The house is lovingly maintained with gorgeous views. Communication was easy and property managers were informative and helpful. The neighborhood and surrounding community are quiet and there are plenty of lovely shops and restaurants very close. Getting to the Pearl district, zoo, etc all takes about 15 minutes and was simple. We had a wonderful time!

We stayed here in January (not ideal weather in Portland), and despite the weather this was a lovely stay. Jeff made sure there was de-icing salt when we got there (there was a nasty ice storm while we were there), and he let us know there was a shovel available, and provided use of the garage which was the key to keeping the car from getting completely iced over. Anyhow, as for the house. The pictures don't quite explain the set up. There is basically an upstairs arrangement, and a downstairs arrangement. There are beds and baths on both levels and a small kitchen in the lower level. We mostly spent our time upstairs except when movie watching tastes did not match. The upstairs kitchen is super well equipped, it has pretty much anything you could ask for. It was very well stocked. The beds were comfy and there are a lot of extra blankets, which come in handy in January. We really enjoyed our stay, Jeff was very responsive and I would definitely stay again. I would imagine in nicer weather this would be even more ideal. So fun to watch all the activity on the water. The place is also walking distance to the little downtown area of Milwaukie. We walked a few days into town and around the river front park. Wind Horse Coffee shop is a lovely place for a stop if you need to get out of the rain, or just want a coffee.

Everything about this house was amazing! The homeowner thought of everything. We will definitely be booking this house in advance for this summer! Thank you so much!

Beautiful home for a family reunion. All amenities were available even the use of the garage was wonderful especially in the raining weather. Jeff was very response with our requests. We would definitely stay again!

We all loved our stay in this beautiful waterfront home! With our fun outdoor activities during the day, it was so nice to come back and enjoy quiet time on the balcony overlooking the river. We never wanted to leave!

Jeff's house was as described, with a beautiful view of the river. We were a family of 8 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. Kitchen was well suited for a large group, even had a waffle maker Location was great for day trips to the ocean, hiking, downtown Portland. We launched our motor boat just a short distance away and skiied out front, for the enjoyment of those on the deck of the house. Communications fast the one time we had a question. Would stay again anytime!

The walkout deck and accompanying view of the Willamette river was extra special. You can sit for hours on end just staring out. House was well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Property was spacious. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Several members of my family are considering moving to Oregon and we needed a place to stay while surveying the area, a place to come back to to discuss what we learned. This property was perfect! So relaxing. Great place for spreading out so we weren't on top of each other yet easy to come together. The river views were amazing. We saw bald eagles several times.

This was one of the very best places we have ever rented. 3 bedrooms with queens for 5 adults and 2 bedrooms for kids. View is amazing with great views and decks. Cookware, place settings, kitchen tools, etc. were plentiful and good quality. Jeff was a pleasure to deal with. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

We are 2 couples that have been traveling together for many years. The view from this place was just amazing. The back of the house has 2 levels of decking facing the river. You can also walk down to the river. It is arranged so that the top floor is considered the main floor, with a full kitchen and dining room. The downstairs, though, is another area that provides everything the first floor has just in a smaller scale. We would definitely stay here again in making another trip to Oregon.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Riverway! We were in town for a family wedding, and we absolutely loved this home! The house was clean, comfortable, and more than met our expectations. There were 9 of us, and we had plenty of room to spread out and it was well stocked to support us all. The view of the river from inside or from either deck was absolutely spectacular no matter the time of day! Jeff was a great host and was very responsive to all our questions. The neighbor was very friendly, and even shared some of his garden bounty with us! It’s an excellent spot for families or larger groups vacationing together. We highly recommend this home for your family stay.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. This place does not disappoint

Went with some girl friends and it was wonderful to have a view of the river to enjoy while we drank our coffee or wine. Location was close enough to the small downtown and transit that we could walk there. Note that the path from the house to the river is overgrown and includes a gate and some concrete stairs so it’s not very practical to rent a kayak and launch it from the house. we did have a few plumbing issues during our stay and the owner was very responsive. would definitely stay there again!

The pictures don’t do this place justice! It was such a perfect beautiful property for our family vacation. The kids loved swimming, playing in the yard and the awesome theater quality TVs! House is so well stocked. The deck and view was our favorite part. We will definitely be coming back!

Jeff was a great host and was great communication with us the entire trip answering all my questions. Very clean home great view and just a wonderful overall vacation rental. The kitchen was well stocked and all the bedrooms and living rooms perfect for visiting with family and watching tv the porches were amazing to enjoy the wildlife and the river and amazing sunsets and sunrises. Neighbors very friendly it was just perfect.

Easy and efficient

The Riverway house was exactly what we were looking for! The house itself is clean, spacious, and has an incredible view of the Willamette River. There are porches/patios on both the upper and downstairs levels, and plenty of patio furniture. We were able to use the grill for several dinners, and overall the kitchen had a good array of cooking equipment for our needs. Large TVs and very comfortable couches and seating throughout the space. It’s an excellent spot for families or larger groups vacationing together. Even with all of these amenities, there is then the added bonus of the house being just 5 minutes from Sellwood (a cute part of SE Portland) and right by the highway if you need to travel farther. Jeff the Host was easy to communicate with and we sincerely hope to return to this spot in the future!

The view from this property through the picture window is amazing. The house was the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. The kitchen supplied everything we needed to cook a meal. Our family would definitely stay again.

This was my second stay at this property, and it's still as stunning as ever. The view is as spectacular as the pictures suggest. The wildlife make for a mesmerizing and relaxing view of the river. Waterfowl are the main attraction, including bald eagles. We've also seen seals and other birds. A crew team practices on the river every day, and at night you can watch the lights from the airplanes as they line up to land at PDX.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff's place. Our whole group could not get enough of the amazing view from the house. There was plenty of room for our two families (10 total). The access to the river was so easy and great. Jeff was quick to respond and was very accommodating. I can't think of a better place to stay if you are visiting Portland.
