurs stumbles, front door with peeling paint. The first impression is fairly well carried throughout. The home is set for 6 persons with 3 bedrooms however the living room only features 1 couch ( stained) and one hard molded plastic chair making it uncomfortable and unworkable as a gathering spot. All the tables, side, cocktail and dining have numerous chips, stains, watermarks and chopped finishes. Frankly we couldn’t wait to leave. The keyless entry internal light is so dim that it’s completely unreadable at night making returning home and gaining entry extremely difficult, even when shining a locket flashlight in it. Tv remote control
Needs new batteries.

Looks can deceive
We rented this property for its size and location. Like all properties it has some good and bad features. To house 6 people ( we had 3 people ) it had one 3 seater couch in the lounge room, 2 knives, 4 mugs and not one desk in any room !

All I found dealing w a big rental company very disappointing. I thought I had a confirmed Stayz reservation email only to have to fill out forms, sign waivers and tick another companies boxes. I almost lost the reservation because I wasn't aware that booking on Stayz would involve another whole step w the rental company. When I had an issue accessing the property there was no one person to call but a call centre, so I stood in the cold and waited.
And while help came in am email, it was tense wondering whether it would.
They did act quickly when I told them the kettle was a danger to any user and I appreciated that.
I’d think twice before booking w Stayz again, which is a shame because I was a Host with them over 15 years ago and appreciate their longevity but I don't like this new Iteration of big short term rental companies dominating these platforms.
Nobody has lived in this place for years and it needs the care and thoughtfulness of an owner operator and a thorough clean.

The house is a historic house with a lot of character and upgrades. The house was well stocked and really convenient to downtown shops and dining.. and only 30 minutes from major skiing.. my family and I would definitely stay there again…

Girls weekend in SLC
The house is exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. The floors are considerably creaky and the lack of parking was mildly annoying. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of soft towels and linens provided. The house was well equipped so that we did not need to purchase basic needs like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We had a great weekend and would stay here again!

Turn of the century (not this one, the last one) home in a convenient location
Over all it was a pleasant stay. Close to everything. Nice big balcony with a view of the mountains. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood for the location. The biggest issue was that the floors creaked loudly (but it's an old house, so...). Knowing there was a tenant downstairs we hardly used the main floor for fear of disturbing them.

Fine property in SLC
Convenient location, clean beds and rooms. We only found street parking with a 2-hr restriction from 8am-6pm around the property, but that was less of an inconvenience than we thought. There were perishables left in the fridge and used soap bars in the bathroom, which I thought peculiar, but then again we don’t use VRBO type rentals often, so maybe it’s considered a courtesy? All in all, a fine place to stay at when visiting SLC.

Budget Friendly Getaway
We love the house and was simply comfortable to stay with. Very welcoming atmosphere and nice place to create beautiful memories with friends and family. A great spot as it is in a prime location. You can never go wrong with how the towels, essentials, bedding we're made ready for you. I would also commend the people behind the stay, The property management company who made everything so easy for us. We would highly recommend them and the property to friends. Thank you.

The property management was very helpful with the booking process, check-in and check-out. (Note they made sure we got everything and are all settled in okay upon arrival)

The unit works for our group and it is very spacious. The towels provided are comfortable. Supplies like tissue paper, shampoo etc. are there to get you started. More importantly, the assistance we got from the management team we're extremely appreciated. We would definitely recommend them!

Skiing vacation went owesome!
The listing was exactly as described, details, layout and amenities were accurate.
The unit was clean when we arrived, supplies are provided during our stay, a comfortable bedding, towels, pillows are all in great shape and you can tell it was meticulously cleaned.
The property manager did a great job in terms of communication, warm messages and consistent follow up to make sure we have all we need during our stay.
I would highly recommend this property to everyone who loves to spend wonderful times with their friends and loved ones
We enjoyed the place! Nothing compares as it is conveniently located to most places we've planned to go to and everything went smooth according to our plans. If you're looking for a hassle free vacation, this is definitely worth spending your time and the value for money is reasonable for this wonderful home that is so charming and welcoming.

This rental house was a nightmare. We had water coming down on us from the bedroom ceilings as well as the light fixtures. Suitcase and clothes got wet and stained We found ourselves on our own finding new accommodations. Management company was no help We will not use such sights in the future

A group of friends and I rented this house for a few days as we attended a conference in Salt Lake City. Perfect location as quiet neighborhood outside of downtown Salt Lake but close enough to ride in via free Tram or very short UBER rides. All in all a well maintained historic house.

AC is loud and shuts on / off frequently. Arrived to discover the dishwasher had backed up, resulting in it being unusable and a weird smell permeating.

Very convenient location and very clean, Great house! It is blocks away from a more vibrant area. Lots of space for a big group, It worked great for us. We ended up walking back and forth to the Salt Palace which is really fun!

We were in SLC for just a few nights, but this place was perfect for us. Great location, close to the sites we were there to see. Very spacious. The only issue I had is the parking on the street. If we got back late, there wasn't a close place to park, as other cars were parked there. We had to walk down the street a ways to get back to the place. I do wish there was a better designated parking spot for this place. But otherwise I enjoyed our stay.

Great home in the heart of SLC! The comments about the parking being limited to 2 hours on the street durning the day were helpful. We were out most of the day so it wasn't an issue for us: Plenty of room with comfortable beds and living area.
