La vacanza perfetta per il tuo weekend di sci! A soli 4 minuti dal Heavenly Village. Il nostro condominio Lakeland Village è la nuovissima ristrutturazione in Lakeland Village. Il condominio è stato completamente ridisegnato da cima a fondo. Tutto in casa è arredato con gusto, pulito e nuovo. La posizione è fantastica, a soli 100 metri dalla spiaggia, a 150 metri dalla piscina sul lago, a 2 miglia da Heavenly e 3 miglia dai casinò. Cammina verso i ristoranti locali con facilità.
Questa casa è perfetta per una gita sugli sci per due famiglie, con il Heavenly Mountain Resort a soli 2 km di distanza, rende lo sci con i bambini divertente e facile. Conserva la tua attrezzatura da sci nell'armadio privato chiuso all'ingresso.

The location was amazing. Close to so many restaurants and fun things to do on the south shore, as well as the beach access make it hard to beat! Having no air conditioning at the end of July was tough though. Coming back to the condo after a fun day of playing in the sun to 84 degrees at 8 pm was not ideal! Also both toilets would flush maybe 50% of the time. Super finnicky. One bathroom sink would take forever to drain and the master bath had trouble draining too. The place is old, but the location is hard to beat.

RNR Vacation Rental was extremely helpful and accessible. RNR made the entire process easy. This is a clean unit in a great location near the beach and close to everything. Unfortunately, no air conditioning was a major drawback in the heat of the summer. The main living area was not livable during the day. Unit needs updating.

Location was 2 minute drive to heavenly ski resort or a 20 minute walk. House was great and clean no complaints there. Also had two hot tubs and beach access. Definitely stay here again.

We were happy with our accommodations! The view is not the greatest, but it's expected with the condo style set up of buildings. Everything was well equipped for cooking, etc. Sleeping accommodations were good. Nice location walking distance to the beach/fishing dock and pool, hottub hottub were very nice! Easy driving distance to Heavenly ski resort and downtown shops/restaurants.

Very comfortable condo with the perfect location for access to everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. The carpet showed some age in places but didn't affect the quality of our stay. I'd definitely recommend this or stay again.

Location is perfect. Seconds to the beach and hot tub. Walking distance to shops, stores and restaurants. The condo was very comfortable for 4 adults. The only complaint is that there is no way to heat downstairs without the upstairs getting uncomfortably hot. But I still give it 5 stars and will definitely stay again!

Two couples enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a good size for us. We liked that it was close to restaurants, shops and activities. All the sidewalks were cleared of snow and we parked very close to the condo. It was super quiet--never heard any noise. While visiting, we rode the Heavenly Gondola, took a boat tour on the Bleu Wave, tried beginner snowmobiling, ate at the Riva Grill, Artemis, the Loft, saw the Magic After Dark Show. A perfect 5 days.

Stayed for a long weekend here - fit 5 of us comfortably! The nicest thing was a shuttle that took us to Heavenly as we were skiing. Super convenient. Loved the hot tub and all amenities in the house.

My family of 4, my husband, I and 2 young adult sons spent a very good stay in this apartment, 1 minute walk from Tahoe beach. The unit was nice and the kitchen well equipped. The only weak point is that the description on VRBO overestimates a bit the unit : the remodeling of the unit must not be so recent as described as well as the common areas of the village which need a remodeling (in process in several places) Moreover the large angle of the pictures let think about a larger space especially in the main room. We were confortable with 4 people but 8 would be clearly an issue. Not enough seats around the table and on the sofa.

We have rented this unit twice with different family members. It is in very good condition. The property management team is great--easy check-in and check out.

The booking process was easy as well as check in. We rented this condo for our sons wedding, he and his bride stayed at the condo with us as well as a couple other family members. On the day of the wedding all of the girls in the bridal party used the loft as their dressing area. It worked very well for our needs. The day after the wedding we relaxed by the heated pool and had family over for a pizza party. The location was excellent, walking distance to anything we needed. The only negative was this is a tri-level condo and both bathrooms were located on the walk in level. Though this was not convenient we all survived it.

The private beach and pools were amenities we used each day. Beautiful sunsets from the beach. The accommodations were clean and practice for 4 adults and 2 children. The bedrooms and bathrooms were on the main floor where you come in, making for excellent sleeping on comfortable beds. The living space was upstairs. The children slept in bunk beds in the loft which they loved. The dishwasher malfunctioned while we were there. The response was excellent. A handyman was there within 30 minutes of my email. They were not able to fix right away but the facility offered us compensation without us even asking. This unit was great. We would stay there again. The location was wonderful. We walked to the village a few times for good restaurants and entertainment. Easy to rent scooters. Fantastic hiking a short drive away.

We had a great stay. The house is very nicely decorated and the finishings were of a high quality. The shuttle service into town was great too. One thing though - the loft room isn't ideal as it isn't closed off so the kids could hear everything going on downstairs when they were trying to get off to sleep. It meant the adults had to be very quiet in the living/dining/kitchen area for most of the evening.

This was my first time using R&R vacation rentals and I thought they did a great job. The location was exactly what I expected and the information was well thought out such as nearby restaurants, taxi service, grocery stores, etc. etc. I was really extremely happy with my experience and would definitely use R&R again and stay in this same property if the guest list permitted. I happened to leave 2 of my jackets there and the response I received was immediate and they ended up sending them to me. It's easy to do a good job when things run smoothly, but it really shows the quality of service when you need help with something and R&R was very responsive and handled everything professionally. So thank you!!!

Our family highly recommends this property. The description is very accurate. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything you could ever need. We loved the shuttle and used it often. Wish we had ventured out to the hot tub, but it was very cold! We had a few issues with a light and water, and Stu/RnR Vacations was very responsive. It was great to have someone to call and get such quick responses. Loved being able to walk to some restaurants and having CVS so close for last minute items.

Overall, we loved our vacation rental. It was very clean, had a well-equipped kitchen (important because we cooked most of our meals. One thing missing was a beater for our mashed potatoes. one suggestion: it would be helpful if there were detailed instructions regarding the fan in the living room (on-off, light, etc.) also, how to open windows and instructions regarding the blower on the kitchen wall. We had the most wonderful vacation -- Lakeland Village is a wonderful place to stay. We had 34 members of our famiy there (in different condos) and we loved the weather this year. We had lightning and thunder, rain, beautiful sunshine and the most wonderful sunsets.

Pros: Nicely appointed condo with lots of amenities. TV/cable has all the movie channels (HBO, Showtime, Max, Starz, etc) you can imagine! Clean and bright. Cons: Rooms are kind of small. The bed(s) take up most of the space in the room. Did not like that management requires you to clean and dispose of the trash (by putting it in the outside bin) prior to your departure. What is the reason I'm paying for a cleaning fee if I have to take out my own trash from all the trash cans in the house? This policy needs to be addressed by management.

This place is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures. Very nicely update, and our contact Allison was awesome to work with. The only issue we had was temperature control. Because this is bedrooms down at entry level, living room and kitchen upstairs, the thermostat is upstairs and the bedrooms are either too cold or too hot. But that would not prevent me from staying here again as it's beautifully appointed. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need; we cooked all breakfasts here and really saved some money.

We had such a memorable time during our stay at this wonderful condo! Beautifully decorated, plenty of room, and fantastic resort amenities. I'm not kidding when I say, this particular condo is just a few steps away from the sandy beaches of south shore Tahoe. We even called to see if we could stay another day and RNR made the process short and sweet. We will be coming back every year for as long as we're allowed! We had such an incredible time in South Lake Tahoe, in large part due to the amazing property we stayed in! RnR were so responsive, and descriptions of the unit were perfect. We were very close to Safeway and other shops, and only a short drive to casinos and South Lake Tahoe attractions -- there was also a shuttle if you don't have a car or prefer not to drive. Honestly, the unit is perfect. Crystal clean, beautifully decorated and laid out, and the grounds/facilities of the complex are also very well maintained. You're steps from the lake and the pool/hot tub as well. If you're on the fence about this property or RnR, don't be! You'll have a wonderful stay!

We were very happy with this condo! Very clean and well equipped! Close to beach and other South Lake Tahoe locations. Would DEFINITELY stay here again! Only VERY MINOR negatives were squeaky door hinges in both bedrooms and bathrooms and only 2 washcloths. THANK YOU for a wonderful place to stay for our family reunion!
